    My husband purchased a carshield policy in January not realizing that he was fully covered for services under his car insurance policy. When speaking to **** today and asked if we could get reimbursed he said no !!! Because it should had been canceled 30 days prior !!! Ugh totally disgusting and disappointed with thier service and the way the call was handel by ****!!!

    EXCELLENT company and customer service!! I highly recommend to anyone that has an older vehicle and/or a car that is out of manufacturer warranty. CARSHIELD has always been very helpful in approving my car repairs and paying my auto mechanic very quickly. VERY GRATEFUL!!!

    I called this company several months ago (almost a year) to get a quote for my vehicle. When I was quoted too high of a rate for my budget, I declined their quote. Since then, this company has been harassing me with phone calls and letters, in spite of me calling them several times to request they remove my name, address, and phone number from all of their methods of communications. In one week they called me every day, even though I had blocked their phone numbers. Just today (11/6/25) I received yet another letter from Car Shield stating that they "will not be able to honor this extended coverage at 2025 prices unless you call us." "Therefore it is important to call before December 31, 2025."I have told this company several times that I am NOT interested in doing business with them. They continue to send me letters, some times without a return address on the envelope. I have attempted to mark the envelopes with return addresses on them as "Return to Sender", but the post office kicks them right back to me with no explanation.I want and need ALL communication from Car Shield to stop immediately. I am tired of them harassing me with their attempts to get me to purchase their ridiculously expensive product. Since Car Shield does not respect my requests to be removed from their contact lists, I am reaching out to the BBB for assistance. Other potential customers need to know about **********************'s unprofessional behavior.

    Been a customer for years. Have had multiple vehicles covered and a couple of claims that went very well, even with dealerships.
    Just added another vehicle and got a lower rate, under $90/mo.
    Carshield is an Excellent Service to deal with and has always come through for me.
    I think it's a must-have for any vehicle.
