  I asked for two estimates and I can't even do that sat here over 24 to 48hours the first time I called back on Friday they told me 24 hours still have not received one of my estimates I get on the phone to ask for a supervisor to talk to you the sit here and argue with me on the phone I don't recommend this company at all because they don't do their job that the pay to do pretty bad company right

  The salesperson, ****, took 2 hours of our time to mostly bash the competitor products and gutter systems. Took a long time 90 minutes to get to any kind of number. When he finally showed us a proposal using his tablet, we almost choked! For 64 ft. Of gutters and three downspouts. It was close to $******!When he knew that wasn't going to fly, he started offering marketing credits for putting a sign up in our yard. A senior discount, a military discount even though neither of us had been in the military. (**** said he had been in the military.) That brought the price down to $8,600 still too high. Then he proceeded to call **************** to get approval and some kind of code so he could send a proposal. Not sure if he was really talking to anyone? The bottom line price was $3,700 if we signed up on the spot. Remember he started at just under ******?? He also did not have a good answer about prevention of ice dams.As he tried to pressure us to sign up on the spot, we explained that we don't make decisions that way and we're getting two other quotes. I asked him to send me a written proposal and gave him my email address. He said he'd get it to me in a half hour or so. The proposal never arrived in writing. These hard sell tactics are a real turn off for any consumer, but unfortunately people fall for them. Upon reflection, during the 2-hour sales pitch, lots of red flags were going off. Especially when he had to keep calling ****************. We will never do business with this company. If you have a good product, you don't have to use these kind of high pressure sales tactics. Worse than a used car salesman!

  ****** came through and tore my downspout off my gutter. Contacted them to either purchase the part ($20.00 part **** or have them come out and replace (5 minute job) Refused to sale me the part and wanted $300.00 to come out and replace. Can't purchase it anywhere else.

  I recently had gutters installed. The salesperson, ******, stated what the financing would be and the monthly payment. ****** LIED! The monthly payments are twice as much and the financing through the roof!Additionally, now that the gutters are in, they have yet to appear to fix the installation error. They scheduled a time for repair, called me two hours later and said they were stuck behind a felled tree. [There is no dirt road where I live. I have no idea on where they were.]They are suppose to be the best, in comparison to others. Sadly, I see its reviews here display what I am currently experiencing.I am currently working to get everything resolved.

  They ripped off my elderly Mom. Gutters with gutter guards should have cost $909-1,000 **** They charged her $6,150.00 for 44 ft of gutters. SHAMEFUL!!

  I will start with this, I did not get any installs/service done by Leaf guard. I requested a quote and arrange a day for a consultation. My rep was **** and he was fantastic and friendly. He arrived on time and ready to rock and he explained the whole process he was going to roll through while he was there. He asked me during our initial meeting if "There was anything stopping me from agreeing to install TODAY" and I just knew I was gonna be hit with every sales trick in the book lol. I was working outside and he did his inspection, he was very adamant on going inside to go over his presentation. I kept him outside because I knew if he got too comfortable he'd be that much harder to get rid of. Anyways, his presentation was flawless and very well put together for a customer to gather all information. I am sold on Leaf guards system, it looks very well thought out and effective. It came down to the Golden question of "How much??" I was hit with a $12,000 quote which I truly wasn't prepared for given some general research and ballpark quoting from other companies. He gave me an idea of how much other competitor companies would quote for installing their own systems. I have no idea if these quotes are accurate, but I'm sure they are exaggerated. Anyways, I told him we aren't prepared to make a decision of that caliber at this moment and I need time to digest. I was hit with every pitch and objection overcome possible. Military discount, Advertising, Before/After pics/Yard signage/Calls to GM/etc. 30 minutes after receiving the $12k quote the price was down to almost $7,000. While I can appreciate a deal, makes me wonder how much the system is actually worth lol **** was great, he is an extremely efficient Salesman, I'd hire him in a heartbeat. But someone else unable to confidently say "No" will be very easily pressured into a sale they *** not be ready for and in my mind, *** not be worth the cost.

  It is lightly raining and I see many drips going over **************** Guard gutter. It is a bit cold and I can actually see an icicle forming. Should have gone with my gut and bought just good gutters and had them cleaned every other year.

  Thank you for your comment. No gutter can prevent icicles or capture every drop of water that the weather throws at our homes. However, you have made the best choice by installing Leafguard gutters. Don't second-guess yourself about your choice.   Heartless salesman/company rep tried railroading my elderly inlaws(both ************ vets) into buying product. They wanted a quote and more info wanted then to discuss with family. Salesman not only would not leave, but badgered them ultimately actually saying "Who makes the decisions, you or your family!" Hard court press on old people is apparently their sales scheme, real class operation. If I wasn't there at the time I wouldn't have believed someone could be so blatantly rude. Also, price amazingly started around $13,000 and by the time he got kicked out it was about $6500 less?

  Horrible experience. At first they tried to reschedule my insaltall then showed up anyway. The men installing beat my old gutters off with a hammer. Damaged my shingles and now have holes in my garage. Took the garage gutter out into my neighbors yard. I had to add my own hinge. Did not match the awning came out 6" away from it. Didn't complete walk through. Can only imagine what other damage is hidden.

  Very poor, we had the gutters installed late last year and in certain areas around the house they leak and the entrance into the house flows like a waterfall. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact them to have this fixed, if the issue is not resolved the facial board will rot and then we will have to take legal action.
