  Walked on metal back porch roof and dented it through to the inside above porch, 16 yrs we dont walk on it. They should have known better, leaking, came & fixed, hear dripping, found another leak, they put guttering onto rotten boards and say theyll come back and caulk it or something after we fix the outer board they adhered gutter to.. may be better guttering but the workmanship *****. Wish I had spent way less by using the guy who built our kitchen cabinets guess Ill ruin my credit, not paying for this c*** Lead Guard is a joke

  Guy came to our home and showed us their product which we thought was impressive. Two days later, they arrived to install out gutters. Three workers arrived and started work immediately. The guy who cut the material left and the other two installed them in one day. They worked very diligently and finished. When they left, there was not a shred of debris left. We have only had them three days but have had rain two of those days and they have worked as they should.We are very happy with our purchase.*********

  They installed the gutters on top of the drip edge of my house. So water runs behind my gutters and has caused just as much water **** as if I didn't put gutters on. Waste of money. Zero stars if I could.

  I had Leafguard installed and during the install one of the gutter down spouts was damaged. I had called and spoke with ***** and he told me that the installers would be there on 2/20/24 but they never showed up or even got a phone call. I then contacted ***** on 8/24/24 but had to leave a phone message. I then called Leafguard and left a service call but on 8/26/24 I did not receive a call back. I then called ***** and told him about some leaking problems and also about the damaged gutter. I was then given a repair date of 9/3/24. I regret doing business with them. I am not out ***** dollars.

  On August 19, 2924 I had an appointment with a LeafGuard Representative. After he did a walk around our home and took some pictures he gave his Sales Presentation. I advised him that we were getting 2 other price quotes and that we would get back with him on Wednesday. When he was crunching the numbers I showed him a print out of the Advertisement that stated we could get a $100 gift Card with our Free Home Inspection (offer expires 8-31-2024). He said that in leu of that he would give us $500 off of the quoted price along with other discounts. In keeping with my statement I contacted LeafGuard and spoke with ******* (at the Phone Number Provided by ***** to advise them that we had gone with another company and I was requesting my Gift Card. I was told that someone would get back to me. Well, Someone did and they said that this offer was not available in my area. If they can't keep their word on Advertising then I would be very cautious of *************************************** after installation. Plus, when Icicles form on their gutters (which they Do Not Tell You About) it can be dangerous.

  Terrible experience with this company the associate left cause I asked if he can bypass some of the explaining process cause I was aware of their product and he just left no explanation..he boss called me and said that we customer have to listen to all explanation related to their employees when it comes to purchasing their products and if we ask not to they will not sell you their products...

  They scam customers.Price is ridiculous.Too pushy for same day sale- then a guy named ************************* from Chicago called us two days later and lowered price from $24,000 to $11,000 and questioned our sales person.The *************** article is accurate-Never pay more than $28-$45/ft for their gutters. And thats for the linear ft of gutter in the entire job. Dont let them fool you with downspouts and other c*** features like drain defenders that clog and blow off in heavy rain.Try gutter shutter, leaffilter, or any number of other reputable companies.

  I think LeafGuard is a rip off and I do not recommend them to anyone else. I am not pleased with the quality of their work and my fascia and soffits have not been replaced. But they charged my card before completing the job so I just filed a dispute with my card holder about this issue. Maybe they will then return my calls and emails. The general manager has not answered my phone call yet. Please Buy Gutters elsewhere because for the price LeafGuard charges, the quality is very poor.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone solely based on my interaction with the salesman. The salesman was at my home for 3.5 hours (supposed to be a ***** minute consult), quoted me a ridiculously hight price for gutter replacements, told me that the facia board was all rotten and needed replaced. I told him I could not afford the monthly payment right now and that I would look into it again once I paid off another debt that we were working on. He said he knew I wouldn't call back and asked if I didn't care about fixing my house. He basically absolutely refused to leave until I signed a contract. He was unprofessional in the information he told me about his family as well. He made me feel very inferior and was just a total jerk. The guys show up to replace gutters and tell me the contract says nothing about the facia board being replaced. Not surprised, I knew the company would try to pull something like this after I saw how the salesman treated me. We still had to pay the same price even without the facia board. The gutters look nice, will see how they hold up.

  This is a review of my experience with the business itself not the product as I did not purchase it. Their sales tactics are very poor in my opinion. I was at an event where a leafgaurd booth was set up and the lady there was very pushy, insisting I sign up for an at home quote with no obligation and I would receive a $25 gift card for simply keeping my appointment and meeting with the representative. She would not give any kind of pricing, and was soo insistent that I should sign up that I finally said, "sure, if you guys want to waste your time, I'll sign up and meet with them so I can get a gift card."The rep was 15 minutes late, went around and inspected the house, then quoted me $18,000 for gutters! I had already recieved a quote from a local business for around $2,000 for standard one piece gutters. The rep was pushy as can be, and tried all kinds of tactics to get me to sign up including a payment plan at 9.9% interest. I thanked him for his time and told him I was not interested. The rep was very polite, but extremely pushy and tried to make me feel like I didn't care about my house if I went with standard gutters. ** eventually left after around an hour of pitching the product, I did not receive anything from him regarding the gift card. I then recieved an email 1 week later stating there were more discounts available. I replied stating I was not interested, and asked about the gift card. The person that emailed told me he didn't have the contact info of the rep and I needed to reach out to him to get it. I asked him how he could have more discounts if he couldn't contact the rep. ** avoided the question and sent me a quote of $10,000. I told him I wasn't interested and that I did not appreciate the bait and switch tactics.I have still not received the gift card (I'm not that worried about it as I don't shop at lowes anyways).Beware of this company, they are obviously not honest, and will take advantage of customers.
