  ********************* from the ************ office messed up my 2021 taxes and I had to pay to get the taxes amended. They owe me $445 between their services, amendment, and penalties/interests occurred. I tried to call but they just give me the runaround.

  They are committing fraud!! Someone stole my sons money off his emerald ***** he reported it to them, they had him file a claim and they are now declining him!!! They will Not give him his money back back, his card was stolen and they DO NOT CARE!! THIS IS THEFT AND THEY ARE COMMITTING A FRAUD AS WELL!! PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY!!

  I started my taxes in February online with a tax pro. It took until the deadline for it to be done. And my tax pro would hardly ever text me back on the app. Which my last message I sent to her was never replied to. I decided to look at my bank statements from around that time. They took out three different payment amounts for a totally over ********************************************************************************************************* their system. And to make an appointment with someone to call me back. No one ever called me. I called again and they said to call the financial department. I did and they said they couldnt do anything for me either and to call the online department. I called the online department and the lady said she would call back in a day or two. She never called me. *** had four phone calls that never lead anywhere. Also two calls that never happened because no one called me back. I just want to be refunded for the three amounts at this point.

  I think H@R Block in ****** ******** is a joke!!! There filing of my taxes was incorrect. They told me they have had problems with there site (web site) at there place of businesss since ****** allowed pot to be legalized!!! The lady told me in those words in a professional manner. I personally know the original owners of H@R Block when it first open in *****************!! Asked for help again in ****** ******** this time it wasnt there fault again then whos was it?!? They filed it!!! Its your software!!!! This other lady was rude on **************** 7/11/23. Dah its the internet companys issue not the *********** its Pueblos. Thanks for the hassle making me responsible for H@R Blocks issues!!

  I filed with this H&R Block 3 years straight and for the past 2 of them Ive had constant issues. The first being my tax return not submitted and being penalized for a late filing, the second being the same issue but this time my tax return not being submitted due to the credit from the first mistake not being applied at checkout. Lastly, Ive now received notice from DOR that I owe $500 if I cant produce documentation from December ******************************* which I dont know what that is because H&R filed my return that year as well. Ive reached out to management and had the first two incidents handled promptly but this last one has been dragging now that tax season is over. I dont recommend using H&R Block as they seem to have so much work at time they tend to rush and it almost feels like they just want to get you in and out for the next person. Ive become a little stressed and resorted to BBB to get a response from someone as reaching out to management hasnt really worked. I would really appreciate it if someone reached out to me regarding this issue as the deadline on the notice is august 21st, 2023

  The service was absolutely terrible. First they kept sending me emails telling me to approve my return but it kept asking me for billing information when I asked to have the fees taken out of my return. Then they finally get it to where I could approve my return. Then when the *** sent them my return they deposited it into an account that I no longer have and it was not the account that I sat my phone on the woman's desk and she copied the account number and routing number right off the banking app that I use. Now they are telling me that I can't get my money until **** app sends it back to them, but it is not going to happen because I don't know or have any of the information to the account or phone number or email that I used for that account. I honestly believe I should get a full refund for the terrible service that I didn't receive from them! Definitely will never do business with them again.

  Catastrophically horrible service. My tax returns were submitted with severe negligence and were littered with mistakes, and they ignored all the information I supplied to prevent incorrect filing. They tried to charge me over $6000 in additional taxes with these errors, and when they realized their mistake they promised me IN WRITING that all refiling and late penalties would be covered by them because it was their mistake. Instead, at the last minute they told me I had to pay all the penalties because I didn't pay extra for their "satisfaction guarantee package", which they never offered and try to hide from their customers. So they charge you more just to ensure they do their job correctly, but only if you ask for it. That's unacceptable. It is now July 2023 and I am still dealing with the repercussions of my 2021 taxes that I filed with them; stressing for over a year while arguing with the state and H&R Block. Never give them a ***** of your money nor a second of your time.

  Had a problem with the *** about my taxes filed on 2020. HR Block was my accountant . At the beginning they advised that they will stand by their clients in case of any problems with a tax return . Well they did not, the problem was with the tax preparer who left an important piece of information out of the filing . HR Block acknowledged it was their fault and filed a claim on my behalf. No action was taken by them and they never corresponded with me at all. Never received an apology. Very bad customer service . I just want to warn anyone if they are considering filing tax returns with HR Block . BEWRARE !

  The service is terrible! The staff is incompetent, rude and unprofessional!I paid $178 for what they called peace of mind and when I asked for help when getting a letter from the *** this lady named *********************** ****** took my case and asked me to upload docs and which I did and kept calling her for updates. She stated that she couldn't see the docs so I took time off from work to deliver them in person but yet while I was there and asked her to show me and little did I know she wasn't able to navigate their own system and when I showed her how all she did was smiled and said "oh there they are" and then after a few days she didn't give me any updates and all she said is that she couldn't get a hold of anyone due to high volume of calls, I took the initiative myself and resolved my case. Yet I pay that much for nothing.The other incompetent person is ********************* for submitting my tax declaration late although I submitted them early. Yet I paid $345 for everything.

  AVOID this business at all costs. I was intially quoted ******* depending on what I wanted to file. Months later, after numerous headaches, the paperwork was ready to be filed. Now the price was 600 in total. Sign all my documents while having the fees taken out of my refund. Approaching the front desk Im told I owe an additional 600 for one of my business returns. After speaking with a police officer, I would be committing a criminal crime leaving without paying unless H&R Block was instructed not to file the paperwork. Ill be filing a small claims file against them. Again, avoid at all costs.
