    Total bust! Only good thing was they towed my truck to the shop (why I dont know)! Since their impartial inspectors overruled the dealerships findings???!! Now whats not biased about that?? Got me for 18 months pays monthly payments which was about what it cost..me for repairs! BIG SCAM!

    This company needs to be investigated by the federal bus buree as I don't even know how they got my second phone number I talked to them. About getting my car warranty where very consistent even thou I said let me wait till pay day and look around ingroned me constantly then they blew up my second number when I hanged up and blocked them as I discovered there company is very shady based on ******* videos that for there silver platman plan they will only cover what's in the engine bay if lucky and transmission not what's in-between the engine so if a part hooks up to the trans and engine your screwed so what's the point plus my issue now is mainly suspension which is mostly fixed so no point but that aside I also got that there 24 hour towing is a lie it has hours and isn't grunted so why would I do business with such a shady company especially one that is so shady is banned in a whole state and has multiple bad reviews with machines that they rip the customers off don't do business with this company don't even give them one phone number as they won't take no as a answer call u till u block them then blow u up on your second number shady scummy company right here take your money somewhere else

    i joined a car warranty called car shield i spoke to one of thier sales person who stated that i should join thier car coverage they insisted that if i join car shield that i would be covered when my car has a problem no worries at all just bring the car to the shop and you are covered no stress as long u join before your car brakes down i was in queens ny when this action took place and my car broke down in queens i spoke to car shield and i was refered to a shop i went there and come to find nothing car shield promised me was true my car stayed in the shop for a month and commig to find i was left in debth for over 6000. dollars car shield denied my claim and each step was worried stressful condition from them tearing down my car and peace by looking for excuse not to cover my break down my name is ******* ****** my car is a 2012 buick lacrosse timming chain the inspector said the engine wasnt covered due lubercation but if the timming is worn this will cause the same problem i lorenzo change my oil religiously cange my oil the inspector turned it around and put the blame on me the worn timming chain is what caused this problem with over 14000. miles on this car the car shop agreed that carshield just didnt want to cover the job and so do other machanis agree to the same it was the timing chain not my failuer to mattinance i am asking that car shied pay me for the money i lost in the amont of 6000 dollars

    TOOK MY 2015 BUCIK TO SHOP CAR SHIED APPROVED THE WORK & SENT THIRD PARTY INSPECTER OUT HE SAIDTO GO AHEAD WITH WORK THEN THE ADJUSTER ******** WHO IS IN A OFFICE UP DENIED THE WORK & THEN A VERY RUDE LADY NAMED ******* SAID SHE WOULD HAVE A SUPERVISOR CALL ME BACK THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS

    I called for a quote, I ended up saying no which they made it very difficult for me to say no and get off the phone. Since that phone conversation I have received 3-4 calls a day from car repair insurance tele-marketers. I have never received those calls before. Car Shield gave my names to the web for them to bother me for months. Not good!!

    I’ve used them three times it never comes out to $100 deductible this last time I’m paying $700. I’m so upset I’m canceling them.

    Ive been a member of Car Shield since Nov 2024. Last week it finally happened, the check engine light hit and it was an actual problem. My total repair cost $1315.45 Car Shield covered $981.88 My balance owed was $333.57 Im sure there are people out there that would be upset with this because the entirety of the bill was not paid but honestly they did there part. They took a large bill and had it reduced tremendously.Yes I pay them once a month. And you can make the arrangement that over the year I paid them $125 a month which totals $1500, had I just kept that money in the bank I would have been able to pay the bill easily without them.But I dont see it that way, who knows how much the bill could be the next time. I like having the option of warranty when emergencies happen. I own a 2017 ******** CTSV with just under 55k miles. I took the vehicle to a ******** dealership. The repairs were approved the same day the request was made. Car Shield covered - Called me to explain what was covered and to make sure I knew what my portion of the bill was. And nothing proceeded forward until I agreed. Honestly, I was really worried because of all the horror stories you hear but after the repairs were completed I can say that Car Shield did what they said they wood.

    Great interaction with customer service representative ***. Even though I decided to cancel my subscription, she was kind, informative, and helpful. Would definitely recommend car shield as far as customer service is concerned.

    So far 15 days into a control arm repair. **************** is very friendly but their communication with garages and updating you is subpar.
