1 starScammers fishing to see if someone is going to pay a bogus bill. I am laughing as I have never done business with the company they are representing yet this is the 2nd time they are trying this BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

1 starThis company is absolutely terrible and the worst of all collections agencies! They keep reporting old Sprint accounts on credit, but are not able to provide an itemized bill of what the amount they are claiming is owed breaks down to or the original contract with Sprint. They first stated our balance of 1550 was for the devices (which were returned), when I told them the phones were retuned they then tried to claim that amount is for “service” which is impossible considering cell phone companies turn you off if you are 30 days late and will not restore service unless full amount is paid! They have not provided any proof what so ever of how this 1550 amount is broken down. This is from 2018 and still no proof! They should have all of that information and be able to provide it as well as the original contract with Sprint, the final bill from Sprint showing the break down as well as how much credit we received for the returned devices, not claiming we got 100 credit for returning 4 iPhones! You are out of your mind! We took pictures of all the phone before sending them off to show they were in perfect condition! We have disputed this yet they claim it is correct but have no evidence to back it up! Scam of a company and absolutely horrible!IC System, Inc.

1 starI want to start by saying how much of a fraud this company is. First off they are RE-AGING accounts and I have PROOF. They have a collections on my credit report in which 7 years has PAST and I have an open complaint with the CFPB. Answer the CFPB complain they’ll love to hear from you. Also I have proof that the account from the original creditor date of last activity is much different than what this totally fraud collection agency is claiming.
In addition, I will add additional evidence here. If this account is NOT remove I WILL SUE YOU, MARK MY WORD. THIS IS A PROMISE.
How is it that this fraudulent collection agency is claiming on my credit report that the date of last activity is in 2023 when SPRINT merged with T-Mobile in 2020? How??? Tell me?? Hmmm
How is it that when I called I c systems to ask about the SPRINT collection there is no record of it? I have the recording also. Hmmm
How is it that I have an email from SPRINT showing i ported out the phone number in 2015? Hmmmm
Why is T-mobile saying the account they received the account from SPRINT on a different year than what you claim? I have that recording as well.
Should I continue?IC System, Inc.

1 starI have something on my credit report from IC system that is not mine. This is after I called them back about the letter I received, asking them to confirm signatures on this account and that the notice that they sent me is a statement and that total is incorrect. I confirmed with Sprint/T-Mobile that it is NOT mine (I have never had an account associated with the address that they gave me), the amount owed as said doesn't match the statement bill that Sprint sent vs their bill that they sent. The Sprint/T-Mobile person I spoke with assured me it would be taken care of on their end. Clearly not taken care of!IC System, Inc.

As professional as your company say they are you should first teach your workers how to speak and talk with concerned consumers and NOT be so hostile! I called *************** about this since the letter stated that they are the original and current creditor. They couldnt even find an account in my name and asked for a PIN number associated with this account and stated how can I give you a PIN number if I NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR COMPANY and ESPECIALLY with this so called IC SYSTEM FOLKS! Whatever they bogus account number ********* maybe you should start there and find out who is full of it because your customer service rep says to call *************** and then *************** says to call you all because no record found due to no PIN number as I dont have to provide because I never had an account and MOST CERTAINLY NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING WITH IC SYSTEMReview fromMearion H

1 starI don't have a signed contract nor any contract with IC System inc I have never done business with this company. I am not liable for collection from this debt from bandfield pet Hospital, but I have asked them to send me written notice of this every single time they've called, and they failed to do so even after I provided them with my updated home address. I am not responsible for this debt with IC System. they have failed to provide a copy of the original contract agreement between Bandfield pet Hospital and myself Mearion Harris , with my wet signature on it. this account has been flagged and needs to be deleted from credit report immediately.IC System, Inc.

1 starI am very disappointed for receiving a student loan debt from this company I never signed a contract with this company. They are harassing me I can’t get a hold of anybody from MedCerts to get this $1,584.70 debt disputed. I don’t know why they would violate me and use my personal information to reach me. I am concerned and need to dispute this charge entirely and I need to know that this didn’t affect my credit. I need this issue resolved asap. This has been affecting my health and if nothing gets resolved nor disputed I will seek professional help.IC System, Inc.

1 starI have something on my credit report from IC system that is not mine. This is after I mailed back the letter I received, checking the box that I wanted to dispute it (before it went to my credit report) but I haven't heard back from that and it's now on my credit report! I confirmed with Comcast that it is NOT mine (I have never lived in Georgia, never even visited), it doesn't match my account number when we had Comcast at our previous home (still not in Georgia at the address they claim it was for) and the Comcast person I spoke with assured me it would be taken care of on their end. Clearly not taken care of!IC System, Inc.

1 starThey are kind of shady. They reported on my credit report that I have an old debt from 2018 for DirecTv. That's great and all. However, I wasn't even living in the US in 2018 and certainly did not have DirecTv. If that debt is even mine, it's much too old to be on my credit report.IC System, Inc.

1 starReceived a call from IC systems about w debt being collected. To keep a long story short. I was verbally threatened in ways to scare me into paying my debt that day. Terrible business practices. I mentioned my mother opened an account that occurred a debt. She said if I don’t pay this debt, she will file fraud charges against my mother! Haha
