      SCAM, SCAM, SCAM- If you have an ** Pass account with the *********** and you get a violation (transponder doesn't read) in ** you will not get the ** Pass rate. You must pay the higher rate. Thanks New Jersey. My transponder reads just fine in PA, DE and **. But what do you know,,, NJ has a chance to reach into my wallet and grab some cash by making their transponder readers have issues.SCAM-SCAM-SCAM. Someone needs to look into this corruption.Best parts are:1. You can dispute online. It will be denied.2. You can call. Be prepared to be on hold for hours. One they do finally answer they will not help you.

      Cannot access my account online but calling customer ********************** just puts you on hold with no one ever answering. Tried multiple times and was left on hold over an hour with no answer.

      This is just another corrupt criminal enterprise from the corrupt sh!***** ***********! Traveled from ME to VA and back, only toll that had an issue was **. Denied every dispute, waited on hold for hours just to get hung-up on, can't speak to anyone, all I wanted to pay for was what the toll was and not the $50 fee for their incompetence. ** is the CA of the east coast, and ** e-zpass is the shining example of this horribly run state! From now on, I'm pulling over to cover my plates and removing my transponder before I go through their tolls! F@ck the ** e-zpass!!!

      They didn't deserve any star! I have Ez pass account but received 2 violation with $100 fee. I connected customer ********************** and receive answer " Please submit toll payment along with your E-ZPass account number or transponder number so that the Administrative Fee can be dismissed. " which I paid and it didn't happen.

      RUN AWAY!! DO NOT sign with ** EZPass!! Choose anyone else!! When I call EZPass in any other state (VA, MD, PA, MA) over 25 years the issues are resolved in one short phone call. NJ EZ Pass "Customer **********************" does NOT exist. It purposely sucks; it is designed to frustrate drivers who need the bare minimum of service - more people to handle the calls or a website where many of these issues can be resolved on line? How can the executives and supervisors still be employed (ANYWHERE) in the 21st century. The "chat" feature, which I tried on my cell phone today, is as bad as the phone service. I have never seen a "chat" option where you wait 50 + minutes. It is a farce. ** pols and the powers that be are are idiots for allowing ** EZpass to run this incompetent operation. Look at every complaint site for these bozos. They apparently end up fleecing honest people who want to resolve their issues and leave them with no real options.. This has been going on for many years. Any phone call I have made to them over the last several months was easily 1 hour and often 1.5 hours. Often repeated calls are needed Recent issues: one involved a ***** year old transponder, another involved charges that should not have been made on a rental car ( I alerted them of the time frame I would have the rental car), mystery charges of $40.00. I am on the chat line as I write this - now waiting 45 minutes and counting- Although I spent several hours on the phone on the issue with the old, faulty transponder the rep failed to tell me that there is a current program where ** is retiring the old transponders (**** years old) and are supposed to send customers new transponders and a return envelope. The phone wait creates problems --- when I rent a car I get on the phone to alert . NJEZPass, they do not pick up before I hit the 1st toll a 45 minute drive - duh. 1 hour - Closing out the useless "chat". TRIED TO LEAVE ZERO STARS!

      EZ Pass is a terrible monopoly. I have had an account for year, have my credit card on auto replenishment, YET I AM STILL GETTING CHARGED $50 FEES BECAUSE THEIR TECHNOLOGY IS TERRIBLE AND CANT READ THEIR OWN TAGS. Customer ********************** is saying I still have to pay the fee even though ITS THEIR FAULT I AM GETTING CHARGED. WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL AROUND AND HAVE SUCH TERRIBLE VALUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you look at all of these reviews it seems like the same frustrations are being expressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE IS THE JUSTICE. I AM SO SICK OF PAYING $50 FEES REGARDLESS OF MY STANCE WITH AN ACTIVE AND ELIGABLE ACCOUNT. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE!! WHERE!?!!?!??

      To say their web site is a joke is being too kind. There's always a 40 minute wait for a rep and the chat is always unavailable. Good luck if you have a problem.

      When driving through the Delaware Water Gap our tag was not detected by the scanners at the toll and then received a bill for $33. The fee for the toll was $3 and the fine was $30. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I decided to file the paperwork via the **** and kept getting a rejection stating my disputes were denied. I wrote letters and sent via **** and still got denied. After a few weeks, I received no more notices until I got a text message from a collection agency for $33. If I could have talked to someone, I probably could have gotten this resolved in a few minutes, but unfortunately 3 months, later I was sent to collections and still had to pay $33. A business like this should not be in operation, and should be should be embarrassed. But unfortunately for me, living in the Poconos, I have to use the Water Gap frequently.

      I was sent to Credit Collection Services for an E-ZPass citation for $51.30. I don't have an E-ZPass but when driving through the toll booth, every single lane was set to "E-ZPass only" which has to be illegal and unethical. I just don't understand how they can do this.

      I own a ******** EZ Pass in good standing. For some odd reason, my tag was not read. I never received a bill from ** EZ Pass yet I received multiple text messages from Credit Collection Services asking me to pay a fine. I went on the ** EZPass website and tried paying the toll bill but I received a message indicating that the violations do not exist. I have tried calling multiple times. I have been on hold for two hours and 35 minutes and still did not get to speak to someone. I called again and was on hold for 38 minutes and did not get to speak to someone. EZPass ** needs to be investigated for fraud.
