  I searched online to renewal my passport. This website kept coming on top of my search results, and it looked the right place. I gave it my passport information, my credit card information. It charged $130. I didn't doubt about it because it is the regular passport book charge. I received a 'package' from the email I gave, when I filled the form, which is the legal form for the applicants, it asked the application fee again, 'But I paid' I thought. Then I realized it was not right... It wouldn't help even if I called them because they are fraud, they wouldn't return the money to me, I had to pay another $130 again to the passport process center. The story was not over, days after, I found my credit card was charged another $52.85 by them. I called my card to block it, and cancelled the card. I don't know what else they will do. They have my information. BTW, the address on the label they provided was correct if you want a regular passport book, but if you want expedite, that's not the right address. They're not legal business, they don't worth any star. They're fraud.

  I was renewing my daughters passport and thought I was on a government website. After paying $89 and releasing all of my daughters personal information I found out it was a scam. They need to be shut down immediately. This is highly illegal and very concerning. Especially since youve already had multiple people complain about this company and they are still active I do not understand.

  I honestly thought I was renewing my passport online. Instead, I was charged $92 for the passport form, which is FREE, and I still owe $130 to the ** government for my passport. This company takes all of your personal information (name, DOB, social, passport number) and does nothing except give you a pre-filled pdf form to mail in. I am fully capable of filling out this information on my own, onto the FREE form, and do not need to be charged $92 to do so.It is a bait and switch. You think you are actually renewing passport online but in reality, you are being charged for them to take all of your info and give you a pdf to be mailed in. They have nothing to do with official passports renewal!

  I was trying to renew my passport on the government website . Without knowing that this website took over they have me paid 89 dollars to expedite the process and when i told the county clerk that i already paid .they told me that i got scammed. So i need my money back for the job that i do myself.
