      On 11/19/2022 I booked a 3-Day ************, ************ Vacation package. This package included choice of hotel, and a **************, Black Hills Tour package. I paid $987 dollars for this package. On 11/19/2022 they took out the $987 dollars for the vacation package. On 1/5/2023 I got a call from Vacations Made Easy. They notified me that they were informed that the tour was not available until May. I was asked if I wanted a refund of my vacation package. To which I said yes. On 1/9/2023 I was refunded only $******. When I contacted them about this. I was informed they only canceled the tour and not the hotel. Being that the tour is the reason I needed the hotel. Now they are saying I will only get 65% of the hotel fee returned to me. Being that it was not clearly stated on their website thay the package isn't available until May, and I have a screen shot of the page to show it doesn't say anything about the package not being available until May. I should be getting 100% refund being that it was on their end that the error occurred and not mine. I paid 987 dollars and only received ******, and they are keeping ****** doesn't seem appropriate.

      On 12/31/2022 I booked a comedy bus tour through Branson Shows. I selected 1/1/2023 for the date, however the system must have automatically changed the date to 1/2/2023 as there were no tours running on 1/1/2023. I must have missed that the date changed because there is no way I would have selected the 2nd as we were departing on the 2nd. When I opened my email to get ticket pick up information I saw that the date for our tour was for 1/2/2023. I immediately called Branson Shows to see if we could get the date changed and I was informed that there is a 48 hour cancellation notice policy. However, I was calling within 24 hours of purchasing the tickets. I was not given any option to book a different show or a different day/time that worked for our family. I was simply told they would not be refunding our money. It looks as though this is a common practice as their yelp page is all 1 star reviews with similar complaints. This company is terrible and should be ashamed of their business practices. I would also like to mention that I never was rude or yelled at the supervisor, but she was very rude and sarcastic with me on the phone.

      Customer placed their order through our online ordering system bransonshows.com on 12/31/2022 at 6:45 PM for the following items:

      Activities: 4 Adult Tickets to Branson ************

      Date: 1/2/2023

      Time: 1:00 PM

      Order Total: $200.61

      Upon placing this order the customer provided reservation information in the name of ***************************, billing information in the name of ***************************, agreed to our Terms of Sale, and logged into PayPal and provided information for total payment of order. The customer submitted this order authorizing us to charge the card in the order amounts.

      The customer utilized our online ordering system on 12/31/2022 at 6:45 PM agreeing to our Terms of Sale including, orders inside 48 hours of first scheduled reservation are non-cancelable. No refunds or credits can be given inside 48 hours of first scheduled reservation.

      1/9/2023 the customer was refunded in full. Transaction id number *************** IA

      On August 2nd 2022, I received an email from *************************** Branson Shows ************** m Lead notifying me of **** shows. Since we planned to go to Branson in mid-October with friends, I selected the **** link and book ****************** show for October 18th and ***************** A ************************** for October 19th. I book 4 tickets for each show expecting to get the **** rate for these shows.When I received my credit card statement I was shocked. Instead of receiving a **** rate for these shows, I was charged $177.71 for ****** Arrow and $185.78 for ***************** A **************************. This did not add up to Buy One Get One Free Rate. The normal charge to the ****** Arrow Show is: $47.13 for adult and for the ***************** A ************************** $50. 19 for an adult.I contacted Vacations Made Easy on October 14th about the charge, but receive no response to my email. Again I contacted BransonShows.com on October 16th with no response. Lastly, I contacted *************************** on November 14th and finally November 23rd stating that I expected a response and resolution to the charges on my credit card or I will file with the Better Business Bureau.Please help,*********************** Email: ****************** Phone: ************

      The customer utilized our online ordering system on 9/26/2022 at 9:39 AM agreeing to our price and terms of sale which state orders inside 48 hours of first scheduled reservation are non-cancelable. No refunds or credits can be given inside 48 hours of first scheduled reservation.
      Due to customer satisfaction, even though we have been billed in full, we have refunded the customer in full back to their method of payment. Those refund details are as follows:
