      this is the worst service ever!!!!!! Keeps you on forever, literally almost 2 hours, it gives 0 options to actually try to dispute an abusive charge fee of $50 for a **** $3.50 toll which by the way, i am a ez pass customer!!!! But yet it does not allow me to transfer my toll charge to my account by web or by phone. This whole system is a SCAM!!!! they force to stay on hold so you can lose your patience and wind up paying theyre ridiculous fees! How the h*** is this even allowed! For the amount of money these ppl steal, please improved this system!!!!

      Customer ********************** is VERY VERY VERY bad...they kept charging me and i was not using the EZpass ...also i had a business account and a personal account and they kept sending me violations...the service was so bad they rep was soooo nasty!! the state needs to step in and get this **** in order!!! i have never been spoken to as rude and nasty!! i was on hold for a hour and half ,,,and once the rep started talking sooooooo rude she then hung up!! can someone please help and teach your reps ******** **********************. i gave a 1 star ONLY because i could not give a -10 star

      MAJOR SCAM BEING RUN BY EZPASS Ive been charged $1,500 in the last 11 months this fraudulent company takes $500 out of my account yesterday and also in January with no mailed statements or explanations. Ive got one mailed statement from last year before I signed up, $17 toll with $40 admin charge are you serious

      Went through 5 tolls 3 accidentally got a receipt sent check! Check was mailed back apparently wrong adress their other payment center is in *******! I called with EZPASS Delawares #! All was taken care of over phone, and some now Im getting violations! PAID 1 not realizing! Now they are after more!! On hold for HOURS!! Zero customer **********************! My problem would have tooken 5 min *** over phone call! And CAN NOT take care of over internet cause internet demands you pay FINES! Which In my case THERE SHOULD BE NONE! Considering I mailed my check within 48 hours and by the time I got my check back in the mail I ALREADY HAD THE OTHER VIOLATIONS IN THE MAIL! So I CALLED GIVING THEM THE VIOLATIONS THEY TOOK MY EZPASS I SAID WHAT EVER TOLL VIOLATIONS FROM THAT DAY I BELIEVE IT WAS $9.20 TOTAL! Still getting violations!

      WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GIVE ANY STARS!!! After reading the reviewsWHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS AND WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN DEALT WITH THE GOVERNMENT OR OFFICIALS?I received a collection notification stating I owe $50.70. I called the Credit Collection Services, ********************************************************, who stated they could not help me with the violation, file a police report for stolen tags and to call New Jersey E-ZPASS. I spent 1:56:44 minutes on hold for someone to answer. After the rudeness and unprofessional behavior, I asked for the agents name(****, not sure if she was telling the truth). I gave her the violation number only for her to say the name ****** and make Highlander white which I DONT own. Then she stated well its silver. Again, I dont own that vehicle. I HAVE NOT WENT TO THROUGH ANY TOLL AND FEEL THIS IS A COMPANY WHO HAS BROUGHT PARTIAL INFORMATION TO SCAM PEOPLE! Then, she proceeded to ask me my vehicle make and model. I asked her if you stated the make ****** and model Highlander that doesnt belong to me why should give I give you my information for yall to say oh we made a mistake. I dont owe any amount of money nor have I been to **************** or a Toll. Not to mention I have never been nor do I know where this street is located. The kicker of this all is the The Collection said they didnt know where the street was and for me to ****** it. Also, if I wanted to dispute it to send in my information. I feel this is a Scam! If you are showing a car that I dont own as stated by E-ZPASS AGENT AKAR WHY AM I BEING HARASSED? It should be help for innocent people like myself without sending my information.

      They are theive who steal money from customers and it sad that the state is letting it happen. The state made a lay that they have cat just charge the 50 dollar administration fee without looking if the customer has an ez pass. The state allowed the to charge if the account was I. Bad standing. So now they just charge random fees to put people in bad standing so they can charge fees that have nothing to do with tolls. I hope they get sued

      Customer support is a joke, they send an email saying the device is not being recognized, I only just replaced it, its in the right place, but not reading, I am still on hold at the number given to call 70 minutes and counting! Also this is the second time I have returned a tag and it is showing not received. How does ******** allow such awful service!

      On hold for 1 hour then they hangup. Called again and hold for another 45 minutes until I hung up in disgust.

      I got a $3 toll by plate bill. No problem, paid the bill online, all is well and good right? Wrong! A month later they sent another bill with a $5 late charge added on. I call customer **********************, get put on hold for, not kidding, 3 hours, only to deal with someone who would talk over me, not listen to a word I said, tell me they can't help me, and tell me the only thing I can do is mail my bank statement to them, since that was the only proof I had, or go to the customer ********************** office in Camden. I figured the extra charge was worth avoiding the headache, so I ended up paying $11 dollars total. From here on out, I am avoiding the state of New Jersey entirely. I do not trust them to ever handle any payment I make. Frankly, I fully expect another late bill to show up a month from now.

      Truly would love to give no stars, they sent me violations that were then paid off while I was still under my parent's EZ Pass account, I have tried to sign up to get my own EZ pass and they tell me I have outstanding violations that need to be paid before I can create an account. The last notice for a violation I received in the mail was August 2nd, but when I tried to pull up the violation on their website, they claim it does not exist. Trying to jump through hoops with them is not worth the headache, do not bother wasting your time, you're better off pulling cash out and leaving it in your car. NJ EZ pass is awful.
