1 starPAID $135 monthly fee for 5 month and when I need a repair , they sent me to a service which they could not do the repair. At my request, they sent me to the ***** ******** *******, where my car was for 2 weeks and no repair done. Instead they charged me a Diagnostic fee of $ 528.99 in order to get my car out.
I spent over $ 1,400 for NOTHING...BEWARE

1 starWe've had Carshield for 5 years, and have paid in close to $5,000. We put in a claim for a front axle. They came up with a lame excuse and denied the claim. We feel like we've been robbed. What they are doing to us seems illegal.CarShield

3 starsI've been a customer for about five years now. I have two contracts, one for each vehicle. Their roadside assistance is okay. Typically the wait is one to three hours. They only cover $125, which usually leaves the consumer to pay the balance. I have used my warranty for repairs as well but have found that while I expected the whole repair to be covered, I'm usually left with a balance of a couple hundred dollars. While I'm thankful for the payments they have provided, I feel more should be covered especially at the rates we pay for warranty coverage. I give them three stars, a neutral review. Lately, I've been receiving scam calls from someone claiming to be an employee. Please watch out for scammers.CarShield

4 starsI have used car shield for 6 years. I have had repairs and have also used the roadside service. I like having the assurance that if something serious goes wrong with my old car that it will be covered by my warranty with Car Shield.CarShield
