5 starsMy *** auto shop never worked with car shield & was hesitant because of bad experiences with other warranty plans. But he said hed give it a try. He said it took a little bit to get someone on the phone but once he got a *** in the claims **** things went smoothly, he got paid quickly after submitting the repair order signed by me & when I picked up my car, I just paid my part. This was my 1st time using my policy in 3 ******* am quite pleased. JFCarShield

4 starsI have to say that so far Car Shield has been doing what they said.....My Car just broke down and they helped me get it to the Dealership.....They said it appears to be a Timing chain Which would mean It Should be Covered according to the Policy....But So Far Car Shield is Awesome.....CarShield

5 starsRead the contract. Make sure you understand what is covered. This will save you from thinking something is covered when it is not. I thought I had coverage on 2 items that I did not. But when I had a claim on what was covered they were friendly and fast at taking care of my needs. I have been with them since my warranty went out on my 2005 Aviator that i bought brand new and I just renewed again.CarShield

5 starsOne dealer did not accept CarShield so they found me another one closer to my home and they accept CarShield so I made my appointment and am satisfied, it was closer to my homeCarShield
