1 starWorst warranty I have ever seen. Paid over two years and just made a claim and car shield wants me to pay over $300 dollars. My contract states my part is covered. They don't want to replace my right mirror on my ******** Esclade which quite folding in/out. My first claim and I am going through all of this. 1 starThis Car Shield Car Warranty is a scam! They advertise on TV that all you do is pay a monthly fee and do not worry about anything else. Well, that is bullshit! Enroute from ******* to **********, my check engine light came on. I immediately the next day took it to my mechanic at ******** on ****************. After talking to Car Shield people, they approved the computer diagnostics and the replacement of the Evaporative Purge Valve which was only $264.00. They did not approve the othe expense which was the Aux Water Pump and harness totaling $1296.15. My total out of pocket with taxes was $1555.75! All of the parts needed to be replaced due to the check engine light. Now, you tell me where I am saving thousands of dollars? This total and complete fraud!Review fromBarbara M

5 starsHad the most pleasant experience with a service representative. She was outgoing and very friendly with an abundance of helpfulness!!! I was not happy about some issues and called to car shield. She was great. I thought it was going to be difficult and I surely was surprised with how quickly she took care of the situation.CarShield
