    Had a great experience with Car Sheild. Even though batteries arent included in my package, they helped me connect with the provided companies who accept car ****** and have my sons car battery replaced. Its the piece of mind for me that makes this a great service

    I have had my service agreement for the last four years. I have made three claims and have never had a bad experience. On each occasion the representative has called to infomr me a claim was made and what the repairs would be and what to expect. I highly recommend carshield.

    As of today I have never had a problem car show whenever I call the staff is always friendly attentive to my needs direct me to proper place that to be at and all my concerns event I've had car show for a little while now and I have no plans of changing

    When I had a problem, I called the *800 # and was lucky to get Ally _ ask for her!!!..She took care of everything while I was n the phone and computer seeing what she was doing. Plus she has an enormous personality!!!

    9/17/25 I purchased Carshield several months ago after seeing the glowing reviews on TV. My bad for not coming to BBB first. A control arm on the front drivers side wheel of my car was found to have a crack. Sever enough to make the wheel assembly bounce. The service center I went to said I cannot drive it. Out of an estimated $900+ repair the will pay $311. The part I need is $307 but they want me to accept a Chinese part for $150.92. My service center recommended I not use the cheap knockoff. I called CS because they need my approval for the repair. There was no joy in that conversation. What a waste of money. I will contact Ice-T, who I have always admired, and tell him what a joke this company is and that he is representing a bad company. My car is. 2015 Subaru Forester. This is my 5th ******, very reliable cars. But, Carshield, not so much. I hope others that are considering a contract with them checks the BBB first. So many 1 * reviews.

    I paid for Carshield Warranty for almost 2 years never used it. My car started to have some leaking issues from the valves and gaskets, told car back to dealership where I brought it, first mistake the guy there in charge of scheduling appointments is a total idiot and knows nothing about cars. Took my car in on Thursday, did not know that my car had to be inspected before they would start working on it, my car was at the shop from Thursday to the next Tuesday and nobody was communicating with me, please tell me why a warranty that I am paying for with my money not Carshield money has to be approved to get my car fixed. The inspected denied my claim to get my car fixed and I called to cancel that warranty because it is trash and the *** on the phone had the nerve to try to tell me she thinks I am making a big mistake and I should keep the policy the only way that is going to happen is if Carshield makes the payments, and also the inspector drugged the process out as long as he could, he went Monday and took pictures and then went back on Tuesday and took more pictures, the customer service people are disgusting and rude and do not care about what you are going through at all. DO NOT get a Carshield Warranty you will be SORRY.
