5 starsOver the last 10 plus years there has been a few issues, some my error some on the company. Calling in wait time is a bit much sometimes however going in person makes up for it. Owner and staff has always been respectful and has always treated me fair. Today Theresa assisted me with resolving my concerns and got my account back on track.
Thank you Curbside owner, admin, and drivers for all you do!!!

5 starsI have been struggling financially and it has been very hard to pay my bill And I got way behind. I called and spoke with Theresa and was able to unlock my account with full payment. I was able to empty my yard waste container at home and drop it off at the Brooklyn Park office.
Then I asked if I could put out extra bags because I was using my ace recycling bin as a temporary storage place for the garbage while my pickup was suspended.
Theresa worked it out so that I was able to pick up a new garbage bin at the office and bring it home with me so that I could transfer the garbage from the Ace recycling bin to the new garbage bin. Rose brought the new bin out.
Theresa then arranged/allowed for me to place both the old garbage bin and the new garbage bin, each full of garbage, on the curb and set my account back to active status so that both bins would be picked up the very next day, which was my scheduled pick up day.
Theresa put notes in the account so that the driver would know to dump both cans on the pickup day and notes for the empty can to be picked up the very next week.
Theresa showed me patience, kindness, and was very professional in the way that she handled my frustration all throughout this whole process over the past months working to this resolution. Give her a raise!Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsOur garbage pickup was missed again and I was not a happy camper. Theresa apologized and got a pickup done by noon the next day. There have been hiccups over the years, but as long as staff like Theresa handles them so well I’m staying with them.Curbside Waste, Inc.
