1 starTwo sales people showed up at my door at 9:42pm trying to sell me a security system. They said if I didn't sign up right then, I would lose the $2500 credit towards a new system setup. Not only is it obvious that I have another system in place, but that is WAY too late in the evening to be knocking on someone's door!! It's not safe for the potential customer, nor for the sales people. I know other people in the area who have had the same experience recently and it feels like the company is trying to scare home owners into signing up for their security system. This is just bad business practice.

1 starAbsolutely worst people to work with. They sold a faulty equipment and they do not want to return my money with ******** reasons. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH SAFE HAVEN. **************** is horrendous, disrespectful and downright the most crappiest experience ever.

1 starHorrible sales tactics. Very concerning and pushy acting, while standing outside a home, knocking and ringing for minutes. Reaching out a touching a person who is telling them no etc. Ive had 2 interactions with these sales people and want nothing to do with this company.

1 starThe sales person doesn't tell you everything. The equipment is outrageous. They gave me $1000.00 equipment voucher. What a joke. Didn't even cover all my windows. I was still short on having my house completely safe. I paid ****** installation and then they installed. ** really wanted one window secured but went ***** over. They actually took off the alarm when I told them I didn't have the ***** because I'm on social security and could they wait and bill me. They wouldn't do it. So they ripped off the alarm and left my window unsecured. Then to my surprise 2 days later they took out of my account ***** for a payment. I was told my payment would start in April. Took all the money I had for the rest of the month. I called safe haven and now they are rude. Telling me it's not their problem call ADT. ADT only monitors and bills. Seems Safe Haven is only out to get the sale and s**** you after you sign the contract.

1 starIf only I could give this company 0 stars I would. Worst company ever. They don't about their customer at all. All they care about is the money and not their customers. No way should this company have a high BBB rating. Took days to contact someone. Then they have no care for their customer or their product functioning properly.

1 starSpoke to ******************************* from safe haven. Super unprofessional and just our right rude Was trying to explain the situation with ring bell that was install in our home about a week ago that no longer works and was trying to charge us to send come one to look at their mistake.

1 starZero stars. When my dryer is running heat sensor goes off and then I get a call! Idiot positioned the smoke fire detector on wall opposite the dryer. Obviously you cant just take it off. It requires an IT tech. Any call out is 65 bucks so there you go. Oh and when alarm goes off it shuts down my AC unit. I wish I could go back in time ??DONT GET THIS GARBAGE EVER!!!

1 starThe installation was terrible. Glass breakers were installed upside down with the batteries in backward. The technician locked me out of the admin features for my own control unit. Sensors for the master bedroom are missing altogether after being assured all entry points were covered.The saleskid, ********************* outright lied to me twice stating I would not be in a contract. "Here, Mr. ********* just check this box to authorize the work and we can get started." BAM! I'm in a 3-year contract.Now, after just 90 days, Safe Haven won't send a tech or add a sensor. They refer me to ADT...who refers me to Safe Haven and I lost three hours of my left yesterday getting bounced around between two bad companies.

1 star***** person shows up unannounced with ZERO DOCUMENTATION verifying who he was. Had a badge but that's literally it. Badges can be faked realitively cheaply. The alarming thing is within the first 2 minutes of disrupting our lives he made several attempts to walk into the house to "Survey" what our needs may be. Yeah here's the tip if you don't actually schedule a company to come out to your house ANYONE THAT RANDOMLY SHOWS UP TO YOUR HOUSE should not be allowed in not in this day and age people be smart and keep your home safe.

1 starThe company doesn't deserve 1 star. The company is not honest. They sell you on a security system which the representative tells you it's 100% safe. Then they have a technician show up to install the security system that you expect is going to secure your ************* 100%. At the time the technician shows up to install your system, they are REQUIRED to do a assessment of your ********** find out you are NOT SECURE!! That technician is EXPECTED & REQUIRED to upgrade your system and sell you more equipment which is more money. NO SELL MEANS NO WORK! The company has a bait and switch technique. They want their employees to LIE and say they have the same security system even though they do not!If that technician can not sell you anything they are EXPECTED to call their boss and the representative that sold you the original system. If you want to back out or decline, here comes the same song & dance, they have to call their boss and so on. They pressure you to the most excent. It is a joke. Their equipment is not the best! Everything is hard wired which means they have to drill through your home & make a hole to wire up the system!! It is not a good representation of ADT. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING DIRECTLY THROUGH ADT OR ANOTHER TYPE OF SECURITY SYSTEM.
