  Made the mistake of booking a Branson dinner show through them and paid $200 more than I would have if I would have just booked direct with the company. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

  I went on-line to purchase tickets for ************** Musical-A Tribute to Motown in MB. Of course, this company has their address attached to the *********** (place of the event). Not realizing this was not the official website of GTS, I ordered 6 tickets and was charged $248.32. THIS AMOUNT WAS IMMEDIATELY PLACED ON MY CHARGE CARD. My instincts told me something wasn't right, so I called GTS and was told this company purchases back row seats from them and sell to customers and in order to get your tickets you must first attend a timeshare presentation (not mentioned anywhere when purchasing) I was asked do I want the tickets emailed or sent via mail. I said mailed. I called the company within 10-minutes of the purchase to cancel the order. I was told I could get refunded with a GIFT CERTIFICATE or the MONEY BACK ON MY CARD, LESS $85. Of course, I was livid! I blatantly told them, "If this company is legit, then why are you so adamant about cancelling my purchase and refunding the entire amount back to my card?" The person I spoke with was apologetic, however, I told him I don't need an apology I just want the purchase cancelled. I contacted my bank to let them know that this charge is NOT TO BE PAID. Still waiting on the results. I don't understand why this company is allowed to stay in business after so many complaints. Are there not laws against this type of ILLEGAL BUSINESS DEALINGS. My mistake NOT READING THE REVIEWS UP FRONT. THE WAY IT'S ATTACHED TO THE ORIGINAL VENUE IS VERY DECEIVING. And why would legitimate businesses do business with a SHADY VENUE LIKE THIS? This is WRONG what they're doing, and THEY SHOULD BE STOPPED. Not only did I called them BUT has responded to the numerous emails they've been sending since my purchase telling them I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING THEY'RE SELLING AND TO CANCEL MY ORDER! PLEASE BE AWARE, YOU DON'T WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD, SCAM. They don't deserve a one-star rating, it's ZERO star.

  I purchased double priced tickets for a ************ in ************, they sent the confirmation code and everything looked fine, at the time to pickup the tickets for the ride, the people at the actually place didn't recognize the transaction, explaining the issue is not new, they have too many people with the same issue and they already reported. The old owner registered the place to do business with this company and still selling tickets after being sold. They don't have nothing to do with the online service it's all at the place.They got my with 90 dollars and the embarrassing situation. Shame in this company already reported and still scamming people.

  They are a rip off. Purchased 2 tickets for 3 shows and overpaid by $322.00! (MIRACLE OF CHRISTMAS; SIX; AND ********************* for week of November 5th).

  I booked tickets for a family group getaway at Branson.com Somehow Vacations Made Easy sent me the confirmation email. Our tickets were twice as much than what the price at the box office. At the time I had no idea I was over paying that much for tickets until we decided to get an addon and realized we had been overcharge 30+ dollars for each ticket. Over ****** for that set of tickets for that show. I think what was so shocking is that Branson's tourism depends a lot on seniors citizen and several of the tickets I purchase were for seniors. I not sure what the steps are to do something about the misrepresentation, however if I was the involved in the city of Branson I would do all I could to stop the price hiking by such companies. The tourism is way down for many theaters and no wonder if they people are booking through this site. Many are thinking their tickets are ***** a piece and really *****.

  I tried to order tickets to the Showboat Branson Belle, thinking that website was the main ticket office at the dock. Somehow it shifted to "Vacations Made Easy" site. It looked legit. The info available gave me the impression we needed to pick up our tickets at 4:00. We arrived exactly at 4:00 & the Showboat was leaving the dock. ********** ladies said we had booked with a 3rd party ************** doubted we would get any help. They gave us the ************ #, which we called immediately. We were told "we don't give ************ don't reschedule". We were just out of luck, that is the way they do business. Definitely a SCAM!!! Horrible!! I called our credit card *********** said the company had already gotten their money. We filed a fraud **************** suspended the charges pending investigation. I called the number on the credit card bill, which showed "Branson Shows". My call was answered "Vacations Made Easy"--I hung up!! I don't know how I got this company instead of the REAL Branson Belle. People beware of this company!!! I really don't give them even one star---should be zero!! RIP OFF!!!
