  04/09/24 booked a lunch cruise for 04/24/24 on the paddle ship in ******** **. $218.80 Our plans got changed and not able to make the trip.04/11/24 I called to cancel the lunch cruise I am told I have 2 options, a full voucher for a later event or a 65% refund.I feel like I am being extorted by crooks. Do not waist your time with them

  Complete rip-off and scam! I purchased tickets on-line under the name of Branson Shows and ended up having to pick up tickets in person in Branson. They were trying to get my husband to come in from the car because he had to show them his license and give his signature in order to print them out, which I knew was a complete lie. I told them he would not be coming in and that I just wanted my tickets that I had paid (way too much) for. They couldn't answer any of my questions, they just kept saying "I don't work for them" and kept playing dumb. After I demanded my tickets, they magically printed them out and finally let me go. Once I got to the venue, I had to waste another ********************** another line because the "voucher" I was given was not an actual ticket. Complete misrepresentation and scam! Go directly to the venue to purchase your tickets.

  I purchased tickets for a show online. I was made aware these needed to be picked up in person. It was presented in a way that misguided the buyer. I paid $84.88 and in fine print. It said they do not refund the total amount if canceled or picked up not picked up in person. Total amount refunded was $55.17. This definitely did not make any vacation easy, These are unethical practices and marketing tactics.

  I was baited into ordering tickets for a show in Branson, ******** from Vacations made easy.com. Within minutes, I realized that this was a mistake. (The website used Deceptive advertising ) I thought I was ordering directly from the theatre, but discovered only after giving them my credit card number, that they would not be giving me tickets to the show, but vouchers for obtaining tickets to the show. When I requested an immediate refund within that same hour of ordering, I was directed to a website that stated they would be keeping $142 of my $419 order (35%). What a scam! This is completely unfair and unacceptable. They provided NO goods and services for my unintentional error. No good business operates in this fashion or is so unfair to potential customers

  Extremely upset and disappointed. I was looking to book tickets to *****************************************, I did not realize I was not on ******** website until I had checked out and the receipt page showed Vacations made easy. Up to that point all headers showed *****************************************. When I realized the mistake I called them immediately to cancel the transaction. The ************ they offered me was a gift card to use to another show or a 65% refund! Not only do I not know when I would use the gift card but it also looses 10% value a month! This company is a total rip off. They made $196 off of me in less than 5 minutes as this is the amount they refuse to refund. I have filed dispute charges with my credit card company. Beware!!

  Booked a hotel reservation with this company. Wrong date was entered and the company would not give me my money back. Called in less than than 5 min to cancel and would not give me my full refund. 65% of my money or a gift card. I would never use a gift card with these people. How can this even be legal. They offered me 90% after I went off but I think that's the scam. I saw other reviews that says the same. They pretend to put you on hold just to come back and give you the 90% back. Again how is this even legal. I don't even know how I got to this site. I thought I was booking through the hotel and not a 3rd party total scam!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE

  A guest at our hotel tried to call and cancel her reservation for a show in town today (Wednesday) and the show is on Friday. The reason for the cancellation is due to her daughter being rushed to the hospital this morning and is now fighting for her life, not because they did not want to go the show. she was told that the company was keeping 35% of her money for her cancellation and that the reason for it was "none of their concern". when she asked to speak to the supervisor the lady on the phone refused to allow her to speak to anyone else. She then became extremely rude and interruptive towards our guest. This lady was in our lobby on speaker phone and was treated so bad by this company. We will certainly not be recommending them and advising people to stay away due to this incident.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We bought tickets and then realized it was a timeshare gimmick. We cancelled our purchase thru our bank. We did not pick up tickets but the company recharged our bank account 4 MONTHS LATER. When I called the company, they said they could not issue a refund because the cutoff date was passed. I asked if they would have issued a refund had it not passed and they said only 65% would have been refunded or a gift certificate issued. NEVER AGAIN!! They have a BBB rating of "F" - Shame on ME for not doing my "homework" BEFORE I bought the tickets. ****** learned.

  Horrible. They lied to us, by telling us the tickets were very limited and we needed to hurry, which was not the case. We checked into the shows later and many seats were available at a much lover rate. They wound up charging us double for the tickets, so we asked for a refund merely a few minutes after purchasing. They insisted on a a 35% cancellation fee a few minutes. We finally talked them into a 10% fee which still totalled over $200. NEVER, NEVER go with this company. They are a scam.
