0 stars! Do not do business with this company. We attempted to purchase tickets for the murder mystery show which vacations made easy posted as available. Upon purchase of 7 tickets we never received the confirmation email so I called. After a huge runaround I finally got a supervisor who was very rude and proceeded to tell me the show was unavailable. Don't do business with this company just go directly through the business you are trying to use.

0 Rating, Dishonest business; potential customers should call the ********************** attractions/shows that they wish to visit directly; buy tickets direct from the attraction/show and get the tickets requested, with a 100% refund guarantee on those tickets. Vacations Made Easy is a third party, selling tickets that they do not have yet. To point, if purchasing special seating for a disabled person (child with Cerebral Palsy, Disabled American Veteran, etc..), Vacations Made Easy sells the tickets to the customer and then request the special seating tickets from the attraction/show. - After the purchase, Vacations Made Easy could not/would not provide me with seating information; Vacations Made Easy could only tell me that the special seating request was submitted. - Vacations Made Easy was unable or unwilling to provide me with what was agreed upon and purchased in good faith, so I contacted the Showboat Branson Belle direct and was informed that the tickets requested by Vacations Made Easy were only accessible by stairs and were not appropriate for persons with physical disabilities; the seating was wrong and the meal request was wrong. - Vacations Made Easy ****************** said they could only refund 60% of the purchase although it was their failure and it was over three weeks until the show. - Conclusion: If looking to purchase tickets for the Showboat Branson Belle or ******************, I strongly encourage potential customers to contact the Showboat ********************** Belle and Silver Dollar City attractions directly (same number for both) and you will get fair and honest treatment; you will get what you purchase, and you will have the tickets (QR Code) sent directly to you so you can appear at the attraction/show and not be required to go to the Vacations Made Easy office to pick up tickets. Cut out the dishonest third persons and purchase directly; get what you pay for and make sure your family is not victim to this dishonest business.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would select it.Please DO NOT ever purchase anything through Vacations Made Easy. They are a TOTAL rip off and a scam. They don't tell you when you book that they upcharge the fees by almost 200%.I bought tickets for my family of 7 to see the ******* Back Illusionist show and paid $327 total. When I got to the theatre and signed my receipt to show proof that I used my vouchers, the receipt showed that the actual price for the tickets was $127, revealing a $200 over-charge.I called customer service to ask why I was charged $200 more than the actual tickets prices, but they would not help me. The woman that I spoke to kept repeating a script that they're instructed to say to people. There was no explanation for the excess fees, and they refused to reimburse me any of the money that I paid. After this experience, I went onto ****** reviews and saw that they have a very poor rating due to this same issue. They are up-charging their fees by absurd amounts without disclosing it to people. When you call customer service and ask to be transferred to a supervisor, the automated message that plays whe you wait says "we understand that you may be upset, but please keep the conversation calm and respectful." The fact that the company feels a necessity to play a message like that tells you everything you need to know about them. They are aware that everyone that calls them is calling because they are upset about the company's practices.I just want to warn everyone I can about how Vacations Made Easy is ripping people off to prevent another family from being taken advantage of.

I ordered tickets for a dolphin cruise. I waited and waited for my tickets but I was sent emails that had nothing to do with my purchase. I then received a text message that I had to go way across town to get these tickets. I sent a message and was told someone would reach out. On top of that none of the cruises even offer a tour at the time I paid for.

False advertisement of vendor location causing us to drive a long time and rush to the activity location. Poor customer service when it comes to dolphin cruise guarantee. They are scamming tourists.

O stars. Vouchers weren't ready. Wouldn't let my son pick them up. Wouldn't email them. Will never use this site againt The only reason they got one star. Is because they wouldn't let me leave a review without it

Made reservations on line for Shell Island boat tour in ******** Inlet for the convenience of them emailing me the tickets. After placing my order they informed me I had to physically pick up the tickets at ******** on the Beach. Never mentioned that when ordering. I fought traffic for over an hour to get to ******** only to realize they wanted to deliver their sales pitch for other events. Then they e-mailed me the tickets. Also they charged $215 more for the same tickets I could have purchased at the event. Will never use them again.

I thought I was calling the General ******* to make reservations for a lunch time cruise. Turns out, It was Vacations Made Easy. The reservation for two was $255.94. After all the payment was done, I was told it was nonrefundable. I realized after I got off the phone that it was not the General **************** had called. Turns out, the total cost directly through the General ******* was $158.74 and they did have a cancelation policy. When I realized Vacations Made Easy had overcharged me $97.20, I called. The supervisor told me the best they could do was refund 10% which was $25.59. The recording playing while I held for the supervisor said something like: it knew the caller was angry but please refrain from being too hostile to the supervisor. I want my money back-all of it.

Definitely a scam company! They make it seem like you can pay with PayPalcharged me twice , refunded the fake PayPal amount and charged me from my card. Cant get a refund! Only 65% or full refund on a gift card! They double charge you for these events because when you book directly through the sites they were CHEAPER! Almost by HALF! The worse part!!!!! Its April, trip in Aug and I have to pick the tickets up IN PERSON! Never heard of this before! Why cant it be emailed? Now Im nervous they will cancel all the events ($652 Im sick) and then come up with some excuse to keep our money! I cant believe I fell for this! The signs were there! DONT USE THIS SITE AT *********! Book directly. Be warned!

This is a scam - basically a bait and switch. You ONLY get the discount if you go to their time share presentation. If you are married or call them out on this - they want nothing to do with you. They set up in hotels and call themselves "concierge." They have locations in the area that are called "guest services." They are none of these things! RUN from these people.
