      Absolutely one of the most corrupt departments or companies I have ever dealt with! Administration fee of over $50 for not responding fast enough or asking for a supervisor and not getting one after talking to an employee that does not help at all and just forces fees onto people. Our PA EZpass account is set up, has all of our tags registered with them and somehow NJ cannot or chooses not to charge our bridge crossings the correct way. Then when they do remove the administration fee they still charge you the Non EZPass fee which is $2-$4 more then the EZPass fee. Then when you ask to dispute the fee they say they will put the dispute in and then charge your EzPASS anyway. Its not a true dispute process.

      THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE.THEY CONTINUE WITH THREATEN ME WITH MY ABILITY TO USE ANY TOLL ROAD.THEY USED ALL MY MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT AND IS NOW CHARGING ME FOR FEES.I HAVE PROOF FROM NJMVC THAT I HAVE RETURNED MY PLATES ( DATE 3-23-2022)PLATE # J41DHT.EZ PASS ACCOUNT NOW I HAVE BEEN REVOKED DUE TO NEGATIVE BALANCE???????IF ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED WHY DO I OWE MONEY.PLEASE HELP ********************* ************************************************

      A bunch of thieves. Ive been with ezpass ** since they opened and ********************************************* for a bridge plan which I dont use. I called them to take me off and they cant do it but you have to close your account for it. Well they took over 100 dollars or even more from my account in 3 months for not even using my car. I called disconnection department and spoke with ****** who transferred me to her supervisor ****** and both of them couldnt help with reimbursement. Hopefully my account is closed. Unbelievable dealing with an illness and have more important issues to deal with. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

      ** E-Z pass is definitely scamming its and other state EZ pass customers with unnecessary fines. I have a ********** and its always on my windshield properly mounted. My license plate is and always has been properly tagged to my ********** account. I went on the *********** and got a tag not read error for a $3 toll and received 2 fines for $50 in the same week. I disputed both my mail ( because the online system doesnt work and calling them is an exercise in being on hold ). One of the fines was waived and other was rejected because ( according to the letter they sent ) either : (1) dispute was not submitted within 50 days of transaction ( false) or (2) license plate not tagged to my EZ pass account ( also false ) or (3) EZ pass account was not sufficiently funded on the day dispute was processed ( possible but not in my control because ********** auto deducts my credit card when my balance is low ). This is plain and simple a money pinching SCAM run by the ** EZ Pass authority put in place by ** EZ pass executives ( not sure who the *** is but (s)he has to be in on it ). A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT should be filed against ** EZ Pass authority for running this scam against the unsuspecting public!!!

      Customer ********************** never answer waiting for near 2 hours over the phone meantime I cant use ezpass tag and summons continue not able to use also website it say that I have to call customer ********************** cant do nothing

      The people who work here are the worst collection of human garbage ever assembled, Disgusting, unethical trash whose only role in life is to make you miserable and steal from you. The only good thing I about them is someday they will be dead. Bought a new car a couple months ago and immediately transferred plates and updated my EZ Pass. EZ Pass's system didn't update and sent me 20+ violations for tolls I already paid and fees/fines in excess of $700. Have spent in total 20+ hours on hold, written two letters and the two times I got through was met by the rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. Customer support - while acknowledging that I paid the tolls - "couldn't help me" and suggested I write a letter. The punchline is they referred me to a collection agency.

      I mistakenly took a bridge route using EZ Pass in New Jersey- I saw that there was an exit lane at the end of the bridge and that the lane going straight noted it was a toll lane. I took the exit lane not marked as a toll and turned around. I used the *********** and was charged all the tolls. I checked my account and saw I was charged the bridge toll. I called EZ Pass to dispute it and explained that I feel I was charged twice for only one route that I took because I turned around and since the bridge toll was so expensive, could I have a credit or partial credit.The EZ Pass Customer ********************** rep was rude and said they don't give credits for mistakes and I made the mistake so I had to pay the toll no matter what.I said I understood they don't make exceptions but at least would like my feedback heard to at least be more understanding to their loyal and paying customers and at least off one-time credits or one-time exceptions.It's all over the news now how so many people have fake license plates and ********************** loses billions in tolls. Really? And they couldn't credit me $13. ?I do not feel like EZ Pass treats their customers well or has good customer **********************. The automated phone line wait was over 40 minutes, ******* was rude, I didn't feel like a valued customer and the lack of customer ********************** or understanding makes me resent the company.

      If I could rate this "service" a zero, I would. Literally, highway robbery. I have a SunPass (********* version of EZ Pass), that is supposed to work on the roadway. The lady at the booth would not even listen that I had funds on my SunPass and had checked before I left my AirBNB that it would work on this roadway. By the time I got the bills, they had added $50 to each ticket...I was only on the roadway for one entrance and exit. I am not sure how I received 2 fines. I will not be using the toll roads in this area. They are ridiculous. I'm not one to *** people, but I hope they get ***d.

      ** EZ Pass is one of if not the biggest scam of the century. In the last two years I have had to call **** times with disputes from them mailing me bills while charging my account or not charging my account and then suddenly flooding my mailbox with violations. You always have to wait at least an hour to talk to anyone and once they do answer you are met by the most miserable employees ever who are never able to actually help you. I am fully convinced these people are hired to sit there and listen to the phones ring. My first year living in this state I had some helpful employees who would always fix the issues no problem. Today I after calling three times and the third time finally waiting over an hour to talk to someone I was treated by a woman who instantly seemed as if she was mad at me for calling. This is your job darling, if you do not like it get a new one. I then asked her to transfer me to her supervisor who was also not helpful and we got into a yelling match because she decided to talk to me as if I was her child basically telling me to shut up and listen to her. Her name is ****** and her employee number is ******. I then called PA EZ Pass and they answered on the first ring and were so polite. DO NOT GET A ** EZ PASS. I would really love to see reports of exactly where all the money that the toll roads generate through these scams actually goes because if its going to pay these workers you might as well be incinerating bags of money. These companies are truly useless. The roads all look like s*** and they make you jump through so many hoops to get fees taken off that most people bite the bullet and just pay.
