1 starCurbside Waste did damage to my lawn and sprinkler system while driving fast down our street and coming up over the curb. I had to have the sprinkler system repaired and dirt and seed placed. After contacting curbside the day the incident happened and forwarding the bill for the repairs, they are not taking accountability for their reckless drivers. Personally I would never use this company.

5 starsSigned on with Curbside last fall (2022) due to lack of pickup from a competing company. I just requested to add yard waste pickup from Theresa for this summer and without asking she offered me a discounted rate, maybe because I’m a new customer? She was extremely helpful and friendly! She mentioned I would get the container by end of week, it came the next morning AND they picked up the first week of service… Super happy with Curbside’s service and support. 5 starsLong time customer. I called to add another trash container and ******* was very polite and helped me decide what option was the best on my needs. The turn around for the new bin was only 1 day and I wish all of my phone calls where this smooth.Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsI had a problem switch bank account information ,I did on line after entering the new bank information ,the system still pulled the payment from ***** fargo account 2 days later i saw the mistake and called to curbside. i got a new person on monday around 3;50 pm. told her the situation she was confused said the do not take bake information, i told her the on line form asked for it. she then put me on HOLD for 22 minutes, I pull my phone on speaker, so I would hear her return. when she got back sound quality was bad. before I could take the phone off speaker. she hung up. I repeatedly call back at 4;21 pm it went to voice mail No answered. SOLUTION this morning ****** call me at 8;26 am. I told her everthing I stated above about yesterday. It took Only a total of 17 minutes to fixes yesterday Fiasco. ******* was awesome.Curbside Waste, Inc.
