    Probably the WORST company i've ever dealt with. Carshield is who they use. Carshield has horrible reviews online. I see why they use carchex as the name for the company to cover up because there aren't as many bad reviews about them. My car has been in the shop for over 33 days. They keep giving me the run around, I feel they are trying to find an excuse not to pay. Everything in my contract states that this is covered. I WILL GET A LAWYER INVOLVED IF THEY DON'T PAY. I HAVE THE **** AND THE MONEY. IM READY TO FIGHT AGAINST THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WILL NOT LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME LIKE THEY ARE DOING WITH SO MANY PEOPLE. DO ME A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE 100% A SCAM.

    This is the worst company. They ripped me off. When your car breaks down, they dont fix it saying some unknown clause in the policy.They are worst people doing business on earth.

    I agree with the several negative reviews. They seem to go out of their way to find a loop hole that will result in not paying for your repair. I am not surprise that they have the lowest rating of the industry. Once they got your money your are out of luck, they will not part with their money.Please look frothier opportunities but DO NOT USE CAR SHIELD.

    Worse insurance company in the industry . Under pay your total invoice and expect to pay more than ************** deductible if you want your car back. Such as policy will cover pulley but not for belt and labor to reinstalled belt . Would not cover shop fees . Only pay for the hours they said to do the job . Example if shops take an hr. to do a job @ $165.00 per hours . They may pay half hours to the shop and expect you to pay the other half on top of your deductible.

    SCAM. I had CarShield on 2 vehicles for 2 years, and paid them $4200 over the term. I filed 2 claims over 2 years. The first claim for a $3200 transmission repair was denied because the transmission contained electrical components and that made the transmission exempt. The second claim was for a water pump, and they would only pay $400 of the $1100 bill.

The results of this investigation indicate that the claim was adjudicated per the terms and limits of the Vehicle Service Contract using the correct labor, parts, and coverage for the failures presented by the repair facility.

    Well I had an issue this Saturday an needed to get a my car started,,,well I wen t through h*** just trying to get the phone number to the service for towing or roadside assistance,,,,well that didn't happen....call what I throught was roadside assistance and found out it would cost me 75dollars for him to come....I was overwhelmed at the throught. The guy said you have to call the company direct.....well lord be good...they are closed on the weekends. There is no after hours number. There is no direct number to roadside assistance....now that is not acceptable...I have had this great deal for 2years an that was a waste of my hard earned money....I have since sent an email canceling.....

    Car shield is a waste of valuable time and money. I have had to call SEVERAL times to the customer **********************, for a refund on a payment, and was given the run around. I kept getting passed to different operators, and spoke with 2 managers, who lack competence on how to give a refund. I would NOT advise ANYONE to ever use this car company for anything. The commercials are all lies, and this company is a fraud. I'm sooooo sorry that I had any dealings with them.

The Administrator of your Vehicle Service Contract has checked your specific VSC and phone number of record and find that no claims have ever been filed or called in. If you have experienced a mechanical breakdown please reference your contract and follow the claim process and have your repair facility contact the Administrator to facilitate adjudication of your claim.

    Car shield is terrible. I had it and when my car broke down they said that part wasn't covered even though the part that broke was connected to the engine. It cost me $3,000 to fix. Car shield was a waste of my money and these actors that are in their commercials have no idea of the scam they are running and are just in it for the $$ .
