1 starI am having the same issue as other customers: Safe Haven installed my system, and the cameras are only recording for 30 seconds with like a full minute reset in between. Before leaving for a work trip, someone had dumped a huge mound of roofing materials and trash but where never captured on camera. Likewise, some has repeatedly moved the boundary stakes I had put in my property and nothing shows up on ADT. I have reached out to Safe Heaven through the sales rep who then transferred me to her boss, who then keeps promising that the tech person will come out. It has been over a week and no one has contacted me and now they are stalling on letting me cancel service. This is a seriously crappy experience. Do not sign up for ADT.As other's have expressed, this is a zero star business!

5 starsI purchased my home a few months back and looked into several options for security. Unfortunately, to get the kind of security system we wanted, it was going to be way out of our budget so we decided to hold off for a few months until we took care of some other big expenses we had at the time. The other day a rep came out and offered to give us a new quote to compare to the other security offers we had looked at. To our surprise she was able to get us everything we were looking for (and a little more with cameras) for A LOT less that we expected. We scheduled our install for the next day and the rep was sweet enough to give us her own personal cell phone number to contact her if we ever run into any issues with the system. So far, everything works great. The technician was actually ONE TIME (unlike all of the other service people weve had out to the house since weve moved in) and he was very knowledgeable and helped us understand how to use everything.I told the sales rep **** invited to our house warming party because I could not thank her enough for making this as easy and affordable as it was.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starThis is a terrible company to do business with. The sales rep came to my door lied about my home being Grandfathered into a plan. They weren't able to provide a doorbell camera in the **** so called credits you get. The compliance director *********************** is the worst person in the as they take no accountability for their actions. This company is a scam they lock you into a 3 year contract with only 3 days to cancel and will barely get anything done to help you. They are not ADT if ******* says they are it's a lie. This company is the worst thing ever to have existed and should be investigated for malpractice when it comes to getting sales.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starDO NOT RECOMMEND - save yourself the money and headache by doing it yourself. Sales experience was very misleading, and I was charged $475 for three extra sensors ($30 each on Amazon). This was never conveyed to me until I received the ******************* later, and they refused to let me do a return so now I'm stuck with this absurd expense. 1 starHorrible service, alarms go off all the time. They blame the equipment they sold us as the issue. So the solution is we can buy new equipment and hope it works more than 6 months. Ring and other companies offer similar services for a fraction of the cost. Signed up for 12 months that became 36 months.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starmy camera got damaged by hail the week of installation. They were quick to send someone out the next few days. i have had to call a tech out about every week. what safe haven does not tell you is you have to cancel your contract BEFORE they install. Safe Haven cameras record for ONLY 30 seconds then no recording for 30 seconds even if there is someone trying to break in your truck. The sales guy, management and techs will tell you that cameras are not a 24/7 recording. l dont want a 24/7 but if someone is trying to get in my truck i would like to know what they are doing at 1 or 2 am! but the management says its really not that bog of a deal.... so if you want to break in a truck just activate the camera, wait 30 seconds then the following ********************************************************************** the house. ANOTHER thing to consider is you can only record a certain number of videos per month so gotta make sure you turn the camera off while doing lawn work or sitting outside with family and friend. i called numbers of times just so they can send a tech out to look but not fix anything. 1 starFirst ineraction with Safe Haven Security ***************** Painful. Nevery buy ADT from this outfit. ADT cannot help when there is a techincal issue beacuse SHS insalled your system. CS rep ***** not transfer to supervior, system is not even one month old and had to pay almost $100 to have a service rep come out.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starI dont even have a contract with this company and never will. I had a rep come to my home in the evening on Friday and tell me they were with ADT. Even after asking multiple times if they were a third party which they denied every time. Asked me if I was told someone would be coming by and as we had prior equipment from ADT from the previous homeowner I thought this may have to do with that. Tell Me they are here to let me know what I am entitled to. Entitled to based on what?? Proceeds to come in my home to check the equipment and spent nearly an hour there on a Friday evening when I was clearly not interested. Asked too many personal questions about my family and I. Told me I would have to get all new equipment and even after saying I was not interested kept going over options and asking what I wanted. Incredibly off putting and flustering experience and based on that alone I will never do business or recommend Safe Haven. Awful.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starI hate the experience I am having with adt/ safe haven. The wrong cameras were installed bc the installation guy didn't know what he was doing......i no longer have cameras on the outside of the home they are easy to fly off/steal. I was only offer to pay 600 plus an extra $90 to install thats ridiculous. Why is the quality so poor that they can be removed or fly off with so much ease. I'm angry that they only throw that they're covered on there end on the contract......so I'm expected to pay for new cameras at full price plus installation again, with the chance of it happening again ** of being made cheaply? My experience with this company has been trash. I am UNSATISFIED with ADT!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starCUT ALL MY WIRES IN THE HOME! PLEASE RUN!!! THEY DONT FINISH THE *** AND 9 SERVICE CALL AND PROPERTY DAMAGE.
