      On 6/20/25 around 3-4 am I was trying to surprise my husband and kids with a trip deep sea fishing and ************ I used vacations made easy I chose the ************ deep sea fishing at ********************************************* for 6/20/25 at 11am for 2 adults and 1 child it is about an hour from our campsite at *************** and ************************* and ******** inlet eco cruise for 6/23/25 at 10am which is about an hour also form our campsite but the other direction than the fishing trip everything looked good at checkout and I hit to pay the fishing was for 118 and the ************ 259 and it rerouted to a secure pay site it said then I looked and they had the fishing trip was for 6/20/25 at 11am and the shell island trip said 6/20/25 at 10am I hurried and checked my email and it stated the same thing seconds after I took a screenshot that is was for 6/23/25 at 10am I looked up phone number to call them and tell them what happened and it said they didnt open until 8am (vacations made easy). When I woke up around 9am I called them and explained to them what happened they stated they wouldnt give any refunds or change days of trip the fishing trip on 6/20/25 was correct no way we could be two places at the same time and the distance between them we had no time to make the 10am shell island trip I didnt want a refund I just wanted them to change the shell island trip to 6/23/25 at 10am like I had before checkout they transferred me to multiple people even multiple supervisors so they say no one would help me they said it was my fault and nothing they can do I had to make the change by 6/17/25 I explained to them we didnt even check in to our campsite until 6/19 we were still at home in **** 6/17 and I placed the order 6/20 very rude I called multiple times I had to make my number private they wouldnt answer my calls towards the end I even spoke with staff at the ************ but unfortunately they couldnt change with a 3rd party place last women was very mean

      I have a screenshot of me booking shell island for 6/23/25 but as soon as I hit pay it switched both the fishing trip and ************ same day there was nothing I could do after that I called multiple times I didnt want money back I just antes them to switch it to the day we needed now we leave Thursday morning that was my husbands 40th birthday present so now I would like a refund since no way will we be able to do it before we leave they are now booked very upset

      The customer utilized our online ordering system agreeing to our terms of sale which state, orders inside 48 hours of first scheduled reservation are non-cancelable. No refunds or credits can be given inside 48 hours of first scheduled reservation.  The order is past date and we have been billed in full.  Due to customer satisfaction we have refunded the customer in full.       May 16 2025 Ordered on line tickets for ***** Partons stampede dinner and show. Paid $40 extra for cancelation protection (when the show has the same cancelation for free). Then they send me a promotional email for discounted show. But no date on it. So I click on it to find more details like date and time. When I clicked it . It automatically added the show and charged my credit card. I called the 1800 number and they told me I can only get back 65% of the charges and I was basically forced to pay another $69.18 to change the additional show to the next day since they were trying to get me to see both shows on same day. I believe this isn't right. They are scamming people with this unethical ploy to get more money from customers.

      I schedule to do dinner with ******** and *****. When I went to schedule it the website froze. I found the date changed. I called to change and they told me they can fix it but any other changes would have charge. I found out that my granddaughter was going, so I called to add her. They told me no. I asked that they cancel it and I was told no I already made a change. I want my money back. This is schedule for June 21, so I called early

      On 4/22/25, I purchased 4 tickets for $38.93 for a mountain coaster for an upcoming vacation on the Vacations Made Easy website. The order confirmation stated the tickets would be emailed and able to print. An email address was provided with the order. When the purchase was complete, I received an email that the tickets had to be picked up in person in **. I live in **. I emailed them asking for the emailed tickets as promised. I received a phone call stating that the tickets were physical vouchers which could not be emailed. I asked them to please mail the vouchers to me. They refused. I asked for a refund as tickets werent delivered via email as promised. They refused full refund. I purchased a service from this company that was never received and am asking for a full refund.

      The customer utilized our online ordering system on 04/22/2025 at 11:49 AM agreeing to our terms of sale which state, cancellations received more than 2 days prior to the date of your first reservation can have 100% of your vacation's value applied to a future vacation for up to 12 months or a 65% refund. Vacation Vouchers must be picked up in person at the **************************** Please see the itinerary for hours, address, and directions.

      Upon placing this order the customer provided reservation information in the name of ***** *****, agreed to our Terms of Sale, and provided credit card information for this order authorizing us to charge their account in the order amount of$38.93.

      We placed the order as requested by the customer. The customer has already disputed this charge with their credit card company. This order has been refunded in full. Those refund details are as follows:

      I called and booked two show tickets through Branson Shows and they told me after the fact that they charge $130.00 for a processing few and they refused to refund my money. I feel like they are taking advantage of elderly consumers and they are not upstanding. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $175.00.

      On 3/11/25 while on vacation in ***********, we went on Vacations Made Easy website to purchase tickets for the river walk boat tour. Initially it said the tickets would be emailed and an email address was provided. When the purchase was complete it directed us to pick up the tickets at a location that was not accessible for us from our hotel. I tried calling the businesses many times and there was no answer. They are refusing to refund me for tickets I never received. I explained via email we were not able to get to their physical location to pick up the tickets and felt mislead that the tickets were virtual. We purchased a service from this company that we never received and are asking for a refund.

      I purchased 2 show tickets for ***** ****** Stampede in Branson late last night 12/8/24. I woke up to an emergency at home and must cancel. When I called, they said they would only refund 65% or give me a gift voucher. I fought with them repeatedly (3 calls) to no avail. This is BAD business and I am extremely upset. What a *************! The other company I went through for another show refunded 100%, no issues. I want a full refund. My vacation was ruined due to emergency at home, but made even worse due to this corrupt company! I warn anyone to stay away from Vacations Made Easy!

      A product was sold to me during a time window of 8 oclock to 845 for a go, Rio river cruise in ***********, *****. However, upon trying to use the tickets, the time window was not honored by the actual vendor of the services. It was a first come first ************* by the Rio vendor, and our tickets are not honored for the timeslot. Upon calling the business for a refund I was told that the tickets are actually valid for a month and do not have anything to do with the time window in which they were purchased for. This is a vacation destination and we are leaving tomorrow so we cannot use these tickets for any other time, but we purchased them in good faith as having being able to use them for the time window that was advertised on the website

      I placed an order for 2 tickets to the HayGoods show in Branson, **. This company was offering a **** free deal on the seats. VacationsMadeEasty shows a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer for this show and claims "Free cancelation". After placing the order I saw entries on the internet saying that this company often does not have the seats or reservations for your tickets.I called back within 10 minutes from placing the order and requested a cancelation. They said they could offer me a credit toward another show, or if I wanted my credit card refunded, I would not get the entire amount credited back to my card.I am very upset, since this was the first company that came up under my ****** search for Branson MO show tickets. I now see that they have an F rating with the BBB. I would like to have my entire order refunded.

      I bought 2 tickets from Vacations Made Easy for ****************** in Branson, **. I was instructed to go to a customer center to pick up my vouchers for the park. Once i got to the gate of Silver Dollar the tickets that i bought from *** did not scan at the gate and were flagged as illegitimate. So i paid a $236.12 for tickets that were illegitimate from this company that i have found out is a front to sell timeshares. I feel scammed. This was part of my honeymoon with my wife and i want a refund for the tickets that did not work.
