    CarShield (********************) has been great to work with on my claim. They have been very proactive, helpful, and professional. Only complaint I have is the dealership who is doing the repairs. Unfortunately they communication skills could use some work. So far I have had to leave 3 voicemails in 3 days without a return call. I feel this is the dealership issue and not CarShield.

    I love car shield never had a problem with them, been towed 2 times, lock out once and jump off a couple times!! Also paid a 4000 dollar claim

    I have no complaints with customer service on phones. However, it takes too long to get claims handled. Tomorrow will be day #4 without a car!

    I went to ****** the contract because I sold the car. Car shield continued to charge me even though I asked for it to be canceled. I am now out another $129.99 for a car I don't own. I have my doubts as to whether I will now continue to be charged. Upon calling Car Shield, I was told they would not refund the money and then was hung up on. Awful customer service and an extremely poor way of doing business.

    Have had 2 claims with CarSheild over the past couple of years for my 2018 vehicle. They have covered both of them without any resistance. Worked diligently with the dealership to resolve the issues and repairs. No complaints whatsoever.

    Scam!!!!!! Company has been taking my money for months and now they are saying they don’t have the money to pay out my problem that is wrong with my car. But every month my money was accepted for my payment. No one notified me that there would ever be a problem with my coverage
