    I paid for my passport to be renewed and this was the website I was directed to. I filled out the info requested and at NO time were we told this was not a government-affiliated business. I was charged $88 and only I received a "packet". Once I opened it, it says right away that you have to send money to the government and then you realize you've been had AND they have your info. I am seeking a full refund as well as have their website blacklisted anywhere they try and do business.

    The site claimed it could renew your passport online. After paying the money and promised an email for the next step there was nothing. Total scam, needs to be shut down. I realized minutes after making credit card payment that it was not real. I called Bank of America within 10 minutes and asked for it to be blocked, they said they could not do it until it posted which happened 4 days later. Now disputing with credit card company.

    7/18/24 I paid $64.88 *********** came across as a government passport site. It is a scam. No- there has been no resolution. I looked up applying for a new US passport and this site boosted that it was a goverment site offering passport application assistance

    I was attempting to renew my passport and was led to believe this was the appropriate government website required to do so. The site collected all of my personal information and charged me $67.88 twice, but the charge was for nothing, and provided no service, passport renewal or product. It was a scam.

    My wife paid for our passports to be renewed and this was the website she was directed to. We filled out the info requested and at NO time were we told this was not a government-affiliated business. We were charged $64.88 and $67.88 for two different types of passports and only I received any "packet" in the mail.     My daughter went to apply for a passport and used passport assist. Also, its very deceptive because it appears that you are using the fast form filler. She completed the form and paid. The company said an email would be sent for her to print and bring to the passport office. Email never sent and I looked up company and saw it was reported as a scam. Fraudulent company. We cancelled the debit card as well.

    On 5/30/24 I filed out a passport application on passport assists web site and paid 95.82$. I never received a email or confirmation of this transaction but they have charged me for services they did not provide.

    I needed to renew my passport. I thought I was on the correct site, but I was not. I was charged $64.88 for an application fee. Then I realized that I was scammed because the form I filled out was never emailed to me. I called ************ and the recording keeps saying "all agents are busy at this time, please call back." And when I call back, same recording. This site is a SCAM and I want a refund immediately. I have contacted my bank to dispute this transaction

    This website is a fraud and showed up on a ****** search. It is not associated with the government and now they have my whole identity stolen

    Attempting to renew my passport and thought I was filling out the US Government application. The company Passport Assist charged me $67.88 and is not a legitimate company. They are not renewing passports but charge for sending out a form that then needs to be completed and submitted to the passport bureau. I attempted to speak with someone but no support agents are available. Left a voice message but did not receive a call back. **************** representative advised the charge went through immediately and cannot be reversed.
