1 starSave Haven Installer came into my home fully knowing I did not want any additional products or services that wasnt already included with my recent home purchase. I made this clear with the sales associate that had first contacted me and the gentleman who contacted me to set up the appointment for **** the installer to come. I told him continuously I did not want it any additional stuff, he then he persuaded me with a 5-day trial period and a discount from my home insurance. When he installed these products, he handed me an iPad to sign on Doc-u-sign I did not see a 3-day trial anywhere nor was that mentioned by **** or the personal concierge that after the 3-day period I would be charge 75% of the total remainder of the contract. I was also charged around $90 that day for this and gave them my card information. It was also supposed to include a camera facing towards the driveway, but he did NOT have this on him and said he will return later to install it. I have no use for these products I contacted the Safe Haven on Tuesday the 20th. Mind you I thought it was 5 business days. When I contacted him on Tuesday via email that I did not want to continue using the services. **** contacted me and told me for the first time that I would be charged the 75% of the contract, I asked him how much that would be, and he then proceeded to tell me that someone would be in contact with me with the numbers of the remaining contract. A few hours later a lady contacted me with no numbers and was rude, I had told her that I am not paying, and I will be proceeding with Legal action to get out, this is unethical and deceptive as a company to go about their business such as this. I want my stuff to be uninstalled and I want to end my contract now without having to pay this amount (a total of $1312.24). I am a single mom of 2 girls under the age of 8 and I work two jobs. I work way too hard to be taken advantage of like this! They need to stop pushing this on people, no is no!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starOur sales reps said it would pay for itself with the savings from our homeowners insurance. The savings was less than 5 dollars for the whole year using the services they offered. They also said that we could cancel after we paid for our installation of the system. Which is not the case without a large fee. I would not recommend this to anyone. I am disappointed with this service and how the reps were not truthful about what they were selling.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starWe bought a new home with *************** and was not told about the contract they put on the houses with safe haven to have ADT installed. The Cameras and system never worked due to the bad wireless signal in our area. We paid off the $1000+ in equipment fees for cameras that dont even work.So We chose to find a new provider in the area but was originally told by ADT they would credit my account for the poor services in order to save the account. Never got my credits , cameras were never fixed , and my account continued to be charged for their services. Then I was sent over to Safe Haven to find out we had ETFs.When I found out there were ETFs we decided to keep the poor services and wait till the 36 months were up and just keep requesting an ADT tech out. Well, ADT decided to close the account even though I told several of their agent and safe haven agents through email and phone that I did not authorize account closure. I spoke with over 6 ADT agents and was even warm transferred by Safe Haven to tell them to not cancel my account . ADT will not reinstate my account because I wanted new services . I received an email on June 19 from ************************* a representative in the accounts department telling me my account has been cancelled. I requested they look into it further and she told me to call ADT. After being told my account reinstatement was rejected , I requested to speak with ****** supervisor, and she told me that they will tell me the same thing I would never recommend ADT or Safe haven. They have the worst customer service and the agents will push the issue off on anyone else just so they dont have to handle it . I dealt with this miscommunication issue for months asking them to please leave my account alone and now they expect me to pay ETFs of $1200 after buying equipment that doesnt work. All homes on my block are stuck in this horrible contract and cant use their cameras properly. Its a shame and bad business.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starThis company scammed me by allowing an unidentified stranger to walk into my house pretending to be from ADT, selling me lies. ****** told me that if I subscribe to ADT Ill get 17% off my home insurance which wasnt the case. he also didnt mention that I was going to be placed in a 36-month contract and that there was a $1,100 early termination fee. Stay away from this people, they have no accountabilit nor basic morals. I bet they will respond to this comment by apologizing and referring me to their customer service department which is completely useless and refuse to allow me to speak to anyone in management. this place is a joke and someone should *** themSafe Haven Security Services, LLC

5 starsI was always hesitant to do a monitored system, however after being broke into twice I decided to move forward. The system has been reassuring to my peace of mind, but also has been a blessing with the changes in my life. I am very grateful and appreciative of the service I received. Yes they are salespeople, but the details are given by mouth as well as in the paperwork. I did have a sensor go bad and reached out to my relocation manager and she had it fixed asap. 1 starRun! This company has horrible customer service and are misleading. When the sold the system to me they represented themselves as ADT and not SafeHaven. Now I have a sensor that needs to b replaced and they want to charge me $85.00 for someone to come out. I told them to just send me the part and I would install it. It is as simple as sticking the scensor on the door and going to the console and setting it up. 5 min job! I asked to talk to a manager and they refused to transfer me stating it is against policy to escalate a call! Horrible customer service! To cancel their service I know have to pay over $1k! Save yourselves trouble and find another security provider!!!Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starSales reps knocked on my door to try and sell me a system. I told them I wasn't interested and they need to leave. They wouldn't leave and proceeded to go through my garage and walk around my property. They kept insisting I needed a security system and even made me get me girlfriend so they could talk to her. They wouldn't get off my property when told to. Kinda ****** they went through my garage without permission. I told them I would think about a system but they insisted they needed a credit card number for something that I didn't want. Now they have my girlfriends card number and we're getting the run around trying to cancel an appointment that we didn't want set up in the first placeSafe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starMy realtor referred me to Safe Haven and I wish I never would have taken her up on the offer. At first, ******************************* was emailing me seemingly interested in making sure that we made an appointment to review the options for protecting our new home. When ******** finally called, she went over the products but not in full detail enough to let me know that it would not be ****** offerings as I had mentioned and been seeing them in the neighborhood and that is what I was interested in.When the **** Service agent came, he was friendly but also doing way too much. He tried to get us to finance things and we did not want to since we just bought a home. We ended up having to get on the phone with the Sales Representative and her manager to figure out what services we needed. We were supposed to get Video and was under the impression that we would be getting a key lock as well. On the phone, they made us pay MORE money upfront $180 to add on the lock and stated I would get a check in the mail. I only agreed because I was already frustrated and wanted the **** Service Agent out of our home.Even though we paid the $180 up front, the representative did NOT have the lock on them and had to schedule another call. Then on top of that, I was told that services would not charge until after 30 days after installation. It turns out that we got charged immediately for the Services.Now I have been trying to call ******************************* ALL morning and no response. I had to text her on the personal cell phone number. She called me on her cell and stated she would return my call but it has been a few hours now and that does not work for me. If I have read reviews first, I would not have come close to getting this product. I would have went through ADT directly. Case # ******** Then I tried to connect with **************** and I was unable to get connected to ******** directly or her manager. ***** kept talking over top me. 5 starsIts upsetting to read all these horrible reviews that customers have said about Safe Haven Security Services. While I also feel for the dissatisfied customers I want to leave my review about my EXCELLENT experience and service with them.Its unfortunate that reviews (mostly bad) are posted on BBB pages to bash a company & complain about the experience or service received. Customers tend to write a review about a company ONLY when they receive a bad service. Very seldom that someone would post a good review. I for one would like to change that.I purchased a home over 2 years ago & soon after moving in a relocation manager knocked on my door and that same day I got everything installed. I didnt have to pay a dime for any of the equipment or any install fee, everything was waived other than my activation fee of $200, which I much rather pay that versus paying over $3000 for my equipment and install fee. With the 2 years Ive had them Ive only experienced ONE problem, which was an easy fix. Window sensor fell off, I made a call and that same day a technician came out and replaced it for $0. Ive referred my relocation manager to several other people, **************** & I have not had any of them tell me anything bad about their experience or service with Safe Haven.I would HIGHLY recommend Safe Haven to other people. Also, keep in mind that there are SEVERAL locations/branches for Safe Haven in ***************** and for those that have had a bad experience with Safe Haven might be an isolated incident for that specific branch.Safe Haven Security Services, LLC

1 starI am writing to file a complaint against SafeHaven Security due to their unethical practices and unsatisfactory service. The details of my complaint are as follows:SafeHaven Security (this is is in **) overcharged ** for security services that repeatedly fell off our door. Despite paying for their services, we did not receive the expected level of security.Furthermore, the fire alarm installed by SafeHaven Security was excessively sensitive, triggering false alarms from regular bathroom steam. This almost led to unnecessary fire department dispatches, causing distress and potential waste of resources.When we requested removal of the fire alarm, the technician rushed through the job without even turning off his truck. He negligently broke one of our windows while hastily removing the security equipment.Initially, the technician promised to pay for the window repair and requested a quote. However, upon receiving the quote, he complained about the price and vowed to reduce it by half. After three days of failed communication, he finally responded, offering to fix the window himself. We insisted on hiring a professional and escalated the issue to his supervisor.To resolve the matter, we were asked to obtain two additional quotes, further prolonging the process. It took over a month to have our window repaired, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.Considering our experience, I strongly discourage others from using SafeHaven Security and advise opting for ADT or a reputable direct service provider. SafeHaven Security's predatory sales tactics, along with their failure to deliver satisfactory service and address customer concerns, demonstrate their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.
