    Rep pulled behind my car, last night in the dark, while I had my car running trying to back out, claiming he was a Relocation Manager. Finally got out of his truck and stated that I had forgot to sign documents at closing, acknowledging that my insurance company had prepaid the ***** installation charge and he would be fined if he didn't make contact with me. He then proceeded to state I was never home and he had been trying for weeks to catch me. This obviously was a lie for I have two adults at my house all day. We also all know that no company pays for any costs at closing unless you heavily negotiate it. Today, I have contacted all parties involved at my closing and they all state these are false claims. I began to brush him off and question him and I believe at this point he realized I was not falling for the scam and told me to just call him and he would explain - he handed me a flyer with his name printed on the bottom saying Safe Haven Security New Homeowners Program. To say the least, this was frightening for my young daughter to have a man pull up, in the dark, questioning me, stating I neglected to sign papers at closing and trying to scam me in front of her. He also did not show ID and came off so sketchy. As we pulled out of my neighborhood he was looking for yet another house and driving very slow in front of my neighbors a few streets over. I hope others will read this. I worry for elderly/**** homeowners who will fall for this con. Please read other reviews as well and the nightmare continues apparently if you do get swindled into signing up. BE AWARE!! Hopefully one day, someone will hold this company accountable.

    Incredible experience from day 1. My account representative ******* was/is so incredibly kind. She explained everything to me about what to expect. Ive never had any issues getting a hold of her.scheduling/confirming appointments couldnt be easier. She is amazing. I have had 3 tech visits because my wifi network changed and I needed assistance getting everything back online. The techs were amazing! ***** and ********** were both friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They called 30 minutes out to let me know they were on the way. The services and equipment work as expected. I mean, I have zero complaints. Keep up the good work!

    Wow no wonder , am seeing these reviews here!! I had same experience. I called them up in 3 days and cancelled the contract. The agent said the contract was void but still the contract was active. They are taking money out of my account. They are holding me liable for 36 months. I guess they dont have customers and they follow fraudulent sales practices to get customers locked for 36 months. Though I cancelled within 3 days, they want to lie around and hide that fact and still charge me

    Run for the hills. I called to get this service cancelled . The lady I spoke with told me I would no longer have access to the service it was canceled. I asked her for the early termination payout which she provided. Im thinking the service is canceled but theyre still going in my account taking money. Called again got the run around until i finally was able to speak with someone she stated the didnt cancel the service. I said thats not what the lady told me. Stated the only way to cancel the service is for me to pay her the termination fee first. I have never heard of anything like that and thats certainly not what the lady told me. I no longer want the service so I will be going to my bank to show them the document of how I canceled and theyre still taking funds out.

    They are crooks ! They dont even deserve one star ! I tried to cancel because the cameras are awful. They stated oh you have only 3 days to cancel after that you owe us $1700 for what??????? Customers should have 30 days this is crazy! They are over priced as wel!

    Great service from ***********************! She took her time to explain and walk me through the process from start to finish. Her customer service was amazing. No matter the day or time, she wouldnt hesitate to answer my call or return my call and help me solve my issues. Couldnt have asked for a better representative.

    Don't answer the door when they come knocking! If you sign up for ADT through SafeHaven, you have to then cancel through SafeHaven, but some of your customer support is provided by ADT. It's a very confusing set up from a customer perspective. Cancelling through ************************** is next to impossible. They don't answer, return calls, or respond to emails. And of course, you can only cancel by getting one of their operators on the phone. But you can bet they will hound you to get you to sign up. Do yourself a favor, buy ****** cameras and put them up. No subscription necessary and the technology is the same.

    This company is horrible. I have called many times to have the issue resolved and they always do a tech reset. Now that I have complain and no longer want a remote reset but someone to come look at the faulty equipment they refuse without charging me $60. Why should pay for equipment I have tried getting fixed for months. Their xustomer.swrvicw rep. *** rude and refused to allow me to talk to management. In addition I STILL have a ugly hole in my wall from when the service tech put the equipment in an unusable spot.
