A product was sold to me during a time window of 8 oclock to 845 for a go, Rio river cruise in ***********, *****. However, upon trying to use the tickets, the time window was not honored by the actual vendor of the services. It was a first come first ************* by the Rio vendor, and our tickets are not honored for the timeslot. Upon calling the business for a refund I was told that the tickets are actually valid for a month and do not have anything to do with the time window in which they were purchased for. This is a vacation destination and we are leaving tomorrow so we cannot use these tickets for any other time, but we purchased them in good faith as having being able to use them for the time window that was advertised on the websiteBusiness Response

I placed an order for 2 tickets to the HayGoods show in Branson, **. This company was offering a **** free deal on the seats. VacationsMadeEasty shows a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer for this show and claims "Free cancelation". After placing the order I saw entries on the internet saying that this company often does not have the seats or reservations for your tickets.I called back within 10 minutes from placing the order and requested a cancelation. They said they could offer me a credit toward another show, or if I wanted my credit card refunded, I would not get the entire amount credited back to my card.I am very upset, since this was the first company that came up under my ****** search for Branson MO show tickets. I now see that they have an F rating with the BBB. I would like to have my entire order refunded.Business Response

I bought 2 tickets from Vacations Made Easy for ****************** in Branson, **. I was instructed to go to a customer center to pick up my vouchers for the park. Once i got to the gate of Silver Dollar the tickets that i bought from *** did not scan at the gate and were flagged as illegitimate. So i paid a $236.12 for tickets that were illegitimate from this company that i have found out is a front to sell timeshares. I feel scammed. This was part of my honeymoon with my wife and i want a refund for the tickets that did not work.Business Response

Branson Shows, vacation made easy, is fraudulent. They did not disclose terms of cancelation when I needed to cancel an order of over 400 for 4 shows due to an emergency health problem. They offer 2 options. Full credit or 1/2 refund. I chose full credit. When they didn't email me, I emailed them and asked how long it's good for. They said 1 year BUT after 1 year they will add charges of 10% more per month! They did not disclose this. It's fraudulent. I want a full money refund.Customer Answer

I booked 3 shows, over $400. I had to cancel due to health. They offered 2 options, credit or get 1/2 money back. I chose credit. They emailed me. I asked how long credit was good. They said 1 year BUT if after a year I haven't used the credit, they charge me an additional 10% per month! What? That's crazy. They didn't divulge this to me up front whatsoever. I can't guarantee we can make it there again and they want to charge me more on top of of the over 400 we already paid? I want them to fully refund without any added charges. I have made repeating attempts to resolve this with the business and they will not respond further. They have their money, according to them intend to keep charging me more and did not properly communicate terms. This is an A1 ripoff company that needs state legal action.

This morning (8/29) I woke up to a charge on my credit account of over $1,000 to Vacations Made Easy. I called them immediately to ask what charges were for, etc... mostly to see if this was scam, or where they got my card information. I talked to the representative to tell them what had happened, and he insisted that my only two options were to take a partial refund ($600) or redeem this for a gift certificate/store credit essentially. I let him know that neither of those would work for me because I didn't authorize this charge, and he insisted that those were my only two options. I asked if he knew where this charge was coming from, and he didn't answer that question, only told me that he would keep the reservation for now but assured me that I could call to make changes to the reservation. WHAT!? Anyway. I would like a full refund because I am not the one who booked this booking, but apparently, they aren't concerned. They've received their money. I am a single mom; I cannot afford $1,000 or even a $400+ transaction. I hope they make it right.Business Response

I was charged twice for a single deep sea fishing ticket. I have bank statement showing double-charge. **************** says I picked up both tickets at the same time, (which is false) and that its past the date of the event so they cannot refund the additional charge.In attached document, the $293.52 charge for 9 people is correct. One additional, single ticket charge of $52.48 is also correct.The second charge of $52.48 is fraudulent, and Id appreciate the refund that the customer service is unable to provide for the mistake / scam.Business Response

On July 29th 2024 I spent ****** for a dolphin cruise with a guarantee to see dolphins through vacations made easy for 4 people to go on this cruise we unfortunately did not get to see dolphins When I called customer service they said they could reschedule me but when they went to reschedule us everything was fully booked out. transaction date: 7/20/24 order number: ******* While on family vacation in ************, I was searching online for a local dolphin cruise to attend to my family and decided to book with Vacation Made Easy. They had advertised it as ******************** **************** Tours- Guaranteed to see dolphins. So I booked tickets for 4 adults & 2 children. Prior to booking, the advertisement did not disclose the location of the cruise and did not disclose the fact that you needed to run to their office that is not the location of the cruise to pick up the tickets. After I paid for the tickets, an email was sent to me that I needed to pick up the tickets from their ************** with the address of *******************************. This is when I realized that the location was not at a port. Again, this email did not disclose the location of the port. When I arrived at the ************** and got my voucher, this is when I realized that the port location is 30min away in **********************,.not ************ as advertised. At this time, I only had 1 hr until the start time of the cruise, and had to rush to the port location as we needed to arrive 30 min prior to embarkment of the cruise ship. During the cruise, no dolphins were observed. We called Vacation Made Easy and they did not have any availability for the next 2 days for another dolphin cruise in order to honor their Dolphin Guarantee. We could not book for any dates after as we would be on our way home back to **. The customer service supervisor refused to provide availability withint the 2 days we would still be in town, she refused to book us at a different cruise port, and refused partial or full refund of the tickets.I am filing 2 claims against this company:1. false advertisement of the cruise location and purposely making the process of ticketing unclear to customer prior to payment 2. failure to honor dolphin sighting guarantee claim made in the advertisementBusiness Response

On 07/06/2024 I bought a dolphin sunrise tour and I clicked on July 10th for our day and it gave a list of times. I clicked on the 7:30 PM sunrise tour and then it sent a confirmation to my email for July 12th at 7:30. We won't be in ****** that day, so I quickly called to get it changed. The rep on the phone told me in order to get it at the same price ($35 for two tickets and military discount) he would have to issue a gift certificate and I could reorder the tickets with the certificate. He said it would come to my email within three hours **** I waited all day for the email and it never came. I called again at 12:20 PM on July 7th to report that I never got the email. She was able to quickly find my gift certificate and forward it. She said she needed to take my reservation over the phone. She then came back with tickets for $110 for both! I asked her what the h*** happened and explained the situation and that I just wanted a refund. She told me that once a gift certificate is issued they cannot refund my money. I informed them I would be turning them in to the BBB. The will not refund my money or honor the same deal for the tickets 12 hours later.Business Response
