1 starWhat a bunch of liars the only way you get it want a $100 deductible if your car sits in the shop for six months waiting for a junkyard part that you need they will not use new parts. They will always try to put used parts in your car, my insurance cover $3800 of my $7500 transmission repair so they are false advertising. It should say if you accept or reuse junkyard parts so we can make a huge profit.

1 starCar Shield is the most one of the underhanded company I have ever dealt with. I was paying my bills on time each month and then as soon as something happened to my car, I can not find no dealer that will take the plan. this company is a scam!CarShield

1 starVery poor service. I've asked the number of times where can I take my vehicle to get it looked at or serviced and all they ever told me was what my warranty covered and never got back with me on any of my questions or concerns. I canceled my coverage with them and they are telling me that I am not entitled to any of my money back. I never used their service and I believe that they should give me some of my money back because I have been with them over a year and never used their services for anything. This company needs to be reprimanded and possibly shut down because they're giving people false promises and a bunch of Lies. No worries because God sees it all and I know that he will take care of itCarShield

Monthly renewing contracts are not refundable after the first 30 days of coverage. Much like car insurance you do not receive money back or a refund just because you don't file a claim. 1 starRotten customer **********************. Their coverage (or lack there of) is a joke! I was told when I took out our two policies that I could rest easy because having CarShield is like driving a new car NOT!! When I called to cancel the representative actually hung up on me!!After I cancelled I received emails offering me a lower rate ??CarShield

1 starCar Shield is a SCAM! Do NOT use them. They do not honor thier contract and will deny your claims for reasons that have NOTHING to do with you or your car! READ all the complaints by just googling car shield reviews. Multiple class action lawsuits and a long history of complaints with the Better Business Bureau! Weve put money into it every month and they deny claims because the car is still operable and then when the car breaks down because of the same issue, they deny it because we drove the car. Every single claim has been denied.a MAJOR scam! Nothing in the printed contracts are actually covered without being interrogated and wanting to see ALL of your maintenance receipts. This company should be shut down IMMEDIATELYCarShield
