      Just like the customers below, I never has Cell service from ATT Mobile. I received a bill for $6,773.59. My cell carrier is Xfinity for 3 years now and the last 10 years before that was with Boost Mobile and I paid Boost via autopay.

      I just received a bill from them in the amount of $5,780.63. The bill I received states that as of 10/4/22 I owe them money. I have not had ATT in almost 20 years! These people are out to take advantage of people who will succumb to their scam.

      T-Mobile Phone Company, and IC System is breaking the law !!!!!! IC System are trying to collect money from me, I am not liable for any debt with them I never had a contract with IC System nor did they provide me the original contract as requested now i have a collection with them on my Credit Report this is not how the Consumer Law works ... And im not letting them get away with this...

      This company randomly showed up on my credit report a couple months ago. It says they got the collection account from T-Mobile but I haven't had T-Mobile for 4 years and I have not heard anything from them (I still have the same phone number and email address I had while I was at T-Mobile, so they know how to get in touch with me). There is no way to contact I.C. Systems. I have called over 20 times and I just get a recording saying they are not able to answer the call.
      My credit score went down by 90 points because of this.

      This company filed a bad credit on me without contacting. A call or email or even send me a letter. I have no idea about the bad credit and have not had credit with the ATT mobility in 20+ years. To just drop a bad credit report without contacting a customer to validate it is wrong. I have filed a consumer dispute via Experion. The other credit bureaus have not picked up this bad credit as I gather they see I take my credit seriously.
      They are noted to have many many complaints online. Someone needs to address this companies business practices.

      These people are lazy, ignorant, and incompetent. They ask you to call and then no one can help you so they transfer your call multiple times even though you are providing the reference number they gave you to call in about.

      I.C systems is a completely incompetent company. A collection has shown up on my credit score stating I owed US Cellular around 1000 dollars. It has been almost 9 years since doing any business with them. I understand the debt collection business is rough but now they’re just making stuff up. 9 years later?

      My wife received a bill from I.C. System Inc., which stated they are a debt collector and that she owes a debt to ATT Mobility. My wife doesn't have an account with ATT Mobility. Our AT&T Mobility account is in my name; we both have cell phones. My wife had an account several years ago in her name, but that account was closed many years ago. AT&T confirmed this and I spoke with two AT&T representatives, whose names I have. I researched I.C. System Inc. and found a street address in St. Paul; her "bill" only has a P.O. Box. Both the billing zip code and the phone number are different from what is online. The phone number on the "bill" even comes up as a spam risk. I.C. System, Inc. online has a marginal credit rating of 2.5 out of 5. In addition, the I.C. System Inc. on her bill is listed online has having no owner. This is the second "bill" my wife has received this year; she shouldn't have received any since her account was closed before the date on this "bill." It says she owed ATT Mobility $1,717.43 as of July 2022. Between July 2022 and now, there are no additional charges listed. AT&T representatives verify her account is closed and was paid in full when closed! I also have advice on how to proceed on behalf of my wife from a lawyer and a legal representative. I have not responded to I.C. System Inc. on their recommendation. I.C. System Inc. give her until mid-December to respond, but we will not be responding. This is why I am posting a complaint on the BBB website. In addition, the account number on this "bill" is a twelve-digit number; AT&T Mobility accounts have a nine-digit number. This was verified by AT&T representatives. Our AT&T Mobility account has always been paid in full; this can also be verified by AT&T representatives. In addition, this bill gives no "substantive" information on the past-due amount listed.

      I received 5 phones calls a day from IC Systems. On Friday after IC Systems HARRASEMENT I paid on this bill. I told IC Systems this bill was beyond the statute of limitations act. I also told them this bill is over 14 years old. They did not care to listen to what I had to say. Nothing but a concrete wall. I received an email from the Office of the President of DirecTV which the bill was from. The Lady told me "She was sorry this happened and that it should of never happened." She Zero balanced my account with DirecTV. Here comes the problem. IC System took my money for a ZERO balance bill. I am disabled and a hardship case. NONE of which matters to IC Systems.
      Now we face a real problem. IC Systems will not refund my money. Which means IC Systems has committed FRAUD against an elderly disabled person plus the harassing phone calls. I tried to talk to them. Even a Stupid Visor. The Stupid Visor threatened to hang the phone up. This is great business ethnics.
      I will expect a PUBLIC APOPLOGY from IC Systems for their lack of concern, for their FRAUD, their harassment and for me having to put up with their crap.
      If this does NOT happen, I will be looking to legal counsel.
      One star is way too many stars for this FRAUDULENT company!
      Let me educate some people. GO look on the internet find the debt collection letter. In this letter you will see it address the debt, the AG of the state, the courts of your state as well as the outcome if you are still bothered by these people after sending them the letter. Note: make sure what the statute of limitations are in your state before going this road. They want to screw us. Screw them first.

      I tried to talk to your people about this. I GOT STONEWALLED. Your people didn't care to help me them. Why would I think they want to help now? I didn't pay by check. The money was taken VIA my check account and routing number. You had the money same day. DirecTV had it the day after. My bank was not able to stop this transaction. Once again. FRAUD against elderly, disabled person for a bill over 14 years old with a ZERO balance. I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT!

      I contacted Ic systems aftervseeingbthem on my credit report. They would not let me pay the debt. And never sent a letter about it going to collections. And the fact that they are trying to get people to sign up for a service is basically trying to lure people for something they don't need.
