5 starsTheresa is an excellent Curbside Waste customer service representative who quickly resolved my billing problem with my household Waste service.
Theresa was patient and friendly while I explained my situation and she quickly found and resolved the billing error. (Mistake was on my end applying funds to wrong account).
Theresa educated me on what to do to correct the error and what to watch for on my upcoming bills.
Thank you Theresa for your awesome customer service, I appreciate you!

5 starsI had an issue with my auto pay due to a card change. I got a return call early this morning after leaving a message after hours last evening. Theresa was amazing- she handled the issue promptly and professionally, removed the late fee and got my auto pay updated with no hassles! Thanks Theresa!Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsI had a signifcant concern about my service not being picked up due to a recurring billing problem. Theresa helped me promptly resolve the issue. If you ever run into a dead end with the phone customer service rep (like i did), just ask to speak with Theresa who is a manager and will help solve your issue pronto! While Curbside is providing me with a financial benefit for this review, the review is accurate and contains my true belief.Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsTheresa S did a great and timely job straightening out a miscommunication on our account balance for seasonal yard waste pickups - her customer service skills, especially on following up are exceptional. One suggestion that I could make is that Curbside Waste would notify the customer that there is a possible accounting issue vs abruptly stopping the service.Curbside Waste, Inc.
