1 starI bought tickets with them for ***** **** Lumberjack show and dinner . To find out they charged me so much extra that I paid $69 more than if I had just went through ***** ***** website or in person . I called vacations made easy and they never let u talk to a superviser . I actually paid for an extra person that I didnt have there was just 2 of us. I work hard for my money and this was a slap in the face. Im a single mom and I dont appreciate this.Review fromLorene G

1 starMoney Wasted Vacations Made Easy does not provide tickets via an online link because they use the opportunity to upsell you on other events. Its essentially a smoke-and-mirrors gimmick. They push you to attend a 2-hour timeshare presentation at a resort they own, promising free coupons for restaurants, shows, and attractions. However, the so-called free admission tickets are misleading. At the *****************, we were only given $2.00 off instead of free entry. We also received two $10-off restaurant coupons but were only allowed to use one because the restaurant owner said only one coupon per table was permitted. When we received the coupons, the woman at Vacations Made Easy said, You can use these tonight for your anniversary dinner. That turned out to be false. The Dolphin Cruise they scheduled for us was a complete disaster. Despite a storm brewing, the captain at Crazy Sisters ****** still took the boat outbut not far enough to see any dolphins. Not long after the trip began, it started pouring, and all passengers had to cram into the cabin for shelter. It felt like they only took the boat out far enough to avoid canceling the cruise and issuing refunds. When we approached the ****** for a refund, they told us to contact Vacations Made Easy, since we had booked through them. The cruise website didnt offer any other booking options. *** told us that since the boat technically went out, the cruise was considered fulfilled, and they wouldnt issue a refund. They did offer to reschedule, but the forecast showed thunderstorms for the next three days, and we were leaving ************** on the fourth. We explained this, but the woman at *** refused to offer a refund.Bottom line: BIG waste of time and money. I absolutely do NOT recommend Vacations Made Easy or Crazy Sisters ******.Review fromVladimir Z

1 starMy wife and I failed to make two shows (***** stampede and Pirates Voyage) in ************, ** on last weekend due to my unexpected gallbladder surgery. She did drive us to the area as soon as I was discharged and we joined the other 5 members of our family to enjoy three more shows reserved through Vacations Made Easy. Visited your office in ****** Forge within *************************************************************** ***********, **. Your representative called me two days later and said their policy was that cancellation must be made within ***************************************************************************** Pigeon Forge. However, they acknowledged receipt of an email from my son regarding this issue. I think they should show a little compassion and offer a full refund based on my emergency surgery.Review fromTimothy R

1 starI wish I could choose 0 stars. Absolutely horrible experience. Our granddaughter is visiting with us for a period over the summer. My wife purchased tickets for the show Spellbound a magic show at the *********** in ************. She purchased the tickets in error for the wrong day. She meant to buy tickets for Sunday and ended up buying them for Saturday the same day. Unfortunately you cannot buy tickets directly from the theatre. You end up buying them from Vacations Made Easy. Realizing her mistake my wife called them back within an hour and told them the made a mistake. She was told sorry no refund for tickets within 2 days of the show date. We also found out that we had to go to Vacations Made Easy to get the tickets printed. So basically they are drawing you to their sales office. We were told to call a different number that they said they have better luck with. So we called and after waiting for a customer service agent we were told they couldn't do anything they had to refer it to a "team member". Granted all we wanted to do was change the tickets to the next day. We pleaded with the woman at the office and she said its a different agency that handles the ticket purchase transactions. SO all we wanted to do was buy three tickets and it goes through three agencies just to see the show. No team member called back after we tried calling them twice on Saturday. Someone called back today Sunday and offered the same three tickets for another $80. We paid $85 yesterday fro three tickets. Again all we wanted to do was change the tickets to the next day. We weren't asking for a refund. I have read many reviews now about Vacations Made Easy. It appears that the reason you have to get the tickets printed there is to draw you into attending a 2 hour timeshare type presentation. I believe you should be told this upfront from the *********** as well as when you purchase the tickets from Vacations Made Easy. We are locals and have a lot of visitors come from out of town.Review fromChelsea T

1 starI WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 100 IF POSSIBLE.I purchased a Ft Lauderdale riverfront sightseeing boat tour From Vacations Made Easy for my party of 6. After having made the payment, I was informed via email 1 day later that the vouchers would need to be picked up at an address in ************* which is ********************************************************* **************Since then, I have attempted to call and speak to their customer service people (first spoke to *****, then to her supervisor ******) to have the vouchers emailed or post mailed to me beforehand (we had 2 weeks before our cruise so plenty of time to make accommodations to our request). Our flight into Ft Lauderdale arrives an hour before the tour begins and that is not possible to go pick the vouchers up elsewhere. They repeatedly told me that the vouchers have to be picked up in person in ************* (and if you read the other reviews, you will read that there are timeshare presentations involved to waste your precious vacation time). In today's world of emails, scanners, the phone texts, how is it possible that vouchers "absolutely" need to be picked up in person? They refused to send me the voucher via email or post (even if there are 15 days before my purchased tour).Needless to say, I have tried to cancel the purchase via their email link (but as you can imagine, it is not possible) and since then I have had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! AVOID THEM SO YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HASSLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION TIME.Review fromJohn S

1 starBought tickets to a Dolphin Cruise Watch to find that I needed to drive half an hour to pick up the tickets (they said they dont deliver electronically). When there received the hard sell for some real estate pitch. Half hour return trip. An hour before my cruise was to leave I receive an Email that they can send the tickets electronically if I lost or forgot them. What an inconvenience this was. Would definitely NOT recommend them for purchasing tickets for event not where they are located.Review fromSharon F

1 starWas visiting ******* and decided to take my mom on the Jungle Queen on Saturday September 14. Went on line and bought 3 tickets from Vacation Made Easy ( which I never knew was a third party for the Cruise. We had to pick up the tickets at ******* in ************* we got theRE the morning of September 14 around 10:50 am the person in the booth never heard of Vacation Made easy, however someone told him to allow us in and he directed us to the blue building on the Wyndham property when we got there we saw no one fortunately for us after about 5 mins waiting we saw a lady who never knew where we should go but was kind enough to go ask someone. It happened we were sent to the wrong building. Got the the right building and had to wait for half hour for the tickets to be printed (bear in mind our trip time is 12 pm) we were losing time when we finally got the tickets in our hand and the receptionist checked the time to get to the pick up spot it would take us 23 mins which means we would get there at 12:05pm however we tried. Got there the boat left but even if the boat was there there was nowhere for us to park our car and this was not instructed to us. I called *** and was told We would not be refunded our monies. I tried doing a review on their page but it would not allow me to post. Vacation Made Easy is a third party scammer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BUY FROM THE CRUISE COMPANY INSTEAD.Review fromChristopher M

1 starBooked the Sunset Dolphin Cruise for Tuesday August, 27th. Getting the vouchers was easy and the young lady at the service desk was very helpful in that she told us to made sure we left 45 minutes early in order to get there 1/2 hour early. My complaint is that the ad said you are guaranteed to see dolphins. I did not see any dolphins. The captain made no attempt to show us dolphins even though when we left the port he said, "Are you ready to see some dolphins?" When I called the company they said they could book us on a cruise for next week which is their guarantee. This did not help us since we went back to ** the next day. I did not expect a refund but I should have been offered a voucher at least. The ad is misleading in that there is clearly no guarantee to see dolphins. If I was rescheduled, the same thing probably would have happened. Vacationsmadeeasy should remove the guaranteed to see dolphins from their ad. This is not fair to hard working people who are paying good money for this. All this was was a boat ride.
