      I received a "Settlement Offer" that IC System claims is for an AT&T bill that has long been disputed. I provided IC System the details of the dispute via email (twice) but never received a response. I've called multiple times and am always given the run around. Today I spoke with a supervisor who was not helpful and actually said "our hands are tied" related to the emails I sent and calls I made in attempt to resolve this matter. There is no follow up at all with this company. I have the dates and times of every communication so one would think that is wouldn't be too difficult to find these communications. Very, very frustrating.

      Thank you for your response. This is part of the issue, the original person who took my call (almost 6 weeks ago) had me email her my documentation - which I did twice (and can prove). I've made multiple phone calls. When I spoke to the supervisor, she told me that all calls are recorded. I stated that if this is the case, they should be able to find the calls I made since I have the dates and times (which I provided). NO ONE has provided follow up to my calls or emails. I can't imagine that the original creditor would be pleased that someone attempting a resolution is unable to do so because IC System won't respond to all the attempts being made. I have initiated every phone call to IC System so clearly I am the party trying to resolve this situation.

      I.C. Systems failed to follow U.S law and never notified me I had a debt they were trying to collect. They sent notices to an address I’ve never lived at and claimed it was proper notification. They also claimed to had spoken with me on the phone about said debt but couldn’t confirm with me the number they called. I’ve lived at the same address for over 10 years and have had the same number for 8 years. Company refuses to remove false information from my credit report. I have filed disputes with the credit bureaus and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Also filing with the state Attorney General. Companies like this need to be put out of business.

      IC Systems has mailed me erroneous statements on multiple occasions regarding other people's debts— always utility bills from cities I've never visited and administered by companies I've never heard of. IC Systems itself is completely inaccessible by phone, and the only way I have been able to communicate with them is by writing letters to clarify that I am not the person they're seeking. While writing these letters is easy enough, the fact that I've had to do it on two separate occasions is a nuisance and reveals this company's inefficiency.

      I have filed a lawsuit against I.C. Systems, Inc., *** ******* ** * ***** ***** ** ***** for fraudulent business dealings on behalf of AT&T. The company is not regulated and is engaged in fraudulent representations that has caused harm to me by way of its failure to employ it's legally required duty of care. Within it's fraudulent demands that are unlawfully mailed via the USPS, the company operates behind a veil of anonymity refusing to provide a phone number to reach them, providing only a post office box, and refusing to provide the names of employees who can be reached to discuss it's fraudulent demands for payment of non existent debts. There is no way for consumers to communicate with this company in a manner that does not require them to give up private information that the company is not legally entitled to obtain. It is a rogue company that requires an ongoing investigation by the Minnesota Attorney General and the FCC that regulates AT&T's operation. These two companies are engaged in fraudulent dealings involving the collection of debts that people do not owe. I highly recommend filing complaints against I.C. Systems, Inc., *** ******* ** * ***** ***** ** ***** with the Minnesota Attorney General using its online complaint form https://www.ag.state.mn.us/office/complaint.asp

      Tried to settle a debt, but when I asked to have the negative remark removed off my credit, they said that they don’t report to the credit bureau. Which is a lie. It stows up under your company name on my credit report and I have proof!! I decided to settle my debt with the or how I company since they are deceitful and run a shady business. you seriously need to train your employees and “managers” better, since they have no idea what they’re talking about!

      Shady business practices. No formal communication before negatively effecting my credit twice in one month. Trying to force private personal and financial information over the telephone to ***************** to provide any helpful information on origin of debt.
