1 starI would like to let people know of this disorganized company.I help a 97 year old lady who has been a loyal costumer of Curbside Waste for years.In the past few months they forgot to pick up her garbage five times.
When we called the company they were not apologetic and she had to wait for her regular pick up day for them to remove her garbage.
A month ago we cancelled our service with them and we are still waiting for them to pick up their garbage bin.
They never bothered to call to let us know why there was a delay.We have been calling every day to no avail.
I would not recommend this company.They have poor customer service and you have to chase after them to do their job properly.Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsI spoke with Theresa. She was great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I was formerly with Randy’s. They were great too but then they were bought out by Republic Services. They were terrible and each time I got my bill it was higher. I dropped them and went to curbside and I’m happy I did.Curbside Waste, Inc.

5 starsI have a great customer service experience with Theresa from Curbside today.
I saw an unexpectedly increase in our monthly fee. I emailed customer service and Theresa replied back to me shortly after. She reviewed my contract and got it fixed in the same day.
I appreciate their customer service.
