      After a request for validation regarding the account in question it was removed from my report due to the inability to validate the account. While reviewing my credit report I noticed the account was added back to my Experian report. I have already written to Experian to verify the validation method for the account. I attempted to dispute the account directly with I.C. System Inc. but I have not received a communication from the company and therefore have no account information to use in efforts to dispute the account.

      I returned the temporary phone I got back to the same Walmart within the 30 day timeframe. I was in touch with Verizon about this prior to returning it. Walmart said their timeframe was 14 days but I left it with the salesperson at the electronics department where I got the phone. I am getting demands to pay for something I returned. I hear about similar elder fraud scams on the news every day. I will not pay for something I returned.

      I received a call from IC system about a Banfield account.
      They said that in 2024 a payment of xx.xx was not made and sent to collections closing the account. I informed her that every time the number called it would be a robocall and it would hang up. The calls started immediately at 8 am and at least 5 times a day. She laughed and stated, “they don’t call that much.” I informed her that I never received any written correspondence from this company and would like the calls to cease.
      I also informed her that the account was never closed. In fact I renewed the account a few weeks after and the same account is current with no payment due. I even went to Banfield on July8th. I asked for them to put the account into verification and to send me correspondence only. She laughed and said sure and hung up afterwards.
      I called Banfield corporate and asked if any account was due; they stated no. I called the local Banfield and was provided a receipt of the amount being paid a year ago.
      I called ic system back and spoke to Kevin who was extremely rude and condescending. Requesting payment immediately without listening to anything. i asked if there was an email or fax I could provide this evidence to. The gentleman became irate and told me I had to pay. I disagreed and once again asked for a validation letter to which he told me to, “not believe what I see on the internet.”
      I informed him that any other calls would be a violation of the FDCPA and the TCPA. and would be reported. He informed me once again that they were not a debt collector and were a third party negotiator.
      I laughed and stated I’m reading your website. I also told him to not misrepresent himself or the company and to stop being condescending. He said to then send it in writing; but he would not be sending a verification letter because he was not a debt collector. I said then have a good day
      He merely hung up. Extremely rude

      This is s scam company. The account they claim is mine isn't mine. I disputed the account and it was proven not mine yet it remains on my credit report.. I'm NEVER pay it, I have to explain this to each creditor I want to use.. It's amazing to me that a collection company can fraud an account and place it on the credit bureau. The system is broken, needs to be fixed.

      IC Systems has unlawfully reported an alleged debt to credit bureaus without my authorization, violating FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681b. Under 15 U.S.C. § 1692g, you have failed to provide proper validation, including a signed contract, legal ownership, and a detailed accounting. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1692c(c), I demand that you cease all communication and collection efforts immediately. Under 15 U.S.C. § 1692i, you lack legal standing to collect this debt, making any further action unlawful. Reporting unverified or inaccurate debt violates FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2, requiring immediate deletion from my credit report. This complaint is being formally reported to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for investigation.

      I just received a call from IC Systems company, spoke with Joseph, first of all, he sounded miserable. After I told him I wasn't going to make a payment today he straight hung up on me lol.
      I can't wait to get another call from these losers, and I can't want to hang up on you in the middle of your intro.

      Worst company, if it even a legit company. Out of nowhere I get a collection on my credit bureau. I call to find out what the collection is for. Turns out for a company I never used. They main request from this company is to find my personal information. I believe this is a scam company. Everytime I was asked a question the representative would over talk me as to confuse any recording they where doing. Then they hang up on you. Multiple times I had to tell the representative not to talk over me then she just hung the phone up. Just send a dispute to your credit bureau and let them take care of the issue. Don't do buisness with this company

      They are the worst they will not accept my payment of .63 cents then want me to get a money order for .63 cents but on my credit score it says I owe 104 over a settlement of .63 cents.

      I wish I had contacted BBB before paying part of the bill. i've looked into it now and contacted the company (My care Express) say turned my info them for them to collect a fraugent debt. Called what I thought was the company and sure enough, they know nothing and will put in my records, but wait there were no records as we never used this eyeglass company. So, who is going to give me my 55.19 back the answer is no one! I was swindled. I think both companies Myeye care Express and IC Systems are fraud, scammers, and swindlers.

      This company violates The Fair Debt Collection Practices, in particular, # 806, Harassment or Abuse, and also # 807, False or misleading representations.
      I have received repeated calls in the past. Because I could prove they had no business with me, they promised to have my business cell number removed from their 'call list'. Today, they texted me stating "A communication from IC System, a debt collector, concerning your Rhode Island Energy account at this link..........to call #### This is an attempt to collect a debt......." This is misleading or in reality, it is a lie!
      They try their very best to obtain my information and keep in mind, I don't really know who is on the other end of the phone. After a very grouchy conversation, they again said they would eliminate my phone number from their 'call list'. This is the 3rd time. At this point, I am looking for an attorney. Unscrupulous and shoddy company with shady legal issues surrounding their business practices!!
