1 starKnow your rights! Collection companies CONSTANTLY violate collection laws, they hope you don't know and keep going.
Here's some examples of what this company does:
Final bill (as requested) date: Jun 27, 2024 from utility company. ICSystems date on their letter to me: July 12, 2024. I was given less than a week to pay a bill, law says default 30 days if there's no due date. Right off the bat, they purchase an unlawful collection.
They call my father, who ON A RECORDED CALL told them I can't be reached at that number and to not call again. They called again, left a voicemail, and again, left a voicemail, and again, left a voicemail. Number the utility has on the account was 319, this collectors calling a 720. That's a general Google search, the google search alone was all I needed to fight a collector in federal court, they dont recognize that as a legal collection attempt, you think you stand a chance? Up to $1500 restitution for calling family members, for a $152 bill you're paying out close to $6k, and the bill will be dismissed due to your actions.
I'm paying it cause it's an extra slap in the face when you pay it back, and just out of spite so you have to pay more, I'm gonna get a collection attorney, consultation states it's an automatic win, especially if I pay it before we go. They don't make money off me, they make money off you if they win...
I've seen your other defensive responses, explain why you purchased a debt after it's only been a debt for a week with no due date, and why your calling numbers your told NOT TO CALL.
No, WE don't have to fill out a form to tell you it's the wrong person, YOU need to do YOUR job. I know what number you were provided off the account, you didn't even use.the number provided.

1 stari was on Affordable Connection Program for low income and paying 30 month. Then all of a sudden I was being charge for UVerse and asked to return digital equip. I had an acp router from ATT. MaybeATT should not be listed to help ACP progtram. They seem to then bill low income peeps who are on ACP in the first place. They also have no corp office that you can physically go to in san diego. What a joke! ATT mobility is a LLC co. Maybe the proprietor of that co should be reported to the Secy of State for fraud and civil right violations of low income peeps. Its illegal and against our american civil righjts. maybe if the call center wasnt in another country then things /communication and language barriers would not be a prob. I bought 2 phones and 2 watches and was charged another line and another phone which went god knows where and my watch stopped working after a week due to router/wifi/service and for not paying UVerse which i never had. 1 starCalled them due to some items that showed up on my credit report. I asked them to tell me what the debt was for and was told that I needed to pay $1 to have them run the report as they couldn't pull the info. Found out afterwards that they lied and that the $1 was to sign me up for some stupid credit monitoring subscription called Identity IQ, and then noticed that after 7 days I would be charged a monthly fee of $27.99. I told them to immediately cancel that.
The rep straight up lied even after I asked her multiple times why they didn't have the info in front of them on their computer. Finally after arguing with the rep they gave me the actual number I needed to call to actually discuss the debt.
If you call them don't let them BS you with their lies as the person who answers the phone can't even help and their only job is to try and sell you product. Just tell them you need to know where to pay the debt off and they will then give you the number. Any other conversation is just them trying to sign you up for stupid stuff. Wasted 25 minutes dealing with their lying rep.IC System, Inc.

1 starI do not know how this company is on my credit report. I don't even know where I own them money I don't even know where this payment came from. Or who they bought it from., so wherever your company bought this from needs to give my a contract please It around 400 i will say $450. From I don't know where it came from on my credit report that I've been disputing.And I'm getting no response and it's dragging my credit down as I'm trying to build it and paying everything on time.So how am I paying on time and building?My credit back up and I owe a $400 dollar.I don't have a problem with paying paying my bills. Anyway someone stole my identity its been reported 2011 to the irs. Someone needs to fixed this because your killing my credit score. And i'm working hard to build and your running my credit like crazy this is very depressing.IC System, Inc.

1 starI just received a bill from IC system indicating I owe $1,526.85 for an ATT mobility account. I have never had an account with ATT. This is a scam as noted by the various people below. I called ATT and they can’t locate an account using the number provided by ICSystem. Pathetic!!IC System, Inc.

1 starAgent was very rude. I've asked for a manager and they denied me speaking to a manager literally. The lady was arguing with me via phone not letting me speak with a manager. Finally after she agreed to transfer me, she put me on hold and then came back pretending to be the manager. Unbelievable! Wow! Scammers!IC System, Inc.

Sent me a ATT mobility bill for over 4000$ . I never had but 1 company for 20 some years . How can they do such a horrible act of fraud on a person . Not only that would never happen if you didn’t pay your bill the companies such your service off . Could never get that incredibly high. I need this looked into pleaseIC System, Inc.
