      On July 29th 2024 I spent ****** for a dolphin cruise with a guarantee to see dolphins through vacations made easy for 4 people to go on this cruise we unfortunately did not get to see dolphins When I called customer service they said they could reschedule me but when they went to reschedule us everything was fully booked out. So I asked for a partial refund and they said they couldnt even do that. So $****** that was wasted we didnt get to see dolphins

      transaction date: 7/20/24 order number: ******* While on family vacation in ************, I was searching online for a local dolphin cruise to attend to my family and decided to book with Vacation Made Easy. They had advertised it as ******************** **************** Tours- Guaranteed to see dolphins. So I booked tickets for 4 adults & 2 children. Prior to booking, the advertisement did not disclose the location of the cruise and did not disclose the fact that you needed to run to their office that is not the location of the cruise to pick up the tickets. After I paid for the tickets, an email was sent to me that I needed to pick up the tickets from their ************** with the address of *******************************. This is when I realized that the location was not at a port. Again, this email did not disclose the location of the port. When I arrived at the ************** and got my voucher, this is when I realized that the port location is 30min away in **********************,.not ************ as advertised. At this time, I only had 1 hr until the start time of the cruise, and had to rush to the port location as we needed to arrive 30 min prior to embarkment of the cruise ship. During the cruise, no dolphins were observed. We called Vacation Made Easy and they did not have any availability for the next 2 days for another dolphin cruise in order to honor their Dolphin Guarantee. We could not book for any dates after as we would be on our way home back to **. The customer service supervisor refused to provide availability withint the 2 days we would still be in town, she refused to book us at a different cruise port, and refused partial or full refund of the tickets.I am filing 2 claims against this company:1. false advertisement of the cruise location and purposely making the process of ticketing unclear to customer prior to payment 2. failure to honor dolphin sighting guarantee claim made in the advertisement

      On 07/06/2024 I bought a dolphin sunrise tour and I clicked on July 10th for our day and it gave a list of times. I clicked on the 7:30 PM sunrise tour and then it sent a confirmation to my email for July 12th at 7:30. We won't be in ****** that day, so I quickly called to get it changed. The rep on the phone told me in order to get it at the same price ($35 for two tickets and military discount) he would have to issue a gift certificate and I could reorder the tickets with the certificate. He said it would come to my email within three hours **** I waited all day for the email and it never came. I called again at 12:20 PM on July 7th to report that I never got the email. She was able to quickly find my gift certificate and forward it. She said she needed to take my reservation over the phone. She then came back with tickets for $110 for both! I asked her what the h*** happened and explained the situation and that I just wanted a refund. She told me that once a gift certificate is issued they cannot refund my money. I informed them I would be turning them in to the BBB. The will not refund my money or honor the same deal for the tickets 12 hours later.

      I made the mistake of buying tickets for Branson through the service. My issue is the day of one of our engagements. I got very ill and could not go. Unfortunately, they have no refund policy as well as no way to reschedule so you just lose your money if you get sick the day of, the woman told me I could get a couple of days before but how was I supposed to know Im gonna get sick a couple days before. I will never use this service again, plus I had no idea they were also going to try and sell me a timeshare.

Orders inside 48 hours of first scheduled reservation are non-cancelable. No refunds or credits can be given inside 48 hours of first scheduled reservation.

      I am making a complain against Vacations Made Easy for making false claims about their pricing, misleading customers about their service fees, and lying about providing buyer protection.On June 27, 2024, I spent $1,049.06 on 12 tickets to three different dinner shows in Pigeon Forge via VacationsMadeEasy.com for my familys Christmas holiday based on the fact that the company's website claimed a "Best Price Guarantee" as well as a refund" guarantee. This was important to me as I have severe health issues that have caused me to cancel vacation plans a few times this year.After purchasing the tickets, I received a special email offer to buy tickets for a local rollercoaster ride for only $39 per person. Curious about the pricing, I looked up the normal ticket price and found it is only $18.99 per adult, more than half of what Vacations Made Easy was charging me for a "special price!" This prompted me to check the prices of the dinner tickets directly from the venues, and found that Vacations Made Easy had actually overcharged me by $186.30! And this is after I was supposedly given a "Buy One Get One Free" deal on 4 of the tickets!I immediately attempted to cancel my purchase to buy the tickets at the actual best price and save nearly $200. However, that was when I was informed that the company does not actually give refunds, but rather gives credits in the form of a gift certificate. I was very upset about this, because a refund is very different from a credit, so to claim on their advertising that they give refunds is untruthful. I don't want a gift certificate for a company that is overcharging me for tickets I can buy much cheaper from the companies themselves! They will give a partial cash refunds, but only 65% of what was paid, equating to $367.17, with the company keeping $681.89. So to process a partial refund would end up costing me ****** MORE than I already overpaid. Again, this is a horrible mistruth from what they say on the website.

      Order #******* was placed on April 5th 2024. The booking was mistakenly made for April 9th 2024, when it should have been placed for May 9th 2024. I did not realize this mistake until I received a text reminder on April 5th stating I needed to pick up my vouchers because my event was beginning in less than 4 hours. I immediately called and let customer service know of my issue. They stated nothing could be done because it was past the 48 hour cancellation policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given the same response. I am not looking for a cancellation or even a refund, I am simply looking for my booking to be transferred to the correct date. The amount paid was $546.85 that has been wasted with no services provided. I am looking to use that amount to book the correct date so that I can receive the services I paid for. The order was placed through Vacations Made Easy for Smokey Mountains Jeep Tours for 5 individuals on our vacation.

      I purchased show tickets and never picked them up and canceled as soon as possible. Company hung up twice on me and ignored several emails. They only refunded part of the tickets not all of them.

      My friend tried to made reservations for us for 4 but his wife had to have triple bypass surgery. My friend changed the tickets to my name without my knowing and the trip didn&#**;t work out. It went from $1388 to $1431. They inflated the price and offered to credit his account $1288 that&#**;s it. I am a veteran but my friend is not and we didn&#**;t get a veterans discount. I would like to get the full price of the tickets back, no fees.

      February 25, 2024 I made a reservation for a 2 bedroom condo at the Suites of **************************************. I paid $627 for a package that included 5 attractions and the suite. I called the suites today to confirm the reservation and they had my name, but the address was a New York address per ******, morning shift worker. ****** was unable to see the details of the stay so I was told to call back. I then called back and spoke with a female employee who told me that my reservation was for a STUDIO room. Not to mention there was no other places available. I saw online how many times people have had problems with them. I tried to cancel the reservation, but per ******, supervisor, that was not going to be possible. She put me on hold multiple times with the same excuse. I screen recorded and notified them all thar I was recording. She said she would try and work it out and let us know what is going on. This is for my son's birthday, we were going to be driving 8 hours away just to go there. I would just like to get my refund.

      I purchased tickets for Rowdy tubing in ************, ********* on Feb. 5th 2024 from Vacation Made Easy for the amount of $46.65. I added a ticket for my grandson on my credit card. When we arrived, my fiance, grandson, and myself slid down once. It was very rough on the slides. I hurt my ankle in the process and my grandson was terrified. We went directly inside and talked to the manager about a refund, she said she could only issue a refund for the ticket we bought from them. She couldn't refund the other 2 tickets since they were purchased from Vacation Made Easy. She said we would have to call Vacation Made Easy for the other refund. That is what I did and she told me that they could call her and she would vouch for the refund. However when Vacation Made Easy called me back they stated that *****'s Tubing manager agreed with them and they were not going to issue a refund. I immediately called the manager back and she said they don't like to do refunds and I was going to have a hard time getting it. They lied about her agreeing, because she said she would have issued it.
