    I applied for a new passport for my grandson through travel.state.gov on 05/10/24. I believed this to be the state site for applying for a passport and became very suspicious when I didn't receive a receipt or email. The passport application appeared on the website as an official form. The document is blank - they did absolutely nothing but take my $95.83. This is a huge scam and should declare they are NOT affiliated with any government site. They are scamming people out of their personal information. I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge. I agree that this website should be taken down and the owner/scammer should be fined.

    I went to renew my passport online and the first website to come is us pass-pic.com. I assumed it was legit and gave all my most personal info including my soc sec # and paid them $74.88 on my discover credit card. After not receiving any confirmation email from them and not being able to contact them I realized the site was not a gov ****** site nor was it legit and many others have filed BBB complaints that it its a scam. Their # on file with the credit card charge is ************ and no one answers or gets back to you, its a bogus customer Svc number. I have already disputed the credit card charge but not sure if I will get a refund. I would like the BBB to take action against this fraudulent company and warn others thats its posing as a gov ****** site and they are gathering your most personal info to commit fraud. Im worried bout stolen identity and will have to freeze my accounts as others have reported fraudulent activity in their account after doing the same as I did. Any assistance would be appreciated! Thank you

    Thought I was on the US **** of ***** website. Had no idea that it was not. There are no disclaimers stating this on the site that I recall seeing, I literally thought I was renewing my passport online. Realized this was not the case when my package was returned noting that payment was needed. At that time, I still thought the govt charged to populate the Form -- which I thought was odd. It was not till I went to drop off the package at the post office and asked for paper copies of the passport application (b/c I didn't want to pay almost $90 to populate a form) that they informed me the govt does not charge any fees to populate the form and this service is FREE. This made me dig around more and I came across all the posts on this business "scamming" others. In addition, I want this business to remove my personal information. I should note that this business does provide a postage paid label that goes to the **** of ***** as they were the ones to inform me of my missed payment.

    Transaction took place on 4/24/24 where I thought I was on the US government site like everyone else says and before they knew it, they were getting scammed which was confirmed at the *********** when we showed up to the appt for the passport and they said they would never ask for any money online for a passport so it was definitely a scam. WHY IS THIS SITE ALLOWED TO KEEP DOING THIS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE WHEN THEY NOW HAVE MY DAUGHTER'S SOCIAL SECURITY # AND HER BIRTHDATE AND I'M A WRECK ABOUT IT! What can be done about it?? I had to cancel the credit card and now have to figure all my auto pays and I'm not happy! I would like a full refund in addition to confirmation that they will not be selling my 16-yr old's crucial information!

    I applied for a new passport through travel.state.gov on 04/23/24. It looked to be very legit, but I never got a receipt or email. My passport application appeared on the website looked very official. When I printed it out, it was all blank. I gave them my debit card number for $64.88. They have my social, birthdate, address and card number (which I stopped) It appeared to be legit, but it is a fraud. This website should be taken down asap and they should be charged with a criminal offense.

    I used this website thinking I was paying to get my passport and my husband's. I soon realized things were not adding up and I was expected to still pay for a passport despite thinking I had already paid. I tried to call them and my cell phone blocked their call as spam. That's when I googled the number and knew for sure I had been scammed.

    On December 13, 2023 I was charged $85.83 for a passport application fee. I have since discovered that this website was a scam & does not provide any legitimate good or service in exchange for this fee.

    4/15/24 I was looking for a place to get my passport. I never received an email with receipt and found this site. It can not be used for passport and I started looking into the issue. I found that it has been reported as a scam multiple times. I haven't went to bank yet but payment was already processed. I would like a refund and more importantly I want my information protected!

    On March 31st, I was looking into obtaining a new passport online and a thing came up saying the application fee is $85. I didn't realize the official fee is $130. I have a charge against my bank account from an entity called "Passport Assist.com NM" Not only do they have my money, they have my information!
