      They are a scam business with fraudulently low prices on their website. When I telephoned to inquire about bringing a service dog along on the event, the agent said she could take my reservation. So I completed my booking, only to be informed afterward that the price I was charged was $95.00 higher than the website advertisement. The company also only offers a full "refund" by way of a voucher and refuses to credit the entire amount back to my credit card----saying a credit card refund would involve a $75.00 "service fee."

      I think this company sucks!!!! Vacations made SLEAZY should be the new name. Garbage guarantee, do not respond to emails and just all around unprofessional. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars.

      Horrible! We booked tickets online and had to go to ********************* to pick up tickets. We LIVE in ************! It was inconvenient and obviously a ploy to get you to buy c*** at this location. And the come on for the $200 back for participating in some Wyndham c*** was the icing on the cake

      totally awful, booked online for pirates voyage got *************** by mistake, immediately call their help line to cancel or switch to pirates voyage, first told me it was 48 hours to cancel, then supervisor told me it was 24 hours which i was well within. They wouldn't cancel and told me they couldn't switch to pirates voyage. On top of that supervisor hung up on me and I had to call back with the same result. total rip off

      Beware! ***** at the welcome center is a lier and will not give you a refund likes she states. Please do not use Vacations made easy.

      This is by far the worst place give give even 1 dollar to. I purchased a morning cruise on May 20 2023 and when I went to pick up the tickets I was told to go across town to get on the cruise. It was 45 minutes away from where the tickets had to be picked up from. I asked why couldn't It be sent digitally to my. I was told the can't. But 3 hrs later it was send digitally. I called customer service asked for a refund. They denied me even though there is no refund policy in the contract. I spoke with 2 so called supervisors **** and Alexandria they were very rude. I can see by the recording that this happens all the time . Because it say please be polite to our staff so I know ******** the only pisssed customer. Do not use them. They are the absolute worst company. They literally stole money out my pocket.

      BEWARE!!!!!
      We booked a tour for a group of seniors, the BransonShows.com site advertises the lowest price guarantee and BOGO offer. These are false advertisements as the cost to book anything listed on the site is twice the price of booking directly through the venue.
      The cancellation policy is ridiculous and the terms are next to impossible to find on their page. The "terms" is at the very bottom of the page in a very small font. (right side bottom). I have copied the Cancellation Policy here:
      *Cancellations received more than 2 days prior to the date of your first reservation can have 100% of your vacation's value applied to a future vacation for up to 12 months or a 65% refund. (Example for a vacation package with a check-in of Oct 15, 2026 after 3 p.m., you may cancel prior to midnight on Oct 12, 2026)
      I am worried about the booking so I have contacted the venue now to ensure they are aware and to check on the status of this booking and the validity of this travel seller. Vacations made easy should change its name to Vacations made stressful and Expensive. Lesson learned!!

      We purchased four tickets from this company. The couple that was supposed to meet up with us could no longer attend. I called to cancel the tickets. They told me it was full refundable. Then they told me I could get a voucher or a 65% refund. I asked for a supervisor. He told me they could give me 90% of my money back. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge.

      I wanted to share an experience so hopefully no one else will have to experience this! NEVER USE Vacations Made Easy for any reason! They over charge an absurd amount and then the only solution is to be refunded with a gift card to use with them or 65% of your money back! It is a shame how they are abusing customers! They are very tricky making the website appear to be going through the event site( in my case ***********************) , but it is a rip off 100%. Please share and get the word out about this terrible company!!
