    I've been having an issue with my system for over 3 months now. Requested a tech to come out multiple times and was instead given technical support over the phone. None of which fixed the issue. When I finally put my foot down and said no more over the phone, I need someone to come out, they waited until the day my 1 year warranty expired to call me back and schedule that appointment, which I now have to pay for. Then tried to claim they tried calling me back before that, left a message, and sent an email. None of which I have records of. Even ADT said that was extremely shady of them. Highly recommend going through someone else. Seems to be this isn't a company you can trust.

    They do not take no for an answer! They dont honor cancelation within time frame. They push to keep you and they charge your account without your authorization. Be aware of this company. ADT should not be doing business with this company. Terrible customer service Dear *****,I've been consistently receiving emails and messages about an account we previously canceled as per our contractual agreement. Despite this, this company has made unauthorized charges to my account and has ignored our cancellation notice.This entire experience has raised security concerns for us. The contract details were inaccurate and misleading, and the ongoing calls regarding the canceled account are deeply unsettling. It's a clear indication of your company's business practices, intentions, and reputation.I've made multiple requests to cease communication, as we have no interest in engaging with a company that disregards customer feedback and fails to honor cancellation requests.Additionally, I've received emails concerning the return of equipment. However, ***** did not specify the equipment he was referring to not to mention, the security system was included in the home purchase according to our contract with the ***************** builder.

    A sales representative from Safe Haven( As an authorized dealer of ADT) knocked at our door. We recently moved to ************* and it's regrettable to allow the sales representative to enter to our place. He explained about ADT security offers and he was trying to hook us into monthly subscription. Then me and my wife agreed to take a day or so to think about the decision. The sales man tried to trick us into placing a work order. He signed on my behalf and I saw later that he even signed on customer sign. I was shocked and I tried to call him about it. He was nowhere to be found. A pure scam. It took me another one hour to wait in line with safe Haven and cancel the work order. Beware of such scams and questionable business practice. I am reporting this to BB.

    River, a technician who works for Safe Haven, stole my keys from my house. I told them that I want to cancel my contract and they told me that they would charge me at $1600 fine.

    If you sign up for ADT be sure to ask the tech if they are actually ADT or scamming Safe Haven..if you move they equipment is useless and you are still expected to payThese Safe Haven techs will lie to you and load you up with extras and mislead you to thinking included until you find out you a credit account is created for equipment all for their commission

    Its been two weeks and Safe Haven is absolutely terrible. First, they put a hole in my ceiling, next, the two cameras went out from a little storm, lastly, the doorbell doesnt detect motion unless you press the button. That doesnt help my family. So if this last issue isnt fixed by this weekend, Im utilizing the 30 day free un instillation and money back option

    Absolutely horrible company. My equipment never worked, yet I was stuck in a contract paying $64 a month. They sent 4 different technicians out, I had to take off work to be home to let them in, and not one of them ever fixed my equipment. Completely incompetent. Do not ever get their service, you will regret it.

    A small print scamming company, I was manipulated to believe if I didn't buy the products the installation tech recommended ADT would not be liable for ANY brake in.... $2800 later (after a special $1000 credit) the installation tech installed sensors I did not ask for, did not install smoke detectors I asked for, and installed sensors on interior doors! the installer also destroyed my home by poorly drilling through walls and stapling power cord to my textured walls! When I tried to reach out to my customer service rep. they conveniently took their time. I asked for an itemized list of t=what was being installed and the tech said it was digital and would be emailed to me, of course that never happened. and finally when the tech showed up to removed the unwanted items, they removed everything except the control panel and said I would have to call back on Monday, which I did and was informed they would not remove it, I had a 3 day period and I was out side of that period! Conveniently they would charge me $1700 and the whole time not refund the $1900 that was charged to a Synchrony account, after they removed all the equipment. So now I am expected to keep their services with only a control panel and no equipment that was promised in a Veterans package. Now I am just bounced around from department to department, with no help, always saying we cant help in this department! So typical of a scamming company. Be ware if you plan to use ADT for security needs.

    Absolutely worst experience with Safe Haven Security Services! The sales rep wearing ADT uniform sold ** on their basic installation package and we paid the $100 installation fee. The technicians came by the next day to install and upsold us on several hundred dollars more equipment, but forgot to mention the installation fee owed was now $300. The extra $200 was snuck onto the invoice for the equipment upgrade and I didnt notice until I requested a copy of the invoice and made the discovery. I managed to negotiate the fee to pay only $100 more, but this incident and several other outright lies regarding service calls left a bad taste. Not to mention several errant false alarms. We ended up cutting the contract after 3 months and permanently severed ties with them. Will absolutely never conduct business with Safe Haven Security Services again under no circumstances! Not deserving of even 1/10th of 1 star.
