1 starCurbside waste sales rep misrepresented their services. Talked so fast we couldn't get a word in edgewise. I still signed up for their service, thinking they could handle trash/yard and recycling. I told him multiple times we only wanted to use one service. They don't do recycling. When I realized this, we canceled our service. They were generally easy to work with on that even though the actual timing was different than what the sales rep said. We didn't get our $50 yard waste payment back. We had their carts for 2 weeks so when they came to pick them up, they had waste in them. When the guy came to pick them up, he dumped the trash in our driveway and said "it's bc/ we didn't pay for it." And that he does it all the time!! All he had to do was knock on our door and we would've emptied it. I can't believe a company would act like this. We are so glad we canceled.Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsTheresa was absolutely fabulous with helping me secure new service with Curbside Waste! Super friendly and professional - made me feel excited to start a new relationship with Curbside! 1 starThief's. Was told would not charge when I was in az for winter. Kept getting told I would get credit. Never got a credit kept billing me. Told I needed to keep on auto pay. Billed Jan Feb March and April but never a credit. Now im moving and refusing to refund says it on bill on back page. Thief'sCurbside Waste, Inc.
