5 starsI had a great experience setting up garbage service with ****. She provided friendly customer service and answered all my questions. I appreciated the wait time calculator telling me my place in line and the expected wait time when calling.

5 starsI think curbside is a solid company. I havent had a lot of issues in the past, but when I do have an issue, ******* and Curbside take care of it. Very professional I can appreciate that. 1 starWhen trying to cancel service because monthly rates are $20.38 higher for garbage pickup and yard waste is $20+ then competition (Not introduction rates). First attempt to cancel they hung up on me. Second attempt put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Told me there was a $200.00 cancellation fee. Don’t waste your time or money on a company with constant increasing charges.Curbside Waste, Inc.

1 starThe worst service I have had in 40 years of using refuse companies! I went with them because of an unbelievable rate but I learned again price isn’t everything.
Their bills were wrong trying to charge me more which required calling and I had numerous weeks where they didn’t come at all or if I was home I would call late in the afternoon and they would come out. When I called them they did give me a credit for the non pickups. But be prepared to sit on hold!!
And I learned when I cancelled you have to give a 30 day notice.
They also said when I cancelled I owed them for Feb./March which like other now former customers I never received??? In 2 years I was never late paying these bills!Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsI reached out to Curbside Waste regarding an inquiry related to yard waste service and I spoke with *******; and she was absolutely wonderful, kind, professional, dedicated to assisting me with my issue and helped me out tremendously to fix the issue. It is very rare these days to encounter representatives of a company that are a true representation of that company and what they stand for or hope to provide to their customers, and ******* is a true representation of Curbside Waste. *******, thank you for your patience and understanding and working with me to resolve my inquiry; you are appreciated.I have been with Curbside Waste since September 2012 and have been a loyal customer since. My weekly garbage is picked up on time, and should I ever have an issue with my trash; I can call and let them know and they will pick it up as soon as possible.All-in-all; it's been a great ride with Curbside and I look forward to many more years of business together.Thank you!!!!Curbside Waste, Inc.
