  Biggest scam ever. False representation of charges. Very crafty at making you believe you are getting a great deal then hit you with separate charges back to back. Sold a false sense of security coverage on the window glass breaking monitors. Did not cover the area stated it would cover. When I dropped a glass close to the device it stated only glass break determined. I would not even heard from another room let alone if I was upstairs. Received the run around on getting help repairing a sensor. Called multiple times being told it would be no charge to being told it would be a charge. They never provided a call back to schedule a visit. I went outside to get help. No dispute resolution offered. Only response to your complaint is what the person reads that is in your contract but nothing to address their incorrect actions. Wants to charge 75 percent of whatever is left on a 3 year contract which is over 1000 dollars if you want to cancel due to their poor service. Dont go through safe haven for adt. Buyer beware alert.

  They are a rip off period, they claim you sign a contract for three years when you sign up for one year and then you say you electronically sign when you know you didn’t but I decided to to get the military lawyers get involved since they claimed they are with them meanwhile they won’t get another penny from us tired of people ripping off people smh

  Safe haven security came to my door when i first moved into my house they said they were adt so i went along with them they charged me to set up and when i tried to cancel after one month because they where charging me a lot they billed me $1776.30 this company isn’t right at all

  Do not recommend this company. I only chose their services because they were offered at a discounted rate through a partnership with my home builder. Initially, it seemed like a good deal and a convenient option — but the entire experience turned into a frustrating and misleading process.
  I spoke with ******* *********, the salesperson, who quoted me a specific price for the service. I agreed to it, thinking everything was clearly understood. However, when ****** *********, the installer, came to my home, the price was completely different — significantly higher than what I had been told.
  When I raised the issue, instead of admitting there may have been a mistake or miscommunication, they essentially blamed me. They suggested I had misunderstood the terms discussed by *******, which was absolutely not the case. I knew exactly what was offered and agreed upon.
  I tried to get in touch with ******* ********* again to clarify, but he completely disappeared — no returned calls, no follow-up, nothing. It felt like I was being set up from the beginning. There was no accountability at all, and I was left feeling misled and ignored.
  After a lot of back and forth, and after I told them I was going to cancel everything, they finally agreed to honor the original price. But at that point, the damage was done. I no longer trusted the company or their practices.
  The way they operate feels very deceptive — almost like a bait-and-switch tactic. They lure you in with one offer, then try to change the price later and pressure you to go along with it. If you push back, they act like it’s your fault.
  This is not how an honest company should operate. I would never use them again and strongly recommend that others look elsewhere. What seems like a deal up front can easily turn into a stressful and borderline scam experience. Stay away from this company.

  Due to unfortunately circumstances, I can no longer afford my bill. I called to figure out a mutal agreeable solution to the 2 yrs and $2000+ penalty i would have to pay if I terminated my contract. I wasn't expecting to get out of the contract for free. I was told they don't renegotiate or terminate contracts. They actually told me they don't care if your house burns down, gets blown away in a tornado or is swept away in a flood. A contract is a contract. A policy is a policy. Not the answer I was expecting from a highly rated BBB company. The person I spoke with was nasty, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. BBB - You should look at their negative reviews on here and Google. Maybe they shouldn't have the rating they do.

  ADT has a 30 money back! Safe haven will not honor it. The sales person told me my insurance would cover the cost. That there was no contract you can cancel anytime! In all ways he lied! They won’t let me talk to him. They won’t lower or let me cancel for free in adt 30 day! They can’t honor it they shouldnt sell it. Without my insurance giving a break to help me pay. I can’t afford it! Especially for a 3 year contract! No help no kindness! No honor. Stay away. Even ADT gives me the run around! No honor

  The service that Safe Haven provides is a complete scam. They come to your door and offer all these coupons and discounts that give you free equipment. Only when the tech comes to install everything do you realize that the equipment isn't actually free and you have to pay an extra grand or two for everything. Not including the high monthly fee. Then you try to call the number on the contract to cancel only for them to be closed on the weekends. They claim that you should've emailed them or left a voice mail. There was no email that the contract said to contact for cancelation. The number they provided was unable to leave a voice mail as it auto hangs up on you if they're closed. This has been the worst service I ever had. I will never recommend them to anyone ever.

  One star is to many for this company. Safe Haven ADT is a joke. You buy expensive equipment thinking it will work and make your home safer just to find out 6 months in it doesn't work. You call ADT support and they try to help you which they can't, but they don't tell you until you complain that you should be talking to Safe Haven. All Safe Haven wants you to do is remotely fix it, which has already been tried and failed or send a technician out and charge you a $60 technician fee. Highly DO NOT recommend Safe Haven ADT or ADT.

  Company is a scam to lock you into a 36 month contract! They will tell you all the equipment is free just to get you to sign up with them then bill you with a credit card bill 2 weeks after the install. Then when you try to call them, they say too bad you signed the contract. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

  Bought my house last fall. A dealer came to install the portion that already came with my house and had me sign up for ADT right at the end. He rushed through everything and told me repeatedly I could cancel at any time with no issue. HA. In February, I reached out to ADT to cancel. I was told repeatedly I would be called back. Never was. A month later, I finally reached out to them on Twitter, only to be told I had to go through Safe Haven. I reach out and they tell me if I cancel the THIRTY SIX MONTH contract early, I would face fees. Normally, I read every line of a contract but the man had already been at my home for hours, and he rushed me to sign. I never would have signed a 36 month contract. I'm trying to find out what the fee is and now their support has stopped responding to me, which I assume to catch me on late fees. My garage alarm barely even works. I'll be reaching out to my lawyer.
