    I worked at this company for about a year. Sales reps ARE TRAINED to tell customers they are getting a free security system. Installers show up, show the customer optional add-ons and the customer flips out. On top of that sales reps are not required or policed by the company to tell customers they are signing a THREE YEAR CONTRACT. or let them know about the 3 day cancellation policy. Very scummy company. Also installers are treated like dog poop from the company.

    Stay as far away from this company as possible. You will get swindled and you will be out A LOT of money. Very deceiving and not honest. Customer service is complete garbage. Stay away, please.

    Horrible system. Not what I wanted and I feel like I was ROBBED because of the outrageous price they charged me. Wish I had seen all the negative reviews before I used them. Beware. Stay away.

    If I could give 0 Stars i would. Safe Haven is a complete scam! Do NOT use them. If you like ADT products then go through ADT directly. Safe Haven misrepresents what their equipment can do. I was promised 24/7 recording. That's a lie. There equipment records for 30 seconds then stops. You also have a monthly limit of recording clips that we go over after 10 days. The worst part is they lock you into a 3 year contract and then once you sign they disappear and say ADT is responsible. meanwhile ADT says Safe haven is responsible. Its an absolute scam and you should avoid at all costs. My rep also ignored me for 2 weeks so by that time i was already out of my cancelation window and trapped in this ridiculously expensive contract. It honestly should be illegal what they do.

    The worst! Their customer service is so unwilling to help. Their only response is, 'we can send a technician out for a fee'. I tried contacting my point of contact, **** ******, and he won't accept or return my calls. Biggest rip off and excuse for a business. And because they rope you into a 3 yr contract, they don't care and there is alternative.

    Sold us a 36 month contract for service that DOES NOT WORK and product that has fallen off the walls/does not work. Customer service refused to help me - was routed (finally) to tier 2 customer service who REFUSED to help me or cancel my service WITHOUT paying an additional $60 for them to come out to "fix" (ie. tape) their products back to the walls. HORRIBLY rude and selling a LEMON of a service!!!

    This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years. For starters, I am a team leader of a real estate team and I had a partnership with Safe Haven. They used to be a reputable contractor, but over the years their service has greatly deminished. So much so that they try to trap you into a 3 year contract, so that no matter how bad the service. You have no way out. This is exactly what happened to me (someone who has sent them a lot of business).
    I have been under contract with them for 10 months now, and my service has worked for 3 of those months. ADT who is the one providing the actual service has let me out and waived all fees associated with the account because they can see how bad its been, but Safe Haven, who does nothing, is now trying to charge me 1700 dollars. When I asked their rep ***** ********** to help me out especially since ADT said I can cancel free of charge, she took great pride in telling me no so adamantly. She didnt want to hear anything, she only recited over and over again that I signed a contract but completely neglecting the fact that I did not recieve the service I signed for.
    When asked to speak to a supervisor she said its unwarranted and outright refused me. This is the worse experience I have ever had. Safe Haven needs better customer service reps because this aint it.

    Phenomenal service and only a phone call away if you need help with your alarm system. The installer was quintessential in meeting our installation and security needs. No reason to go anywhere else for ADT equipment. Sales rep covered everything that was available and ensured we completely understood what we were buying. Should have contacted Safe Haven Security System long ago.
