      The worst experience. Mistake by NJEZPass in failing to read my working transponder results in endless process to attempt to pay the toll and drop the $50 fee. What a waste of time

      This agency is terrible for a long time. I have been trying to speak to someone for months. When I call I get the robot telling me my wait time is in excess of 30 minutes. It doesn't matter what time I call!! I am trying to dispute a violation for non-payment of a toll even though I've had EZPASS for over a decade. I tried to do it online and then I get an email stating case is closed as they couldn't find the violation, but I still have to pay.Isn't this agency overseen by any government agency? How can they be so bad for so many years and no one is held ************************************ customer ********************** is horrendous!!CAN I GIVE A MINUS STAR RATING?

      EZPass is taking advantage of people when charging the toll via picture instead of the sensor. I purchased a new car, so I moved the sensor since the new car does not have plates yet. I then crossed the **** Franklin ****** with my old car and they charged me $15 because the toll was classified as "Class 3" which is large trucks. I submitted a claim online to get it rectified and now they are asking me to send the claim by mail with a copy of my registration even though they can just go back to their records and look at the picture they took to confirm the car I was driving was a sedan with the same license plate I have registered with them. These practices are very suspicious, how do you confuse a sedan with a truck? I think they are probably doing this because most people don't check their statements so they can get away with it. I won't make the same mistake again and let them get away with it.

      apparently EZ Pass of NJ and the state do not seem to understand when someone is in a rush due to a medical emergency and was told by the person at the tolls to just go through and we would be sent the bill for our tolls-NEVER A MENTION OF A FINE. I wish I could give you a lower rating and will be taking this further to notify anyone and everyone I can-I talked to some ******* manager b%^&O who does not seem to understand that when you have a medical emergency and are not local the last thing you are worrying about is the tolls and we stopped to pay and the woman told us to just go through since my husband was driving and apparently did not get a ticket while I was helping our son in the car. We had switched and taken over at the other point and apparently had two violations-the woman at the toll told us they would send us the toll via mail-not that we would receive 2 different $50 fines. I even had the documentation from our son's medical provider he was seen the next day and we were ******* home due to a blood clot in his brain so he could be seen by his team at *************************. What a joke this company and state it for taking advantage of families in need. I can absolutely tell you I am not done making it known that EZ Pass NJ takes advantage of families in need and I will go out of my way to make sure that we no longer have to pay anything to EZ PASS Tolls for the state of **! I have already left my review on ****** and will leave the same thing where ever I can!And she deserved teverything I said-I asked to be transferred multiple times and she refused-I dont care who she thinks she is-some entitled jerk with a title.

      Wasnt an option to leave zero stars, so they got a 1! My family came through New Jersey on our way home from vacation. Our very first bill we received (they remind you that you cannot pay any tolls before you receive a letter in the mail) that states First Notice at the top of it, it states we owe $3.20 for the toll and a $50 admin fee. When I called and inquired about the fee, the lady and I went round and round about it and she could not comprehend that its not an unpaid toll they can tack a fee on because this is the first bill Ive received. She kept insisting I just hadnt paid the toll. What a joke. If youre going to charge people $53.20 for driving through, let them know the truth upfront. I personally couldnt care any less about driving through Jersey again after this! What a scam to get more money out of people who are already doing well to stay above water with our current corrupt government and their c*** inflation.

      I cannot believe the incompetence of this organization. They keep trying to force me to pay a fine on a toll charge that is not mine. No matter how much I tell them this is not my car or my license plate and I haven't been in New ********************** since 1983, when I was stationed there in the military. They keep harassing me. They keep saying I have to prove it's not my car!! Really! How the F**k do I prove it's not my car. Shouldn't you be proving that it is my car?? You are half-assing your research and harassing people in other states. Do the proper due diligents. They don't deserve the star I'm forced to leave.

      This system is broken. I received a bill of $3 for crossing one of their bridges and they made it next to impossible to pay it! The phone numbers listed on the bill and their websites weren't operating and it took me over 12 phone calls before it finally was working. The website they direct you to for paying the bill wouldn't accept my payment. I sent 4 emails to complain and got no resolution. After all this they tacked on an additional $5 late fee for not paying on time.

      I would put zero stars if I could. A class action lawsuit should be brought against ** Pass. They charged me a bridge toll via my plate. I have an active account and active transponder. I cross this bridge every evening Mon-Friday. Three days in March, the toll was not taken. Before these days it charged me and after these days it charged me the proper tolls. I sent a dispute letter as per the instructions. I then received another invoice charge letter! Increased fines! I called customer ********************** and they tell me you cannot dispute a toll! It is clearly on the form that you can dispute it. They just ignore it. Maybe something was wrong with the electronic toll reader. They need more checks and balances placed against them. A consumer advocate, AG, DA, etc should get involved and bring a class action lawsuit for the ** Pass money practices.

      Really bad service, for toll no more than $20, they make you pay $100 in fees What a heck men for what $100 bucks more??? And send latter to nofify you later on porpuse so youll be late with your payment ????

      Turned my auto pay off and never notified me because my email wasnt registered and proceeded to say I owed about $525 in fines. Then proceeded to assist me in registering my email. A scam.
