      First, the items missed the guaranteed delivery date of 11/17/23. When the items were received over a month late they were incorrect. The items were supposed to be printed on the front and the back and they were missing the back printing. These items were for an event back in November so I was already frustrated but still willing to receive them, once reviewed they were wrong and now an additional month later they have not resolved the issue. I would like a refund now that it has been over 2 months since the event has passed. Its like pulling teeth to get responses from this company and when they do respond they keep saying they will rectify the situation but never actually do anything. They continually put you off hoping you just go away.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.1.Order and Payment Information:Order Number: ******** Total Amount Paid: $847.64 Date of Order: 10/18/2023 Guaranteed Delivery Date: 10/31/2023 2.Issue with the Order:The product delivered by Allied Shirts significantly differed from the proof that I had approved. The size and placement of the images on the shirts were not as per the agreed-upon specifications.I had initially sought a resolution involving reprinting the correct shirts, but this request has been ignored by Allied Shirts.Additionally, there was a delay in delivery, which caused significant inconvenience as the shirts were intended for a specific event.3.Previous Attempts to Resolve:I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Allied Shirts through multiple communications. However, my requests for reprinting the shirts correctly have not been acknowledged and were met with an offer to provide a $90 credit toward reprinting with no refund, leaving me with a product that is unsuitable for its intended use.4.Requested Resolution:In light of the unresolved issues and the lack of continued communication from Allied Shirts since my original complaint on 11/2/2023, I am now seeking a full refund of the total amount paid, $847.64.This request is due to the non-delivery of the product as per the agreed specifications and the failure of Allied Shirts to address the issue adequately.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have no responsibility or liability for the incorrect printing. Including at the moment the order was placed, I clearly specified and Allied, confirmed that the shirts would arrive on or before 10/31/2023.  Not only were they not received when guaranteed, the printing error resulted in a product that was not useable.

      While I appreciate the increase in the offer, it does not resolve the issue that I have not received the product I ordered.

      This company gave a guaranteed date when I ordered my items. Then once shipped, actually moved their date up one day. That day came and went. We paid extra to have our items shipped overnight and that did not happen. I called their customer service ***** and they pulled up our order and had a very uncaring type of approach and simply stated that if our package didn't arrive by the guaranteed date, I was to call them back and they would issue a refund. I reminded them that they revised their delivery date a day early and the package failed to arrive on time as promised. This is not an acceptable way to do business and I will not conduct business with this company, nor will I recommend them to any of my associates.

      If your company does not offer overnight delivery, then why does it offer it when ordering shirts??? This is misleading and my order was time sensitive. Your customers are not responsible for your supply deficiencies, either maintain a more robust inventory so there's no interruptions to your customers, or offer an alternative item/shipping option. Either way, your company should not post a "Guarantee by" date on the order form after payment has been submitted. I spent extra funds to ensure it arrived before my deadline and now its past the deadline and I have to spend more time making new arrangements to get what I needed. If you cannot keep your promises, then customers will not trust your services. My items will not be here as promised, so please issue my full refund.

      We are unable to confirm at the time of purchase if a Customer placing an order is the cardholder or if they do have authorization to use card.

      Order number ******** purchased 1/15/2023 The product ordered from photo and what was delivered is completely wrong and cant be used. I am requesting a full refund of $788.52 as soon as possible. We are non-for profit organization and we contacted Allied shirts and they offered a $200 refund later deciding to increase it to $400 which is unacceptable. These shirts cannot be used due to the logo being completely massive on the shirts and they just don't look right or anything like the shirts we approved on the order and paid for, as shown in photos attached. Ordered the products online with submitted graphic file. When the product was received, the quality was poor and not as advertised. This is false advertisement and does not withhold quality assurance guarantee. These shirts were for an event and they could not be used. I will not accept any apologies, because apologies do not repair this disgusting experience, nor the fact that I don't have the shirts I was expecting yesterday for the event tomorrow. In order to make this right you need to provide a FULL REFUND. Again, apologies do not hold your company accountable. Be accountable!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As a customer, why are you not giving me a full refund, when the illustration on the receipt and order was clearly in a certain position and no where says a guesstimate and wasnt delivered properly. That was what was approved for the order and what I paid for. I did not agree to a shirt with a logo around my stomach area and these shirts cannot be used due to your companys placement error. It is clear as day in the order photo versus what was shipped photo. This is not guaranteed quality assurance and is false advertising. I didnt call because what was ordered in the receipt and on the site looked right. It wasnt until the order was shipped that I called because the placement wasnt as displayed as to what I paid for and agreed upon, from your visual. One is in the chest area (ordered) and the other is in stomach belly area (not what I ordered or can use at all.  Please provide full refund of $713.23 by end of day. I am not requesting any lower than the full refund because these are completely not what I ordered, are wrong placement and cannot be used, so I need to order entirely new shirts elsewhere.  Please provide asap.

      I am rejecting this response because: this was a complete full error on the tshirt companys design. It includes false advertising, from what was displayed at purchase (in receipt) to what was actually delivered. In addition, the site discusses quality assurance and that they will make you the PERFECT shirts. However, based on what was ordered and agreed upon versus what was delivered, the design placement wasnt just a little off but entirely. Original order showed logo in the chest area, where as shipped shirts had the logo in the belly button area, which was NOT agreed upon and therefore shirts are a complete waste and cannot be used. They have been laughed at, when showing others they are so noticeably different and wrong from what was approved for this order. As a valued customer, I am asking for a full refund of $713.23 because your company made a huge design flaw and error and therefore should be held fully responsible for this error, if youre company truly represents what you advertise. Otherwise, this falls under false advertisement and completely illegal. This is my FINAL offer to have your team make it right and to provide full refund for your teams error. In no way, shape or form, should my company take a $200+ loss when it was your company that messed up the design and advertises guaranteed quality assurance and the perfect Shirt and the photo of the shirt had extremely different placement, not even by a LITTLE bit (severe noticeable error) in which both the bank and BBB has recognizes, as well.

      again, this is my final offer of asking for a full refund or matters will need to be escalated based upon the above as discussed. Please do not mention a partial refund again.This is a non negotiable matter and your team should truly make it right versus fighting with a large company owner who if you made it right, could end up promoting your services in the future versus burning bridges.

      I ordered $578 worth of t-shirts from this company. I was sent a proof to approve before they printed my shirts. The shirts I received were not the shirts that I approved with the proof.       Once we send items to print, we cant say before hand how they will turn out.



      If items could be returned to us, we would not take a loss there and we could refund in full and resell items. We are, however,  a Custom printed Company and we would not be able to resell the items. 



      "100% satisfaction guaranteed" is stating that we will work with our Customers as best as we can to resolve their issues. This doesn't mean that we will be refunding 100%. 



      We have already completed the refund of $500 and that's the maximum we are able to assist with. 


      I do apologize that this is not the resolution you are looking for and that we are not able to assist any further with this matter.

      I ordered some of these shirts and despite me asking to screen printed them because every comment I read was about how they fade or wash out on the logo after a few washes.... I talked to customer service about it and they said the just got certified in a new type of printing they upgraded to and that the shirts would not fade after two washes.... and you can guess the rest the shirts came in and were printed wasnt made with how they looked but the quality is complete trash after one wash it started and the second wash half the logo is gone.. both times I didnt put them in the dryer either...

      I do apologize for the service you have experienced  We strive to make sure our employees are well trained to assist the customers needs in a positive manner.

      When ordering shirts there is not an option to select screen printing or digital printing on the website. We also do not have an option on the back end to request a certain type of printing style.

      I see that photos were provided by email and the order was set for review. I was able to get the information from our quality team, that the print had a curing issue during the drying process. I do apologize for the mishap and any inconvenience this may have caused. 

      Per your request we have issued a refund in the amount of $408.23 for order 90364376 and $71.09 for order 90370157. Please keep in mind this could take up to 14 business days to be reflected on your account depending on your financial institution.
