    You must take your vehicle to mechanic and they must send codes in for pre approval (3-7 days), before any work can be done. When the dealer called them, they didn't answer, I received another number- no answer, I received a 3rd number- no answer. I Received an email address- "unable to deliver", I received another email address- "unable to deliver". At this point, it was 8 days without a car. I gave up

If you have experienced a mechanical breakdown, please refer to your contract and follow the claim process and have your repair facility contact the Administrator to facilitate adjudication of your claim.

    *** recently filed a claim . My vehicle is just sitting at a repair shop 3 wks so far w/ no work done. Supposed to be waiting for an adjuster that continues to reschedule. In the meantime Im continuing to be billed monthly. Im totally unsatisfied with this company thus far

    Hey my car caught on fire on may 14, 2025. Car shield got my vehicle towed on may 16, 2025 to a auto mechanic shop. the mechanic shop informed my your car looks like it will be a total lost call your car insurance. I called my assurance and they check my car out. weeks later on 6/5 my car a reported to be a total lost. I called car shield to tell the my car was a total lost i need to end services. I told the person who works with car shield what happen. he stated hey we don't suppose to keep you coverage going if your car head fire damage. I shared I told the car shield representative the day of my car catching on fire, and they never shared that. The car shield person shared he talked to his manager and she said I did not tell the my car would be a total lost before the 30th. Why would the they take a payment if they suppose to cancel services for a fire. Car shield has a recorded line with me sharing the incident on may 14, 2025. I need some help any reading this. I fill like I was wrongly treated and a contact was breached. I paid Car shield for almost two years on time.

    I called because I thought I needed to activate the warranty I purchased after I received a letter in the mail. Turns out, my warranty was done, and this was just to get me to purchase the electric warranty as well. After about 15 minutes clarifying this, all was well and I told him I was not looking to purchase anything else. He kept pushing. Hard. Telling me that if I hang up, then my car isn't covered for all the electrical, and you know, your car is basically a large computer... My car is 10+ years old. I'm not looking to pay $140 additional per month for the stereo system to possibly crash. When I told him I couldn't afford it, he still kept pushing too hard. I hung up. Anyone who is still trying to push sales on someone who is saying they can't afford that extra extravagant amount per month is doing bad business. I've been in sales. I don't care if it's your job. I said no, and then got angry. That's when you know you've lost the customer. When you keep going after that, you get bad reviews. I was furious at how he belittled my situation to get a sale. He'll never get one now. If this is what car shield tells employees to do, they should lose their rating.
