  This is a review of my experience with the business itself not the product as I did not purchase it. Their sales tactics are very poor in my opinion. I was at an event where a leafgaurd booth was set up and the lady there was very pushy, insisting I sign up for an at home quote with no obligation and I would receive a $25 gift card for simply keeping my appointment and meeting with the representative. She would not give any kind of pricing, and was soo insistent that I should sign up that I finally said, "sure, if you guys want to waste your time, I'll sign up and meet with them so I can get a gift card."The rep was 15 minutes late, went around and inspected the house, then quoted me $18,000 for gutters! I had already recieved a quote from a local business for around $2,000 for standard one piece gutters. The rep was pushy as can be, and tried all kinds of tactics to get me to sign up including a payment plan at 9.9% interest. I thanked him for his time and told him I was not interested. The rep was very polite, but extremely pushy and tried to make me feel like I didn't care about my house if I went with standard gutters. ** eventually left after around an hour of pitching the product, I did not receive anything from him regarding the gift card. I then recieved an email 1 week later stating there were more discounts available. I replied stating I was not interested, and asked about the gift card. The person that emailed told me he didn't have the contact info of the rep and I needed to reach out to him to get it. I asked him how he could have more discounts if he couldn't contact the rep. ** avoided the question and sent me a quote of $10,000. I told him I wasn't interested and that I did not appreciate the bait and switch tactics.I have still not received the gift card (I'm not that worried about it as I don't shop at lowes anyways).Beware of this company, they are obviously not honest, and will take advantage of customers.

  Well after I paid off the gutters I needed to get them releveled, only to find out "Rain Pro" installed them. Funny thing is that all my paperwork says LeafGuard on them. 3 months of trying to get it resolved and I can't even get a phone call back from anyone. Not even going to recommend them to anyone after this.

  I needed new gutters. Leafguard was one of a few quotes i received. The price was high but with all the incentives I accepted the offer. **** mistake! Winter ice piled up and customer service was non-existent. Then I found out they put a lien on my home. When I applied for a home equity loan, my title showed their lien. My attorney sent them a letter, but still the lien is on my home! This company is unscrupulous! I replaced the gutters because leafguard gutters leaked and damaged my roof. Again, customer service was non-existent. Do not do business with this company.

  I never leave bad reviews but this company has earned it. I am helping my uncle remodel the entire exterior of his house so I was calling to coordinate the gutter install. I now know why they don't work through GC's, this company pressures you into signing that day and is completely and ridiculously overcharging and rude. I called and asked someone to call me prior to setting up a site meeting and was told someone would call me back for over a month I was waiting and calling back. This delayed me over a month just trying to get in contact to the point where I just had my uncle call and schedule it. When they had their meeting... The salesman showed up and was there for over 2 hours and my uncle had to tell him to leave multiple times. He even told the salesmen he wasn't signing that day due to my involvement and the salesman insisted and kept pushing. There's pushing for a sale and then there's what this guy did. Absolutely rude and unacceptable. I am glad my uncle was the one talking to him and not an elderly person or someone who may have caved to his pressure. Because that's the only way this company could get a sale is by pressure or tricking someone. I got a quote for a single-story house with around 220LF of gutter and they quoted the job at $18,000 and that's after $2,500 of 'discounts'. $14k for 1 day of gutter install? Come on now. This product is not that great and for them to even try to sell it for the price they are and mainly the WAY they pressure people is why I am leaving this review.

  This review is regarding Leafguard of *********** headquartered in ***********. They do high pressure sales, false numbers, false statements, and grossly overcharge. If you are elderly and disabled like myself they take advantage of that. Anyone who contacts them for a quote should NOT sign anything on the same day. Take time to check their numbers, get other quotes, and check reviews online. If possible do not listen to the sales pitch alone with the sales person I dont care how pleasant you think he or she is. Dont learn the hard way like myself. I dare them to respond to these sensible suggestions with a negative response.

  I have leafguard installed on my gutters for a few years. The leaves don't go in but the dirt and seeds do... now I have trees and weeds growing or of my gutters. And no way to eliminate them but climbing on the roof and spraying. I'm too old for that... the leafguards do not uninstall easily.

  I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH INSTALLER TO COME BACK AND CORRECT WORK. VOICEMAIL BOX IS ALWAYS FULL. BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS ISSUE CORRECT FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

  This happened in *********, *********, and I never even got the chance to review their gutters because they didn't give me an estimate for my project. The person I spoke with on the phone scheduled an appointment and a guy named **** texted me that he arrived at my house but no one was home and he left. However, I specifically told the guy on the phone that no one would be home when he arrived but to please send me an estimate. I've called and texted **** but he's not replied. So unprofessional and a complete waste of my time, but after reading the reviews here, I'm considering their rudeness as a blessing for me. ******

  This place is more harassing than a debt collector. They call all day, nonstop. I've had them call 3 times in 15 minutes - as soon as they hang up, they call again. They call from 7am to 9pm. I've had 15 calls in one day. I know this is prohibited behavior for a debt collector under many law, so I can't imagine it is legal for them. I don't know how they got my number, but I've asked them multiple times to put me on a do not call list. We'll see if it sticks this time.Also beware that many places in ******** contract out to them, so if you think you're signing up to get a service quote from a local, small business, they sell your number to this company and then you get harassed.

  Probably the worst home improvement investment Ive ever made. I had the system installed in ********************************************** never have to worry about my gutters clogging again. System cost $5000 to install and by 2023 they got clogged. I called and they sent someone out to clean them at no service charge. Again this year they are clogged. Problem is debris collected on top of the gutter guard so when I called I was told I would have to pay a $95 service fee. I spoke to the district manager ***** and he said my problem was not covered in the warranty. I told him the salesman saw I have a lot of trees and should have warned me this might happen before I agreed to the installation. I told ************ used to have my gutters cleaned 2 times a year at a cost of $100 and it would take a lifetime to break even on the cost of yearly gutter cleaning to justify the 5k I spent on the leaf filter system. He was unwavering about charging the $95 service fee, which is more than it would cost to have them cleaned by the company that did the cleaning in prior years. I wish I had checked with the Better Business Bureau before I signed the contract. I hope this review will save someone else from getting screwed by this unscrupulous company.
