    I made a mistake of trying to get a free no hassle quote. It was four minutes again and I have received a call a minute to harass me. This bait and switch marketing approach is why these extended warranties have such a bad reputation. I will not recommend or contact car shield again and if I can ever make their harassing calls stop it will be a miracle.

    I hate CarShield no star my daughter got it pay every month on time engine messed up they took forever told the mechanic just fix the top part of the engine the mechanic suggested to get an engine they refuse to do that got the car back drove the car in the car through a rod now have to replace the engine anyway The hundred dollar deductible thats a lie I had to pay extra 800 so altogether I spent $900 she got the car out one day and had to go back to the shop the next day to get the engine put in and its been two months now I hate Car shield

    They are a scam and a ripoff They turned down my claim because a part not covered broke the part covered. Do not sign up with them

The results of this investigation indicate that the failure of the parts requested for replacement occurred prior to the purchase of the Vehicle Service Contract or during the waiting period of the Vehicle Service Contract. Therefore, this failure is not covered by the Vehicle Service Contract.

    I had two policies with ************ mother passed and one of the vehicle policies was for her vehicle. When attempting to cancel her policy the representative gave me a really hard time. She had no sympathy or compassion. She was more concerned with keeping me enrolled. So I canceled both policies.Additionally, my policy was paid 09/22/2022 today is 09/27/2022. I requested a partial refund which was denied.I am requesting a partial refund!

    My **** dealer suggested I use another Car Warranty provider. Their experience has been awful and they have had some real horror stories getting Car Shield to stand behind their warranty.I have spent the last 6 hours trying to get an answer to any of their phone numbers. They are essentially out of business. Their parent company, MEPCO, refuses to help cancel and say I must go through Car Shield. A circular firing squad for sure. I have had my banks put stops on the two accounts we have and they will deal with the frauds.

    Terrible service response for repair service that is covered in my contract. A repair that would take 3 hours to repair. I had to wait almost 2 days for approval of payment. Lost 2 days of work because of this. I will never recommend this service to anyone. I will be cancelling my contract effective immediately. Also, can not find a repair service that will accept this coverage. It took me 8 hours to find someone who would, but really did not want to use this service but did to help me out. It took 2 days for approval.

    Im only giving 3 stars because they actually fixed my car. My only complaint is the rental car reimbursement. They had my car for 46 days and only paid for a 3 day rental. The adjuster took 2 weeks to even get to the car and then another 2 weeks to get the part. This is ridiculous and Im paying for their non sense of urgency never mind my inconvenience this has caused me.

    CarShield is a scam/fraud they will take your money and deny your claims. I made 4.5 years of payments without filing a claim until something went wrong with my car. ********* denied the claim. I've paid almost $5000.00 over the last four n half years people kept warning me about Carshield how they're going to rip me off that I should cancel my membership and run. I already invested so much money I would loose it all; so I stayed. A very bad decision on my part when they denied my claim it really hurt I felt like I just lost a million dollars. This company is a fraud ripping off millions of dollars of hard working people which most of us are living check to check. I thought this was a good company and boy was I wrong, I've loss thousands of dollars dealing with this company I can just hope one day in the very near future Carshield gets sued. This will be the only way I would get my money back.Sincerely,*****************************

    DO N0T, DO NOT Get involved with this company. First they were extremely disorganized. Asking for info. that was already sent and eventually found the info. They have a process that when they ask for info. and it is sent they have 24 to 48 hrs. to respond so they ask one question at a time to delay the process, I NEEDED my truck for work and it was done for two weeks and they would not allow me to take it or void the warranty. It was like they were trying to out last you so you would give up. Finally after a month they settled and paid only 1/3 of what it cost. originally the car repair shop and others said they refuse to deal with Car Shield because of similar experiences. I am so angry with the way they treat customers. we DO NOT come first. my other car just broke down and the ***** DEALERSHIP said they will not deal with Car Shield and they were even in a different state, I told them to give me a good trade in value and I bought a new one just to get rid of all my problems. I want to take them to small claims so they stop doing this to others. I wish I would have read all of these complaints before I sighed up. STAY AWAY AND TELL OTHERS!!!!! You wanted me to leave a star rating. There was not one low enough!!!
