      They failed to file and send payment for my Missouri taxes on time for 2023 and are saying my claim for them to pay penalties and interest is denied. The person I spoke to on the phone said this would be an easy transaction and that it would be resolved soon with no issue. Now I am stuck paying almost two years worth of penalties and interest because I moved and the department of revenue was sending to notices to my old address. The penalties and interest was small but at this point the principal of the issue was what mattered. H&R Block has now lost two lifelong tax paying customers.

      Messed my 23 year tax return clicked that my tesla wouldnt be used in the US so I missed the $7500 for a whole year until I filled my taxes for 24 then a month later I receive a tax bill for the full amount not minus the $7500 I was told all they could do is send me $500 which i was expecting then told by Linda Edwards the managing person at the location that since they corrected the issue they are not reimbursing me for the $500 they owe me $2,000 for the interest on the $7500

      Scammers! Won’t refund my money even though I paid extra to ensure this wouldn’t be the case. Won’t return a phone call, won’t let me speak to anyone outside of the call center. This company deserves an F in ethics at the bare minimum.

      They failed to file my corp taxes on time for 2021 and 2024 and are neglecting to do anything about it. In the meantime penalties and interest pile up. The corporate office keeps saying give us 3-5 days and nothing is done. Now I will have to pay an attorney to sue them to pay for their failure to do what I paid them to do

      I sought filing my taxes at ******** location of h and r block after the location in yucaipa advised me to file after deadline and did not show to 2 of the appointment. In filing at ******** location I hoped that they could help fix what the yucaipa location had done.while there,***** ,one of my tax preparers told me I was slow in reasoning because my last name was Ukrainian and she was from ******. ** attempted to take over her position in helping me,but she did not send in all my information I provided to her showing I had the right to claim my child when his father had wrongly claimed ****** caused the irs to deny my claiming my son and essentially protected his father claiming him illegally. An irs account was made for me on an h and r block computer but also through *** s personal phone because the irs site was giving the computer trouble.when I waited months to receive a refund or response and heard nothing,li stated she spoke with irs and they lost my filing but I had proof they had received it because I sent it return recipient requested.all of this misconduct delayed my filing, removed my capability to claim my son as an independent and literally shielded ******* who wrongfully did claim my son.when I sent proof of my claims,******* at the Redlands location who is manager stopped communication. It has made a difficult situation so much harder.please make sure you document everything for your own sake.keep receipts. If it doesn't sound right,it probably isn't. Hope this helps someone.

      Single-handedly the worst ******* website I have ever had the displeasure using. Not even solely for tax purposes, this website is horribly formatted. It has dead links in almost every section of the login page. Not to mention the issues that other people have you'll see in the review section here. It's impossible to leave an actual review on their website unless you pay them money, because they don't give a **** about quality.
      Their verification program for your 1040 will be a slow and agonizing process that will end in a "**** you, start over *******" being shoved down your throat no matter how many minutes you spend. This is the worst website, and one of the worst companies ever. Don't even ******* bother wasting your time with this, Intuit is a god awful ******** company and it's better than this.
      Go somewhere else if you want something decent. I would give this site 0 stars and report it to somewhere if that would even do anything. But people will still end up using it. ******* useless.

      H&R Block preparer made a mistake. Held my taxes up for 10 months. Blamed it on Trump, Elon musk. She put the wrong number in. Waited so long for my taxes 1o month later the IRS released them. The took there fees and sent my taxes to wrong address although I updated my address. Now they are telling me I have to wait another 90 days I will never go there again

      If I could I have zero stars i would.
      I had been a loyal customer to ******* in logan utah branch. She screwed me over and wouldn't give me my copy of my taxes even though I paid $200- just to get my documents e-filed and wouldn't give me my document copies. Without an additional $25- fee. I will never ever go to her or h & r block again because of her evil cold uncaring corporate demeanor.
      Screw H & R and their ****** greedy subsidiaries.

      Do not waste your time at H&R Block. No one seems to know what they’re doing. Customer service is poor and I wasn’t able to electronically sign my tax documents. Still waiting to sign after a week. So unreal. Support small tax businesses!
