    I was duped. I clicked on the link to this site from a ****** search & was led to believe by the forms I was filling out that I was filing for a passport renewal online. I have reported this as a fraud charge to my credit card issuer.I had initially tried using a *************** **** card whose transaction was refused. I then used another card that worked. It was only after I had completed that transaction that I saw a suspicious card activity from *************** & then realized I had not been on a government site.

    I paid on a website called passport assist for a passport and never received it. Upon learning it was a scam months later I've attempted to reach out and get my money back but nothing's come of it.I can't email or call them with any response and I want my money and information back.

    Company/website is a scam. They make themselves look like they are helping you fill out and renew your passport online only to find out they are just stealing your money and gathering you personal data. They are providing zero benefits to you.

    Went to ******************* to purchase a passport. Was charged ***** on my credit card on 9/1/2024. Have received nothing to date and today is 10/12/2024. I tried to email and call this company and have no response. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company, and am now worried that this is a scam and I may have provided information that scammers could use to open accounta in my name. If it was a legitimate business, I would have received a response from them by now

    I was applying for a new passport, and this site seemed to be affiliated with the government site. I went ahead and processed my request via this site, paid the requested ***** which I thought would go towards the $ ****** passport fee.Apparently this is just a scam and does nothing!I would like my money back, but mostly want to know if the information I shared is going to end up in bad places

    Took my personal information and promised an email to receive a passport but never sent me a follow-up communication. Now I am not only out money, but even worse they stole my personal information. I request they refund my money and destroy all personal information provided.

    On Sept 25 I was wanting to do a passport renewal and this site looks just like an official US Gov't site. I filled out all the info including SSN, parents DOB/birthplace etc. thinking this was an official gov't site. Bottom line is that this is a SCAM. I did send a strongly worded email complaining and they did immediately refund the charges. I have also filed a formal complaint with the *** for what I consider a fraudulent practice. I am very concerned that all of this personal data has been shared with a 3rd party. The company did call me this morning and I asked them where they were located and I wanted their mailing address and they would not tell me (they would only say they were in **. They promised to have a manager call me back.

    This website closely resembles a government website. I thought I was applying through the government website and paid for what I thought was my renewal. I got a letter from the *************** stating that I need to pay. I check my statement to realize that this company was not a legit government agency. I was charged 67 for basically nothing! I tried calling but their message states no one is available to speak and they have not replied to my email for a refund.

    I had a transaction from this business taking funds from my checking account on 8/29/2024. I have filed a dispute with my bank but they have not been able to resolve with the business. I was charged $67.88 from this business. I thought I was on the legit us.*** site and gave this scam of a business personal information. I thought I was renewing my passport but all this gave was the same forms you get on the actual US ***ernment site for free. They are very misleading by using *** in their name so it comes up first when googling for the ***ernment site. This did not give me any help whatsoever for renewing my passport and I have as of yet not renewed my passport as they took funds I planned to use toward that. I would like a refund of my money.

    I was stupid and gave them my information. I have since come to learn that this company is just harvesting people's information. I gave them my SSN, mother's maiden name and place of birth. All I want is for passport assist to delete my information. Thank you.
