2 starsWouldn’t recommend. Was emailed by “customer” service stating I have an overdue yard waste bill (which I have NEVER RECEIVED a bill - ever) and given a cell phone number to call with. Weird voicemail. After having customer service argue back and forth with me about the validity of this both via email AND by phone, I was finally told “it is a separate account” and that’s why it doesn’t show up in my bill. Asked for a manager in which one never called me after being placed on a “call back list”. I was also told there was yard waste activity 11/2021….which I found finny being my yard waste container is full and our fall leave bags are still buried under the snow next to our garage - so let’s add fraudulent activity to the list. Called again today, 4 days later only to be continually put on hold to answer simple questions “because they’re getting a lot of calls” why not handle my phone call first? I’m beyond done. This trash service is just that….TRASH. No chance of reconciliation, so save your response

5 starsWe have worked with curbside for several years both for garbage and yard waste pick up. It's easy, hands off, and just happens like waste collecting should be. I love their auto billing so I don't forget to pay. They even call is a payment doesn't go through. ******* assisted me today to change from a small bin to a large one. She was fast, through, and even helped make sure my yard waste was good to go for the year. I highly recommend this company for all your waste needs.Curbside Waste, Inc.
