5 starsI left a voicemail with Curbside after business hours on a Friday, and my call was returned bright and early on Monday! Theresa was prompt and helpful, and as soon as she saw the work order hadn't been put in to get my trash cart out to my new address, she quickly got that situated and helped me assess our service needs more accurately without the big rate change I would have expected. Our new cart was here within 48 hours as promised, and the folks who delivered it were lovely as well. Thank you!

5 starsI was behind in my paymenys and I was lucky enough to yalk with Theresa ********. She was really sweet to talk with she was very understaning of my sisuation. I had paid $200 on the account but still had a balance of $140 left. I told her I would try to pay on my next paycheck.
She did something very awesome, she took a late fee off and she reduced our payment to $30 a month from what it was and ended up owing $100 on the bill after she did her magic. She was very helpfull and very sweet.
I have been with Curbside for several years and I have NEVER had any issues with their coustomer service if anything theu do everything they can to keep you as a coustomer. You do see that much these days nice to have someone care how it is when your finances are bad!!!

5 starsTheresa is a pleasure to work with. I left a message Monday evening, she called me first thing Tuesday morning, and my yard waste can was delivered by the end of the day. She's bubbly and delightful and makes discussing yard waste a real joy. Cheers.Curbside Waste, Inc.

1 star2 winters ago the Curbside truck got stuck in my front yard. I have pictures. The driver was very nice and apologetic. The company tried to deny it. It took months, I posted a review a BBB and the city got involved before it was poorly fixed. The comment I received was "We are not landscapers". Correct, but the truck ending up in my yard is not my fault and the yard should have been restored to the way it was. I decided after that I would switch when my contract was up. My contract is up. I called to cancel my trash service. I was told that I can't keep my yard waste without trash. Yard waste is paid in full in April. I was told there would be no refund on yard waste for remainder of season. "We do not refund." The message on the phone while waiting on hold for a representative clearly states that yard waste is a separate account. If they are separate and no refunds allowed then I should be able to keep one without the other. Now I am stuck paying for trash through November! This review in no way should reflect on the drivers. The drivers have always been professional.Curbside Waste, Inc.

1 starUnethical and dishonest business practices. I have used Curbside service for multiple years, consistently every 6 months I've had to call them with billing changes and cost increases with zero notifications. Now they are stating an account I've had for 7 years was set up incorrectly form the onset and conveniently costs more mid contract...they are an unethical company and create "billing errors" that increase your account in hopes that you won't notice or call.Curbside Waste, Inc.
