5 starsWe signed up with Curbside in April of 2022. Their garbage and recycle service has been great. Our contract stated that our rate would stay the same for 2 years. This past year it went up too high - almost double what we agreed to pay. Yikes! I saw it Autopaying and even tho I didn't contact them in a timely manner, I finally spoke with Theresa last week and she made adjustments to our account and we are very pleased!
I had some difficulty understanding the first agent I spoke with and she was kind enough to have me speak with Theresa. I was thinking we weren't very smart to sign on with Curbside - but Theresa has made all the difference. Yes, Curbside cares and they want to do right by you! Stay persistent and they will make things right. Theresa puts meaning to the words "Customer Service". Deb ******

5 starsTheresa answered my call and was very professional, helpful and patient with my questions. She assisted me with setting up auto pay and helped prevent a late fee that was going to occur had she not brought it up to my attention. I’m very glad that I switched businesses to now be with curbside.Curbside Waste, Inc.

1 starGarbage collection is good but their yard waste service is terrible. You pay in advance for the season and then they don't show up to collect the waste. I have to call almost every week to report that waste was not collected in my road. I have emailed multiple times, left voice mails and I still have to spend 15 minutes in the call queue to speak to a representative.
I have requested a 50% refund for everyone in my my road as we have all suffered the need to regularly call Curbside to complain.Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsWe switched to Curbside moving out to Minnetonka - our first experience with non-city-run waste collection. Their sign-up process is easy, they offer yard waste and Organics recycling (something we feared losing leaving the city) and they have great customer service. Theresa on their team helped me quickly get rid of the excess bins the previous owners of our home left behind, and was very diligent with quick follow-up until our issue was resolved. 5 starsCurbside Service is reliable and efficient. I had to call to have something resolved and Theresa was amazing! She was prompt, friendly and efficient. 5 starsI love this company. I bought my house almost two years ago, Curbside was the more affordable waste service for me. They were very help when I started up my service and flexible on the plans that fit my situation. I been with them every since. Their customer is very helpful and pleasant to speak with. When it was time to renew my service, they were very flexible with their payment plans and options.Curbside Waste, Inc.

1 starI’ve used Curbside waste for at least a decade and previously very satisfied. This Summer they did not pick up my lawn waste for 2 weeks. I did not receive any paper statement or email that a payment was due. My service ceased. I had to make a payment while on vacation in Europe. It would have been more customer friendly to communicate with me beforehand. They failed to pick up my garbage twice this past month. I let them know the day of the missed pickup twice. Each time they told me to leave the can out and they’d pick it up. Neither time did they do this. I asked what they’re remedy would be. I guess no remedy. I have cameras to demonstrate the garbage, lawn waste, and recycling are put out the night before.
My can was out for 5 days. Seriously, looking to change companies. I just want to get through leaf season before I make the switch.Curbside Waste, Inc.
