  THIS IS SCAM ,THEY JUST TAKE MONEY AND GO AWAY ,THEY MESSEDUP MY TAX ,CALLING THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM TOTALLY SCAM

  They totally messed up my taxes and are now playing the blame game. I did it wrong, which I didn't. Then it was the tax preparer did it wrong. I have spent a total of 4 1/2 hours and either get hung up on or they don't know how to fix the glitch in their own system!!! What an absolute rip off and scam!!! H&R Block has to be the worst way ever to do taxes!!! Will NEVER use them again!!!!Their advertising was also very misleading.....

  I had a client recommend that I use Wave apps for easy invoicing and online payment capability. I noticed that they had an option for instant payout and inquired about my eligibility. They decided that not only was I not only ineligible for instant payouts but to SHUT DOWN MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT. They turned off my ability to receive online payments from customers because I have poor credit. This was discriminatory and incredibly unnecessary. DO NOT USE WAVE APPS PAYMENTS.

  Only used H&R Block because I needed a specific form filed. Since I was there I decided to take advantage of the advance. Because of the size of my refund they said it shouldnt be an issue. Well. They declined the advance and my refund had to be put on an emerald **** that has insane fees to use. I called the 800 number to get answers as to why I couldnt get the funds to deposit in my account and got BS answers and assurances that were false. I went to the bank and was once again denied MY money.

  Any time I try to schedule an appointment, they keep changing the time and location on me. This is unfair to people who have to work and pay bills. Worst customer service experiences also.

  Run, don't walk. I was quoted 4 different prices by three different employees. One accountant provided two different quotes in the same conversation. At first it was under 300- and then it was 500- and maybe a little more. I was asked if I owned property after I had already filled out their online profile which I already answered property ownership component.I received an email stating 'we are working on processing your information' but when we arrived at our appointment they had not started the process. Too many cooks in tis kitchen and the level of communication between the online portal, corporate, the local offices and the accountants is an abject failure.

  I will never use this online service/H&R block again. I did not realize that by not selecting the **************** your system would not calculate/determine if I qualified for a credit. I downloaded my taxes and saw the Additional Child Tax Credit was not verified against my adjusted gross income. This appears to gross negligence on the company's end since I still had to pay for my taxes but because I did not select the most expensive package, I was left with a refund that was more than cut in half. Next time, I'll go to a real professional or pay the *** at another company such as Turbo Tax or ******* ******.

  They are charging me $500 to do my taxes when I have had to verify my identification through my state and now through the *** when I gave them all of my information they were rude to me on the phone when I called and asked why I got a piece of paper from my state saying that they need more of my identity and the lady on the phone told me that I need to be more patient. Im not getting my refund when I dont care about getting my refund I just wanna know why I had to have a paper from my state of revenue saying that they need my identification and then I checked my mail today and I need to give more of my identity to now the *** and now its gonna take up to nine weeks to get my refund and I am so upset .

  I am very disappointed, frustrated and annoyed with the ***** Block office located at **************************************. I made an APPOINTMENT online weeks in advance for a specific day and specific time. I received multiple, text confirmation requests for multiple different time frames including the one I actually scheduled, which is the only one I confirmed, and that my account showed. A couple of days before my scheduled APPOINTMENT I got a V/M that my preparer (? didn't know I had a specific person) wasn't available for my APPOINTMENT. I called the office and after explaining why I was calling to the phone answerer I was passed to the boss (?) who did, I'll admit, "try" to FIT me in. Problem is I made the APPOINTMENT for the day and time I did because it fit into MY schedule. She also told me that they didn't make the appointments the computer did. Being frustrated and getting no actual helpful input I just kept repeating myself about the point of appointments. I was then told she had a client at her desk (who obviously had made an APPOINTMENT in advance) and would be hanging up on me, which she did. So...that ends my relationship with H&R Block.
